I have received a very BAD SERVICE, I took my car to do an oil change, tire rotation and check the sensors of my car that did not work, I waited 2 days for my car to be delivered to me and they forgot to change the oil. When I went back to customer service they told me that they did not forget anything and that I supposedly had not told them anything about the oil change and that if I wanted to wait for me to stay seated until my car was ready. I do not know if the reason for the terrible service they gave me originates from me being a person of Hispanic origin but it seems unfair to be treated that way because I am a client I came to pay I did not come to ask, they should train better to the staff on how to treat a customer or do some quality control measure feels very ugly when they do not treat a person well happy day

People say Williamsburg is more expensive to buy a car and Richmond is cheaper and has more options. What they dont say is those dealerships are big corporate chains where you are a dime a dozen. I cant say enough about my experience with this privately owned, caring staff and service, especially from Jess! She was patient and not pushy and found a vehicle that worked for me. They also had better deals and more selection than Richmond.

The sales team here is excellent and so are the owners but the service department is absolute garbage. This is the second time Ive brought my vehicle in for its appointment and magically they dont have any record of it. If you bought youre car from here and it needs any maintenance done to it, I would encourage you to explore other places before bringing it here.

I took my daughters car to Williamsburg Honda to get the air conditioner serviced. It took forever to get the necessary part, and cost $801 for the repair. They returned the car with a number of obvious anti-seize/grease spots on the passenger seat (the mechanic had been replaced the blower motor and cabin air filter.)I brought the car back to the dealer to inspect the seat with the hope they would clean it. The customer service agent was neither apologetic nor empathetic. In fact, he was apathetic.Williamsburg Honda didnt demonstrate that they cared for the car or for me as a customer. I dont think well bring our Honda back to this dealer for future service.

Buyers beware! They will try to sell you cars that will not pass inspection. They say “it just passed inspection” but they probably had their people just slap the sticker on so they can make quick money. When requesting for it to be fixed they will get pretty unprofessional. I don’t recommend this place at all!

My wife and I recently purchased a 2017 CR-V. We couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service. We worked with Vitaly (if I spelled you name wrong I truly apologize) on the sale of the vehicle. He was very helpful and could answer any questions we had. He could tell you about every feature the vehicle had and helped us set things up.I can honestly say this was the easiest purchase of a vehicle we have had. Not pushy and won’t blow your phone up. From our experience they foster a no hassle car buying experience. David the sales manager was very helpful sorting out a minor issue we had. Sales and Service Experience. We purchased a 2021 Honda Pilot from Tetyana and it was a very quick and simple experience. Today we had the first service that we booked throught the Williamsburg Honda Service website.When we arrived Kaitlyn noted that they were having challenges with the online appointment system and had no record of the appointment. However, she squeezed us in for our A1 service.We have used Williamsburg Honda Service for over 9 years and have had a wide variety of service experiences. I must say that this was the most impressive to date.While they have had challenges in the past, they clearly are continuously improving and it shows. Great experience with everything!

Purchasing a vehicle here is priceless. Getting any service scheduled is terrible; the wait during the appointment is long and the wait to get an appointment is always 1-3 weeks. To be the only honda dealership in the area and to have such a small service staff does not make good business sen$e.

Just bought a 2020 Honda Fit from here. Everyone at the dealership was gracious and welcoming. Jess and Nick were helpful and threw in some floor mats when I asked as they were not included in the price of the car. Professional and efficient dealership! My wife went in for a state inspection. The service manager manipulated the conversation with my wife the brake fluid had to be flushed to pass inspection which is totally false. I thought these sucker tactics were reserved for shady dishonest garages, but it looks like these tactics are practiced in reputable dealerships as well.

The entire team that I encountered at Williamsburg Honda created an extremely positive buying experience. Hondas are excellent, but the sales person, Tetyana Hart, was fantastic! She took a great deal of time to show me all of the car’s features both before and after I agreed to buy the car. I have never had a sales person take as much time to not only show off the car, but to help set it up after buying it. While I was there, I saw her assisting several customers, going out of her way to assist customers long after the sale was closed. It is clear that she truly cares about her customers. The manager, John Gorman was fantastic as well, as was the finance manager John K. who worked hard to assure that we got the best financing available. I also got a fair trade in value for my car. I would strongly recommend this dealership to family, friends, and I look forward to going back!

