This was my first time taking my car to Casey Toyota since I moved to Williamsburg. The service department was fast and efficient. It did feel as if I was getting rushed out of there once my car was ready and was not told initially where they had parked my car and the service tech seemed annoyed to have to listen to and answer my question.The waiting area was nice, clean and had pretty comfortable seating.

My writer, Lexus is great. Your facility is clean and comfortable but I noticed that amenities like coffee are no longer offered. That surprised me since I also use Casey Subaru and they still offer amenities.Lexus told me when I arrived that an oil change on my 2002 FourRunner was going to be $70. At that rate it may make sense for me to start changing my own oil again. Otherwise the visit was fine.

I own a Lexus that I have been taking to the Lexus dealer for service. Recently, when I tried to make an appointment they werent sure if the Service Techs wanted any more appointments on any of several days. So I figured they didnt need my business. My experience with Casey Toyota was such breath of fresh air. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, courteous & most helpful. The time to service my vehicle was approximately 1/2 of the time at the Lexus dealer. Casey Toyota is also closer to my home. Barring any major surprises, Casey Toyota has just made a new customer out of me.

Casey Service Department did a good job for my 2021 Supra 3.0 Premium’s one year maintenance appointment. I do wish it had not taken nearly two hours for was mainly an oil change. Also they reported the mileage incorrectly on the paperwork. I had to call them the next business day since they had it being around 2300 more than my correct odometer reading.

We went to Casey Toyota today at 2 pm. We looked at a sequoia with a sticker price of $66,223. We asked to put a deposit on the car and they told us they were busy and could not do it at the moment. We said we will be coming back today to buy the car. They just called us and told us the price of the car has increased to $72,000. The car is a Sequoia limited 2022. We called Toyota headquarters and they gave us a case number. The increase in price is false advertisement and price gauging.

Being from out of state on vacation we got a nail in our tire. We stopped at a local Goodyear tire store who couldnt be bothered to help. I went to Casey Toyota and they were more than accommodating to our needs and getting us back on our vacation within an hour. I would definitely recommend this dealerships service department to anyone. Thanks for saving the day.

Went in for a routine service for my wife’s 4Runner. According to the sheet and from the service provider all fluids were topped off. However, the windshield washer fluid was empty. We usually receive excellent service from Casey. I hope this was just an oversight.

They generally do a good job on my maintenance, but consistently forget to wash and vacuum my car, which are some of the perks I go to Casey for in the first place. My car is also late every time; tire rotations dont take 3 hours. Not a deal breaker, just extremely frustrating.

Good people here, quick service. They have always been emmenently fair in my dealings with them. I bought my Tacoma from these folks two years back. I live about an hour away so when my Toyota Care warranty expires, I will unfortunately be seeking mechanical services closer to home. That being said, I would not hesitate for a second to buy a new Toyota from them. Maybe even the Supra currently on the showroom floor! 😁

I came in for a standard oil change, tire rotation, & alignment. Everything seemed fine after, i was told nothing was wrong.Fast forward to Monday, I am driving down the interstate & my passenger side tire blows out.. turns out there was a gash in my tire that i was never notified about. Luckily, no one was hurt but due to negligence of the staff by not telling me about it things could have been much worse.Next, none of my valve stem caps were returned onto my tires. That’s just lazy work.Finally, my car pulled to the left so i got an alignment, now my car RIPS me to the right side of the road..I have now had to pay for 2 alignments, a whole new tire & hubcap, as well as take time off of work.No i did not go back here for the second alignment or new tire. The work done to my car was lazy & the not telling me of the tires issue was negligent.Why didn’t you call to tell them of all this? I did.. It took me 2 weeks & 5 messages to get a single response back. Once i did receive a response, I was made to feel as though it was my fault & the staff had done nothing wrong.Do not go here if you have any respect for your car. You are not the priority to them & that is just sad.

