Read the other reviewss and called Ron with American Garage Door Repair on Monday and unit switched to conventional torsion springs system on Tuesday. Arrived exactly on time, and completed work in professional manner. Ron is super nice and informative. Price was below competitors for superior service. The name on the posting is my computer. My name is Bobby.On Labor Day (today), I needed to have my garage door fixed. I had actually made the repair more complicated as I tried to fix the door myself (mistake). I searched the internet and chose American Garage Door Repair due to the perfect rating from multiple feedback.I didnt think anyone would answer the phone but when I called, Mr. Ron Hendrick (the owner) picked up on the third ring. I explained the problem but also told him I was aware of the holiday. Ron explained his rate (very reasonable) and said hed come out today. He arrived at my residence in the time frame he said he would.In about an hour or so, Ron had my door fixed and working perfectly. He probably could have had it done sooner but he took the time to explain what he was doing and answered all of my questions. To say that Ron was very amiable and professional would be an understatement. He even should me what I could do should the door need a similar repair in the future.I now understand why American got the perfect rating.