I bought a 2020 Honda CR-V ex. I love it. I felt I got the best price and fair price for my trade in and the vehicle. The processing fee was 300 less right of the bat. Tetyana was most pleasant to deal with. She knew EVERYTHING about the vehicle and took her time showing us the car. Everyone was nice and welcoming and the paperwork buying the car went quickly and smoothly. Went all the way there to get a tick when turning diagnosed, when I got there, was told there would be a 100$ diagnostic fee. Unacceptable for a vehicle still under warranty. Was never told about the fee when making the appointment. Trash service department.

I was visiting family in the area and decided to drop my car off here for an airbag recall. Accidents happen, especially on 14 year old plastic components - the tech performing the recall cracked one of the dash panels as well as the audio unit.Not once did this dealership try to hide this from me. My serve advisor, Dave, immediately owned up to it and agreed to replace the damaged parts at no cost to me. My vehicle was returned to me promptly, in better condition than I dropped it off to them.DAVE IS THE MAN! He never left me hanging, always kept me updated, and was attentive to my situation, despite me technically not being a paying customer due to the situation. I expected to be treated differently, but I wasn’t.

I traveled from Richmond to Williamsburg to look at a certain car that I found online, but ended up leaving with an even better option! Billy Haynes made the entire process as a first time car-buyer so seamless. I was very impressed with his knowledge on most of the tech stuff in the car, as well as how quickly he was able to provide info on the vehicles such as the CarFax report and even a backstory about the vehicles themselves. I truly felt like it couldn’t have been better. Most of the staff has MANY years of experience under their belt, so I felt that I was in good hands. No one pressured me into making any decisions and that made me feel like I made me feel great. I would highly recommend anyone to check out this dealership based on the customer service alone. I havent purchased a new car (for me) in decades. I was really just kicking tires when I met salesperson Jessica Bailey. We began to talk about what I might be interested in & it became evident she knew her product well. I was never rushed, pushed or cajoled about any issue of selecting or buying a car. I didnt need a car, just sort of wanted a new one. I enjoyed taking various models and trim levels for test drives. When Jess was busy, she gave me the keys and off i went.Ultimately the test drives and new fangled safety equipment lead me to decide on a new Civic Sport. Jess and the sales manager conjured up a great deal for me, this all taking place near closing, still, no rushing.After the sale and the car prepped, Jessica patiently explained the tech features for me, setting up many of them to my preferences. She also gave me sources to learn some of the tech features myself, which Ive successfully used. All in all Jess and Williamsburg Honda made for a pleasant and relaxing way to spend money. Cant ask for much more than that. Buy a Honda, from Jess.

I am leaving this poor review specifically with regards to the service department at Williamsburg Honda. I believe they have been dishonest and unwilling to admit and correct a mistake made by one of their service technicians. They cross threaded one of the lug nuts on my tires during a state inspection that they conducted last week. They claim that they didnt take the tires off to inspect the breaks and calipers and refused to fix the problem without charging me for the service, which they quoted me at around $300. I believe that they did take the tires off to conduct the inspection and in the process of putting them back on, accidentally cross threaded one of the lug nuts. An understandable mistake, really.I just wish they would own up to it and fix it. I discovered the cross threaded lug nut after attempting to remove the tire to replace the right rear caliper. Prior to this state inspection which they failed for a leaky right rear caliper, I was the last to remove the tires in order to change the break pads. I am certain that I did not cross thread the lug nuts as I hand tightened them on and then tightened them with a torque wrench. I did not use pneumatic tools. I addressed this with the service manager, and he refused to fix the problem, claiming that his technicians did not remove the wheels for my particular vehicles inspection. I believe they did. I requested them to fix the cross threaded lug nut at no charge. They refused. I believe they were in the wrong and were not willing to attempt to make it right. Hence, a poor review.We purchased a 2005 Honda CR-V from this dealership about 5 years ago and it has been a fantastic family vehicle. Our buying experience from the dealer was overall straightforward and positive. Our experience with the service department over the years has not, and this most recent instance has prompted me to leave a poor review, for all those good people out there who read consumer reviews.

