This is the third time we have used this location. This time it was to fix the camera on my iphone. Dropped it off, went to lunch and came back at it was done in an hour. Very pleased and will use them whenever the need arises.

Very fast service and was able to repair Samsung A21 when other stores could not. Screen is like new.

I had my Apple Watch battery replaced. I believe he must have used a refurbished battery versus a new one because it has not improved the battery life. I put it on around 730 am and by about 2 pm it is dead. I called back 3 days after he put in the new battery, and he made me feel like an inconvenience. He told me I was under warranty and he would order a new battery and call me when it comes in. It has been almost a full month and he hasnt called. I am now out $55 and my watch is not fixed.

Terrible quality of work and customer service. Brought 2 phone in for screen repair. Both fell screens fell off in under a year (one after 5 months one after 10 months). I brought them back assuming they would correct their poor workmanshipand was told “the screens are out of warranty and they don’t last long, they’re not apple screens”This place advertises that they “use the highest quality screens” .Pathetic i will never go back.

Obbie was very nice, professional and punctual. I took the phone in late on a Tuesday evening, 10 minutes before he would close and he even offered to fix it on the spot if it was urgent. I told him no need, as it was for my daughter and we discovered that the back of the iPhone was also cracked. He told me he would have it the next day by noon; he called at 11:50am to advise it was ready. He then suggested a case, which is half the price of the local bestbuy and he helped look for colors to my daughters preference.Hopefully, I dont need his services again, but if I do, I will definitely return without hesitation. This place is CLUTCH!!!!! My camera glass was broken on my Note20 ultra. Dropped it off and in 40 min. It was ready for pickup. Wouldnt recommend anyother place besides this place.

Had a terrible screen repair done here. I received my my phone back 30 mins longer after estimated time. I did not check it when i got it because i was in a rush. When i finally looked it had 4 pressure spots on it. I wanted to go in for warrenty work but the screen they replaced it with was so low quality it got a small crack in it with 2 days while it was in my pocket! I went in for warrenty work n they said they wouldnt replace it because the small crack. If u get ur screen replaced make sure u clarify the the quality of the screen n make sure they do it correctly. They offered me a new sceen for a lower price. But they couldnt do it correctly the 1st time

Fixed my phone within 15 minutes at 6:15 on a Tuesday night, also was more the reasonable in what he charged. Obie(I think he is the owner/operator) is very nice and professional.

Never-the-less I had to return with another problem with the certificates on my email server. Once again, Obie came to my rescue. So knowledgeable and quick. His prices are more than fair. I will go to him for all of my iPhone and Computer problems.

Replaced in a two year old iPhone 8 battery. The new battery drains as fast as the old one did. The reason I replaced it was to increase battery life. Not sure if it was replaced with a new battery, or at best an inferior product? Disappointed with this product, ask questions relative to quality of replacement battery if your intention is to improve battery life!

After dropping my Galaxy S9 plus, the screen protector and screen were badly cracked all over. I couldnt use the phone and was thinking I would have to purchase a new one.But my friend mentioned coming here as she had taken hers here once before and they were able to fix it.Something that I thought was going to take a day at least to fix, took one hour. I was at the pool when a storm came up, I grabbed everything up I could carry and fled to the condo. I started unpacking and rrealized I had left my phone in the chair at the pool. I got back and got it, then tried to turn it on and I could feel it vibrate but had no picture. I took my phone to the store the man working said he would do his best and he did just that! I came back in a hour like he said, it was on and I havent had a problem since. He did a wonderful job for me, so thankful!

I took my LG G5 in for screen repair. I called before going because they were a 45 min drive away. They were the only phone repair shop that had the screen available. Obie was so nice. They knew I had driven from out of town and had it ready in only an hour, much faster than I had anticipated. They also gave me great discount on an Otterbox, so maybe my screen will not have to be replaced again. The drive was well worth it!

I could not view the incoming calls on my iPhone, so when the phone rang I could not answer because screen would not show call. No info in recent calls or voice mail. I tried every fix on the internet and called several places to get help. All said they could not help me. I called Cell Phone Zone as was told to come in. I went there and was helped by Obie. 10 minutes it was FIXED. I was so grateful!They are well set up for Covid protection. They wore masks and gloves and I was protected by plexiglass screen. Payment was touch less.I will use them again, for sure. Price was so inexpensive! I am a very happy customer.

I recently had my charge port replaced. However, after having the charge port replaced I experienced a proble . I took the phone back in to be service . The technician identified I had wood debris in 7 charge por . The technician removed the debris and the charge port is working perfectly I really appreciate these guy .

My iPhone was completely locked up, could not turn it off. I wish I would have asked this gentleman for his name as I handed the phone to him and he worked his magic. In a matter of @5 mins I was up and running again; NO CHARGE! I highly recommend!

Took my phone there to fix broken screen. Paid $55 for new screen to be ordered and $45 for screen to be replaced. Called in 2 weeks later after being told screen would be in 4-5 days.screen in and replaced. 3 days later dropped phone 2feet on to carpet, screen broken again. Went back in, was told screen not good, but screens ordered not guaranteed. I could buy another one. Dont gamble your money!Did bring back in and was told replacement screen was defective and not under warranty, because YOU bought off of eBay. Went elsewhere to have phone properly fixed.

Imagine this: You just asked a girl out and everything seems to be going well. Then two days before you drop your phone on the floor, the screen shatters, and you are unable to make out anything on the screen. The phone number is the only way you have to contact her and you have not set up a place or a time to meet yet. A college students worst nightmare.So the next day, I hop on the bus and stop by here, desperately hoping there was something they could do. Slightly skeptical of perfect positive ratings online, I thought No place could be that good. I walked in the store. The people there were super friendly. I shattered my iPhone 5s screen and bought a diy glass replacement kit. I followed a video, go the phone open, all the necessary teeny tiny parts removed and then got stuck. I didnt trust myself going forward and decided to take it to cell phone zone. He had my screen replaced in no time! And it was a far more reasonable price than their local competitor. Fast working and kind employees. Unfortunately, as time went on the screen progressively became less and less responsive. It was fine for the first couple of days, and then it seemed as if the touchscreen was dysfunctional. It would randomly press down on areas of the screen. This was solved by locking and unlocking repeatedly but the problem kept happening. Now the home button is completely unresponsive. I can no longer unlock my phone. I would hope that this isnt business greed by installing faulty screens requiring the buyer to drop another 100$.

Cracked the screen on my smart phone and took it to PhoneZone. I had received two expensive (Phone)estimates from other sources. The Tech on duty examined the phone removed the protective cover (that I forgot was on it), determined that the underlying screen was intact, sold me a new (inexpensive) protective cover, wished me a good day and sent me on my way.Conclusion: Smart Honest and very resonaby priced. I took my iPad Air and had the screen changed, few days later it stoped working, came back to the place and they told me that now I needed to replace the battery for another $75. I have other iPads first generations that dont have any problem with the battery. Is this a coincidence or has it happen to anyone else?