Peaceful, stress free experience! I was so satisfied that I interviewed for a job later that day without thinking about the car deal….. My salesman was Kudir. He took time to assess my needs, wants and budget, then recommended vehicles. He showed me vehicles that met my criteria but ultimately let ME make the decision best for me. Price on sticker 33,200. Price on offer sheet 36,200. Told it was because of market adjustment. Then change the sticker price. Would you, Casey Management, accept that if you were buying anything? Is this not bait and switch? Casey will get a bad reputation if they continue to do this. On the plus side our salesman Johnathon was a super nice guy.

Service technicians did not take the time to explain what work was completed. Did not go over warranty information. I paid over $800 for work I had done on my automobile. The person who checked me out, took my payment and said your car will be out front. No thank etc. Good customer service is what keep people coming back. Horrible service will not. Needless to say I would not recommend Casey Toyota to anyone.

I am overall pleased with Casey Toyota’s service. The price was fair and the job was done well. However, when I arrived to pick up my car, “my” service advisor was engaged with another customer and there were two advisors who didn’t have customers. One of them took the initiative to run my credit card through for the payment, but then left “my” advisor to print out the service receipt. I understand the desire to personalize the service, but some flexibility would be nice and might get your customers out of the shop quicker. In my case, the wait was about 10 unnecessary minutes.

Poor service and attitude of the staff was unprofessional.They told me it will take one HR but received the vehicle after 3 hrs. Try to charge me more than the actual charge. Not cleaned the vehicle and the key was missing.When I asked him about key, he was sarcastic. I never expected this type of behavior.

I took my vehicle to get inspected for the 2nd time. The first time it was rejected because of tint that I had. When they checked me in, I was told there would be no charge. I ended up paying $20 at the end. I also asked them to install my cross bars on the roof, to which I was told there needs to be a special tool to do so.I went to the parts desk and asked them if they sold said tool, and they told me that there was no tool. Lawrence behind the desk even opened a new box and looked. No tool.

I am under no delusion that I will change how car sales work with this post but let me share my experience.Did I get a great price on my car without needing to haggle?Oh yeah.Do I have the feeling that if anything is wrong from here out, I will be taken care of?You bet.Did I fall victim to a bit of a Foot in the door play?Unfortunately.After noting my interest in a car online and sending in my trade in info (a few steps above junk but I drove it there) I get an estimate and have an appointment set up for an Appraisal. I get there and we skip over that part and look at the car I want. Im fine with the price and couldnt ask for a better deal on the car itself. I want to buy, and I ask about the Appraisal and he says we are getting the numbers right now. Bear in mind they have not evaluated the car any more than what I told them online and the price they come back with is less than 20% of the estimate that got me in the door.. I want to know why the system that you plug make model miles into for estimate is different than what the system salesperson plugged make model miles into is....I fully expected less than the estimate after an appraisal but it never happened, meaning it was always a garbage offer.Did I know my car was not worth that estimate?Oh yeah.Did I probably save time by not having that back and forth of this was the estimate and this is what its worth?Im sure.Could I have walked away? Yeah, but I already had that time invested, and would have wasted more not going forward.Once again still wanna put it out there that Im not even a little upset at Casey, and I definitely got a great price on my car. All parties benefit Im sure.Car buying in general is lame.

Ok i got my car still waiting on my second key all communication was almost non existent after car was sold to me and I’m kind of getting the run around not a great feeling after spending your money I’m basically being brushed off escalated to 2 managers now just awaiting a response mind you I’ve been waiting 3 months now for an answer I was even told by my salesman to contact the people myself to get the key and each person was like no the Delearship has to contact us and we can bill them we don’t just go off the customers word I know they probably don’t care because the car is sold so it doesn’t seem important but thats part of my car deal and not how you treat customers who just spent their money with you I don’t want to wait until I’m locked out and s.o.l!!

