The technician and person giving the estimate arrived in the time frame given and the quote was emailed to us quickly. When I asked for something additional, it was quickly added to the quote and resent. The technician arrived within the window given by Apple and the install looks great. We are very happy. We decided to replace a very basic builder installed opener with a Liftmaster unit of the type we had at a previous home. Our experience with Apple Door of Williamsburg was a first class experience from start to finish. Their phone was answered on the first ring and the total process was seamless from that point forward. The technician arrived at the scheduled time and completed the installation quickly and efficiently. We feel that the price was very reasonable for a quality Liftmaster unit with multiple features to include a battery backup.

Its easy to overlook the best providers in a given market. They come in, do their jobs professionally, and then leave without any fanfare. As a customer, youre on to the next thing immediately because everything went so well. Youre not motivated to write a glowing review in the same way that you are when the vendor screws up. Thats why I need to tell you about how outstanding these folks are. They know exactly when theyre doing. They know what you need and how to install it. No muss, no fuss, just great service, solid products, and a terrific customer experience. I dont hesitate to write critical reviews when theyre warranted but Im trying to get better about posting glowing reviews when its appropriate. With these folks, it definitely is. I recommend Apple Door Systems without hesitation or reservation. Theyre terrific.

I tried to buy a garage door from here. The sales person came to meet and measure, then only gave a quote on one type of door, not 3 that had been agreed on. Then it took over a week to get the quote. Very poor communication. He also said he would have to come out and measure again.... Once was not enough?!? Obviously they do not have their stuff together. Then when he was leaving the property he drove off the driveway and almost hit a massive pine tree. I would not trust them to ever install a door for me.

Disrespectful technicians and service reps. There are other businesses better equipped to provide you with a door. Avoid.

The purchase and installation of the new awning was timely with no issues. The awning is working great and Im very satisfied. The sales and installation people were knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this organization.

We purchased a very expensive front door through the Salesman at this facility. After setting an install date and time, no one showed or called. After calling and rescheduling, I informed them I could not be there when they arrived. I did arrive before the install was finished and told the installer the door was not the color we ordered. The salesman came out 2 days later and said he would work with us on a resolution.. The owner/manager of the facility called and offered $250.00 off of a $7000.00. This is not the door we wanted or ordered and their resolution is not sufficient. One star only since I have to.