I recently purchased a car from Williamsburg Honda due solely to a phenomenal experience with their sales associate, Jessica Bailey.Jess assisted me throughout my search. She was incredibly knowledgable about each car I looked at - I’m a nervous buyer who asks a lot of questions, and she was able to immediately answer anything I threw at her. She could not have been more patient with both my indecisiveness and my nerves about adapting to technology that was much newer than I’m used to. At other dealerships I had visited, I noticed that if I had my male counterpart with me, the questions and sales pitch would be directed towards him, despite the fact that I was the purchaser. This was never the case with Jess - she understood that I was the one making the investment, and all of her recommendations and questions were directed towards me.After several visits and test drives, I had narrowed it down to a Honda or another vehicle at a competing dealership. While I’m sure it was disappointing for Jess when I decided to go take one last look at that other car before making a final decision, she never tried to push me out of my comfort zone. In fact, Jess and her sincerity in wanting to make sure I got the right vehicle for me is what ultimately led me back to Williamsburg Honda.I’m pleased with my decision to purchase from Williamsburg Honda, and highly recommend Jess to anyone who visits the dealership.

Went to check out two vehicles. They only had one type of vehicle on the lot we were interested in. The salesman came to great use wearing a mask below his nose. When we asked him questions about the vehicle he couldnt answer anything. (ie, Does this vehicle offer chargers near the tailgate, does this vehicle have disc brakes in the front and rear? Do you offer specification brochures on this vehicle?) Not returning here.

Although we were unable to find a deal to work with us (mainly bank financing issues), Steve Snead and the kind finance finance department tried everything they could. I was upfront with them on our financial situation and they truly made the numbers look as good as they could. We just couldnt afford the down payment needed. Hopefully a year from now we can afford trading in our car for something this group can provide. A+++++ rating and this is coming from a customer who has dealed with 90% of the car dealers in Williamsburg during the 10yrs of living here.

We told Ross what we were in the market for and within a day Ross had found a great Honda Accord that matched our needs perfectly. As other have mentioned there is no pressure and Ross and his fellow associates really care about finding the right vehicle you need. Whenever we have questions about anything in regards to repairs or purchasing a car Ross is always very honest and straightforward. I have purchased 3 cars here in the past 13 years. Bert in sales is great. Unfortunately, the service department is unreliable. When my husband brings the car in, everything goes smoothly. When I come in, I have to wait a long time and theres one problem after another - for example, a botched recall that damaged my door and a tire pressure sensor repair that failed again before I even got home (which they said they would refund and never did). Its been so frustrating, I stopped coming here and paid another shop to do the inspections that would have been free at Williamsburg Honda. Sadly, the other shop went out of business during COVID so today I returned to Honda for a state inspection. My husband, who perhaps believed my prior negative experiences to be exaggerated, accompanied me, but drove separately in his own car and did not speak to Honda personnel. I arrived early for my 1:20 pm appointment and told the service agent that I was running an errand and would be back in an hour. When we returned, I went to the service bay and inquired if my vehicle was ready; they said no. I told them I would wait inside. Many customers came and went. My husband was astonished at how long we had to wait. At 4:20 pm I wandered around the showroom; a salesman approached and I explained that I was just stretching my legs, as my car had been here for 3 hours. He apologized and said they were very busy today because of the holiday. I understand, but isnt that the point of having appointments? I reserved my time slot a week ago. At 4:50, I realized that no other customers were in the building and the service bay was empty. I approached the four young agents chatting in the service bay and asked about my vehicle. I think they had forgotten about me - my keys were on the counter and the inspection was complete. They were initially defensive and gave various silly excuses but eventually apologized and gave me coupons for a free oil change. I appreciate the gesture, but I will not be returning to Williamsburg Honda - neither free state inspections nor a free oil change are worth the aggravation of dealing with incompetent staff and wasting an entire afternoon.