The time it takes to get an oil and tire rotation is ridiculous. I scheduled an early appointment 8:15 am in order to not have to wait all day but I still did not leave until after 10:30. They also forgot to mention that my oil and tire changes for life were not accepted at any Toyota Dealership. So- $107.00 dollars later, I paid and left. Will not return.

Edited to add: I reached out to the GM of this dealership prior his response below and had an interaction with him that pretty much sealed my overall one star impression of this business. He made an excuse for why the agent didnt know the car was not on the lot when she told my husband to come in to see it; what he did not know was that when my husband got there, the sales person (maybe manager?) told him that they were washing the vehicle and bringing it right up for him. Washing WHAT vehicle???? So... if this many people are in the dark about what is/is not actually on their lot, I have no confidence in their ability to assist my family in a sale.Original review: What a terrible way to do business!! This was potentially the third car we would have purchased from Casey, but will GLADLY NO LONGER do business with them. We called ahead on a used car on the website without a price; customer service told us that it had just come in and they didnt have a price, but to come in and see it. My husband drove all the way up there and the car wasnt even on the lot! In fact, Casey Toyota hasnt even SEEN the car, they have no idea what kind of condition it is in, but somehow theyve put a ridiculous price on it. Had we been given the price over the phone, or known ahead of time that it wasnt even on the lot, my husband would not have wasted his time bothering to come in... wow, who seriously treats customers like this???

Purchased a car here back in September 2020. Signed all of the paperwork to receive the tags and registration and it is now June and I still don’t have any tags or plates. The paper tags on the car have been expired since November 2020 and they claim that I can’t get anymore, I can’t drive the car on base. So I’m still here paying over $700 a month for something I can’t drive around and can’t take to work. This is ridiculous. Extremely unprofessional, wish I wouldn’t have purchased a vehicle here.Update: It is now August and I still don’t have my registration or tags, this is keeping me from obtaining my disabled veterans tags here in Texas. Please do not use these people, the registration sticker expires next month and I don’t not know where to go from here, will be speaking with a lawyer.

On 9 Sep 2021, I had Casey Toyota in Williamsburg, VA do regular 110K mile service on my 2014 Prius. Lexis, the service representative, was cheery and helpful as always. I waited outside on a bench to minimize COVID exposure and Lexis was able to find me after the roughly hour long sevice was completed. Caseys facility is comfortable and pleasant ... but i do miss the complimentary coffee for waiters (maybe it wil resume after the pandemic).

My experience at Casey was amazing! I was a first time car buyer using financing and the folks at Casey made it a trauma free experience. No pressure, questions answered, and I left with exactly what I wanted! Three other dealerships left me high and dry and with more questions than I had started with. To start, I’m a young female. I came in for a few things, one of them to get a tire plugged because it had a nail. They told me they were unable to plug it and that I should buy a new tire. They also told me that I should replace two of my other tires and do their buy 3 get 1 free tire, which was more expensive than tires I have bought from Toyota in the past. 2 of the tires were tires I had recently replaced a year or so ago at a different Toyota, including the one with the nail. I didn’t buy any tires and went home with the nail still in my tire. I went to discount tire the next day and a nice gentleman was able to fix my tire for free and told me there were actually two nails. I haven’t had any issues with that tire losing air now.

