My laptop had an ominous error screen that appeared at startup, and it required attention immediately. The staff really took the time to explain what was going on in detail. They really went out of their way to ease my concerns. The price was affordable and I got my laptop back the next day. Its definitely in better condition now! The service is above and beyond. I highly recommend the computer clinic!

My computer which was approaching 7 years of service gave me an ominous warning of hard drive failure approach. This caused a huge panic attack - I still use Windows 7 and had no desire to switch to 10. I called Computer Clinic. The tech advised me that they could likely just install a new hard drive and everything would be saved - it would look the same but work faster. I got it to them ASAP. The next day Ryan called and said it was up and running. I picked it up, set it up at home, and fired it up. Same old look, all programs the same, Windows 7 alive just as advised, and about 50 to 70 percent faster. Fantastic work, fair price. Most high recommendation I can give - they done good!

I have worked with Ryan at Computer Clinic for a number of years until I moved away from Wburg. Always professional, always honest. This time, I drove down to have him facilitate the transfer of my old data to my new laptop. He also checked out the old machine which is going to my roommates daughter.While I was visiting a friend in the area, I certainly consider the trip from the MD suburbs in Washington, DC to Williamsburg to be worth the trip. I asked for Ryans advice on my new machine and he came through as he always does. I totally trust his word and his advice which is not as common today as it should be. My highest recommendation.

2017-0717 this is always my go-to and or recommendation for computer repair and have known them for maybe 20+ years. Recently, I dropped off PC, nice lady there took down notes of everything I told her about the PC. Today, I got a call from Ryan, he left voicemail saying that hed like to discuss the PC, called him, we talked, asked him to email quote, he did that and he estimated that the PC should be ready for pickup tomorrow.