I purchased a 2019 Civic Type R from here and it was one of the best experiences Ive had at a dealership. I never felt the common trope of feeling pressured into buying the car, or any of the optional extras when finalizing the deal. Jessica Bailey was my sales consult and she was great. Worked with me on my the little issues that came to mind, and couldnt be friendlier. We currently own two cars that have come from Williamsburg Honda and we had pretty good experiences with the sales department. However, the quality of the service department has continually gone down over the last couple of years.It takes about 2 weeks to get an appointment for an oil change and they act like thats no big deal, when other local dealerships apologize over the phone if they cant get me an appointment same day. The last time I went there for an oil change and was picking up the car she handed me the keys and said its somewhere out there, have a great day! I then got to wander their parking lot for several minutes trying to locate my vehicle, before finding it all the way at the back. I will say that the people there are mostly friendly, they are just completely overwhelmed. If I ever had a bigger problem with the vehicle I have no confidence that they would be able to get it seen in a timely manner.When I bought my last vehicle from Williamsburg Honda a few years ago I really liked the idea of being able to have my vehicle serviced at the same place it was purchased. When it came time to upgrade my CR-V last year we purchased it elsewhere. Were going to be in the market for a new Pilot in the next year or so and will probably be buying that elsewhere too. We feel like we can get the same deal elsewhere on the purchase, with the added bonus of being able to have the vehicle serviced at that same place.

I have to say my trip to Williamsburg Honda was a very disappointing experience. I inquired about a Honda Civic hatchback and received a phone call from a sales rep quickly. The rep gave me a great price. She then called back and told me she accidentally gave me the wrong price. She then gave me another price, which was still reasonable. I went to the dealership, test drove the car (loved it) then began paperwork on the car. After we spent a great deal of time, a person came out and said they gave me the wrong price A SECOND TIME and tried to raise the price 300.00! Now, Im not that smart, but their main function at a dealership is to know the price of their inventory and its hard for me to believe they would make TWO mistakes on the pricing. They wasted my time and my goodwill. Ill never recommend or return to this shop.Mike says that he made an honest mistake but Id ask in what other profession does the client have to pay for the mistake of the dealer? Whether they are incompetent or dishonest makes no difference. The fact remains Im being asked to pay for their mistake. It does not get simpler than that.

After 2 disappointing visits to dealers from another brand, we were relieved when we met Steve Snead at Williamsburg Honda. He was so easy-going and friendly that we didnt bother to visit any other Honda dealers. We came in the next day to pick a color and finalize a deal but didnt expect to leave in a new CRV. If you want a pleasant buying experience and a good deal, ask for Steve.

I had a great experience at Williamsburg Honda. Everyone was extremely kind and, unlike other local places, they were not pushy about making a sale. Our sales rep, Steve, was very honest with us while we were purchasing a new car. He was down to earth and understood how important it was to us to find the right “fit”. He made himself available at all times to answer our questions and even came in early on a few occasions to meet with us about the details. This dealership is the epitome of why consumers hate car dealers. We found a truck we fell in love with and contacted the dealership prior to the truck even hitting the sales floor. We were informed we couldnt test drive the truck because the tires were in need of replacement(something we noted when the truck was parked out back) and it would be a couple days getting it done. In the mean time, we began working with Ross on the deal and secured financing on our own to avoid dealership hassle, finance fees and selling interest points to the bank. We contact him to let him know we had secured financing and would be in on Thursday to finalize the deal. On Wednesday, prior to coming in Thursday, we wanted to look at the truck again and make sure we were happy with everything. This is where we were met by Steve. Steve immediately let us know that we were a burden and inconvenience to him by the way he spoke with us and pushed us out the door. Something which he apologized for the next day though it had already set the tone. Ross was going to be off on Thursday so he told us to come in and ask for Brittnee and she would get us set up. As soon as we walk through door, we ask for Brittnee but Steve intervenes saying he helped us the night before so he should take over. we take the truck for a test drive and he appraises our trade. Again, we love the truck and are ready to sit down and get the deal done. The very first thing he says to us is Just to let you know now, were not moving on the price of the truck. He then takes our information to begin running credit checks for financing. We explain we have already secured financing and are basically here for a final test drive and to sign paperwork. He tells us we can do better on your financing and starts having our credit run. He refused to give us any value on our trade and wont discuss anything until he has his numbers. At this point I tell him that we are not here to play games and were ready to get this done. We dont need them for financing and just want to get it done. He tells us he is almost ready and just needs a minute. Around this time, my son starts telling us he is hungry. I tell Steve we are going to get something to eat and to call us when he is ready to talk. His reply is Go get him something and bring it back here so he can eat while we get this done. I get up and reply Call us when you have numbers and we walked out.Im not sure how you can come in with a basically done deal and have some idiot screw it all pushing for more money in his pocket. But here we are. After leaving I reached out to Brittnee and Ross to apologize for their time and efforts being wasted. I also told Brittnee that if the GM wanted to discuss the incident and the purchase to call us. We have not heard a word from him and dont expect to.Avoid this dealership at all costs.