I went online to look for a car for my daughter and find the car we wanted to test drive. Casey Toyota emailed right back with a response. My daughter and I went in and we were greeted immediately. The salesman went to his desk and pulled up the car we wanted to test drive. He kindly went to get the car ready for us to drive. During our test drive he told us all about the car specs. When we got back to the dealership we wanted to look at other cars. My daughter find one she wanted to see. Without hesitation the salesman went to get the keys to take us for another test drive. My daughter fell in love with it! The buying process was so quick! The Casey Team made it so easy for us especially because we were short on time having to get my daughter to work. Service Dept Customers beware!!! Always, Always, Always get a second opinion before trusting any service recommendations from the Casey Toyota service dept in Williamsburg, VA. They failed my 16 year old Sienna on a VA state inspection for rack & pinion steering leaks. They said fluid was pouring out. I knew it wasnt leaking... Ive never had to add fluid and the steering was functioning flawlessly. There was never any leakage on the ground. They wanted $1,400 for the repairs (half the cars value). A second opinion passed the vehicle and the vehicle (and its steering system) continues to function flawlessly.The second scam is them requiring a wheel alignment for VA state inspections. Casey wanted to perform a wheel alignment on my mothers Rav4 for 2 years in a row. She only drives the car about 500 miles a year and the vehicle has no tire wear or other signs of needing an alignment. When I told them it had been aligned (by them) less than a year ago, they back peddled and seemed surprised I remembered.Some states (other than Virginia) have laws that prohibit the state inspection stations from also being able to perform the repairs. This law reduces the conflict of interest when a business profits from the repairs their state inspection requires.These events truly make me sad to report. I really wanted the Casey Toyota service dept to be a group of people I could trust. I know Casey has to pay their bills, but Im sad theyve allowed their ethics to erode.Bottomline: Ive lost trust in the Williamsburg Casey Toyota service department. They have proven to me that (on occasion), they are requiring you to repair items that do not need to be repaired. Buyer beware!!!

Mixed results from the different departments at this dealer. We bought a Supra from them last month. We had settled on a price and getting ready to proceed when my wife wanted to look over the car well before we signed. She found a 4 inch scratch across the rear bumper that had been repaired with touch up paint. No one seemed surprised when she pointed out out. I believe they were going to sell us the car knowing it was damaged. So, we had the salesman to do an I owe u for a new bumper and key(only had one with the car). Bought the car and they said they would call when the parts came in. Waited 2 weeks and called the service dept and they said they didnt know anything about it and said they would call me back. Did not get a call until my wife put in a 1 star survey to Toyota. That is when things turned around. Phil in the service dept took care of this for me with very good communication at every step at got the car fixed for us. My other complaint was getting the perminent plates for the car took multiple calls and right up to three days before the temp ones expired. Reading the other reviews maybe my experience was rare but not sure if I would buy from them again.

Found a car I wanted they had on the lot. Called in and spoke with a salesmen about it. Asked me where I’m coming from and I tell him hour and half away in Suffolk.. He said let me check and make sure it’s here. Good idea. Comes back and says “it is would you like to set up an appointment?”. Yessir I would. Sets the appointment for today at 2 pm. I didn’t want to wait till 2 on a Saturday because I really didn’t want to be there all day and banks close early on Saturday’s so I go up there 4 hours early. 10am. They sold the car out from under me. No message saying it sold or anything to keep me from wasting my time coming up there. They call that customer service!!! .

I love my 2019 prius that I got from them, but the customer service was not good and there was a lot of sketchy business. They did take my trade in for a really fair price. Our sales person was Jonathan Pulley. We actually got the car for the exact price that was listed online, but getting it for that price took us hours with the sales person. The numbers he was coming with for the monthly payment were huge and made no sense even though he claimed that we were getting the online price. Everytime we pointed out the numbers were wrong, he would go talk to his manager and come back 30 minutes later. He said the manager left the extended warranty in there by mistake. He seemed really annoyed, because we didnt just take the number he said. To put it into perspective we got the car for $270 payments for 60 months and he started us with $337 payments for 60 months. They have really nice cars and reasonable price, but you need to watch out, because they try to sneak things in there. The accounting department was awesome though. It was really fast and we were able to get in and out of there once we had the car and price finalized.

I had scheduled an appointment at 8:30am on a Saturday morning for a state inspection. I thought for sure that I would spend at least 2-3 hours at the dealership for something as simple as that, just from past experiences at other places. I was blown away when I received a text about 30-45 minutes later saying that my car was finished. Not 30 seconds after that I was called by the advisor to come pay and was completed and out the door in under an hour. Absolutely amazing service!!!
