Overcharged. Zachary was professional and explained the garage door opener workings. Mine actually worked fine, so he had little to do. He checked that everything was working properly and showed me how to change the code. But he charged me the $59 trip charge plus an extra $30. I think some of that should have been included in the trip charge.

This is first time I write a review on G+. I want to thanks the technician Eli came on Sunday to repalce both cable, torsion spring, 2 drum and the shalf. He just got it done in one hr. And the their repair estimate is very convenience. They reply the repair cost less than an hr. Their price are very reasonable.

Very courteous and friendly. On time. Would definitely recommend and use again.