I went in on Saturday last minute to get an oil change. I got there without an appointment at 4:10pm and was out by 4:45. My service rep was so courteous and informative. I was really please with the level of service, not to mention my car is in good shape. Williamsburg Honda has always been a great place for me to take my car. Wow! A car dealership that doesnt attack you the minute you pull in!After we parked, we allowed a little time to look at what we came for, then nicely greeted by Jess. She did not get pushy with us, and stayed away until we asked her questions. She listened to our interests before pulling a vehicle around that we wanted to see. While in town on vacation, my air conditioning system stopped working properly. The service staff scheduled a fast appointment for repair. After I scheduled my appointment, I also got a flat tire. The service technicians fixed a small problem with a switch and patched the tire so we could return is a safe, cool car. Thank You Williamsburg Honda!

I have visited the Service Department three times since moving to Williamsburg. All three of those visits have been absolutely wonderful. The Service Department crew are friendly, professional and work hard to diagnose your problem fast and get it fixed. Just today I rolled in without an appointment because the tire pressure warning light came on in my Honda Odyssey. The crew got me in fast, checked out my issue and had me on my way quickly. This is the best Service Department I have ever visited.

Stopped by and asked for help to reinsert a fuse panel cover that had fallen out. Cindy at service intake cheerfully tried to do it herself then got help when she couldn’t do it. I visited Williamsburg Honda twice this week. I am visiting Williamsburg and left my husband at home with our 2004 Civic that we were told had a blown head gasket. The car still runs. My husband and I decided not to spend any more money fixing the 2004 Civic but replace it. My husband and I have had a Honda vehicle for 39 continuous years. My husband did the research on the internet and wanted me to go to a local Honda dealer which happened to be Williamsburg Honda to look at the current models. I went to the dealership and was greeted by Product Specialist Chris Conley. I told him my situation that I was only looking and had no intentions of buying a vehicle from his dealership. He showed me the 2 models that my husband was interested in and pointed out all their features. He also sent me home with a brochure on the model I had settled on. I went back the next day as my husband wanted me to test drive the model I had selected that we wanted to purchase. Again Mr. Conley helped me by letting me take the car out for a test drive. He would have let me take the car by myself but I wanted him to come with me as I am unfamiliar with the area and I knew I would feel more comfortable driving the car with him beside me. Mr. Conley was very informative about Honda products and if I lived here I definitely would have purchased my new vehicle from Williamsburg Honda.

My wife and I scoured the internet for a Honda Civic. We randomly found one on a random website that lead us to Williamsburg Honda, and from that point on it was smooth sailing. Ross was generous, fun, not pushy, but also honest from start to finish (and there really isn’t a finish cause I still text and ask questions). I originally went to Williamsburg Honda in the late summer to inquire about a 2014 Honda Odyssey. The sales rep, Ross Humphreys, was super knowledgeable and pleasant when showing me all the van’s features and telling me about the 1-owner van’s background as it was purchased there brand new and traded in by original owner. Ross also let me drive the van back to Newport News to show my husband. Unfortunately my husband wasn’t quite ready to buy.In November my husband was ready to buy. I was so glad to find a 2011 Honda Odyssey at Wmsbg Honda that was like new but priced more affordable for our budget. I called Ross and he told me to come on in for a test drive. Ross is not pushy at all. You can tell he loves what he does. I drove the van and loved it. My husband and I came back in the next day, traded in our ‘06 Odyssey, got a great deal and great financing. We were in and out within 1.5 hours.I highly recommend Williamsburg Honda and Ross Humphreys to anyone looking to buy a car. It’s like buying from a longtime friend! My husband and I just purchased a used Honda Odyssey with Steve. I have to say, this was the easiest process in buying a car that I have experienced to date.
