This store has not carried the retriver mini chunks in over a month. Don’t know why but they are losing business. All the other stores seem to be able to get. Why not this one?

Store is pet friendly. Staff is friendly and helpful. The isles can get a bit crowded at the front of the store, if trying to use a shopping cart. Love the variety of merchandise and hearing baby chicks chirp.

I picked up eight chicks and found out that three of them were meat chickens and one of them was a rooster when I was told they were all hens. Four more to replace all the ones I got rid of and still got two more roosters. We cant have roosters in York county so you would think youll be a little bit more careful. Then I ordered dog food online told him to pick up at the closest location to me which was not the closest location to me. The one they had me picking up from was 20 miles I had one 10 miles. So I went to the one that was 10 miles from me and they made me pay again for the same dog food and then go online and ask for a refund like Im rich and can afford to just pay for multiple bags of dog food. Frustrated

This place is awesome but this was the first time they didnt have mason jars... Only time they couldnt help me haha! I refused to go to Walmart and told them Id be back. I bought everything here to start a flock of chickens. Very healthy birds and they had all the products I needed. Happy shopping 😁

Always has what I need and then some. Staff is very helpful, ready to explain anything, and answer questions. Really enjoy how their online prices and inventory more accuratly reflect in store prices and inventory compared to other chains.

Amazing folks. Exceptional products. Miracles can happen there.Here is a story for you that doesnt happen every day. Our family lives close enough to the local Tractor Supply that we could walk there, and sometimes do with our dogs. Two of them got loose from our home one stormy night, and we were terribly worried. It turns out, they remembered their visits to Tractor Supply and decided to walk over and do some shopping. A lovely employee finally realized they were on their own in the store, and not only did she buy the toy they chose for them, but she gave them a safe place to stay until we were reunited. How can I not give that a 10?The folks there have always been kind, helpful, and friendly, but this was above and beyond. I give this store my highest recommendation. Thank you.

I love Tractor Supply and have always had great experiences at them. This particular establishment is in my home town, the staff are always courteous and go out of their way to help. Always a great experience and love the deals in the bins at the front of the store when you walk in!

Nice Tractor Supply Co. but one of the smaller ones weve been to. To find it you have to look a bit for the signs, but once found it was in a great location. We went here looking for a smaller gun safe and some items for our RV. Unfortunately we didnt find anything we were looking for at this location. But the staff was very helpful and tried to help us with our needs.

Great supply of items for any and all pets. I purchased suet cakes for the birds at only 99 cents each. Also got husband some pajamas and a 2019 Farmers Almanac. Great store. Dont let the name fool you!

I ordered items online on 11/28 to be shipped to store, but I haven’t received the items. I called this store on 12/9 and emailed the customer service department twice. The woman I spoke to was not helpful at all, she told me to look at the tracking number which I’ve done countless times. The items were supposed to get delivered on 12/4 but an employee or machine placed the wrong label on the package. How does that happen, incompetence is how. The online customer service is slow to respond, they don’t respond within 2 business days, that’s a lie. Not only that but the lady named Shatara told me I would receive the item on the 11th at the end of the day. I told her she was wrong because it shows that the item is being returned to the sender. I used to recommend this place to people, however because of a screw up on their part and giving me misinformation I loathe this place.Edit: my items finally got delivered to the store on 12/20, it took over 3 weeks, which is pathetic. I mine as well purchase similar items on eBay since both of the items are made in China anyways.

For the farmer and wannabe farmer in us theres Tractor Supply. Theyve got your pet food, fencing and cage materials, gate and hardware fittings, rugged outdoor clothing, tools & equipment, etc, etc. The merchandise mix can be top heavy with Chinese made products and sadly lacking in USA made products, but pick and choose.Their friendly folks worked admirably during the pandemic to offer a safe customer experience. All in all, an unpretentious store where anyone can feel comfortable shopping.

We love this store. But find there is never enough front end staff to expeditiously check customers out. Was there shopping today, spent a great deal of time and had purchases in purchasing hands. When going to check out, found 1 cashier trying to serve a question of at least 6 customers with no additional staff called to front. There is a customer service desk in the store. Inquired there about paying for purchases and directed to front. What happened to customer service? Left items and left the store. Very disappointed

Always friendly and helpful employees. Theres a wide assortment of items that may be hard to find in other stores. They have an excellent hardware section with lots of different types of fasteners.

Great staff. I love the bolts by the pound. This is the cheapest place to buy bolts in town. They always sell good quality products.

Place was nearly empty. Waited at customer service, while clerk took a phone call. I understand he was helping another customer and I waited patiently. But his conversation went on and on for 10 minutes. No acknowledgment from him, no pausing and letting me know he would be with me in a few minutes. Another clerk saw me waiting, no help until I had to ask for it. You see a customer with merchandise in their hands, you stop what you are doing and ask if the customer needs assistance. Especially in an empty store.

Never had a bad experience here yet as I frequent this place. Everything is stocked that I need.

Came around 6.14.18 12:30pm on a Thursday all the way from Newport News. Not too many people in the store. The cashier asked her co- worker to show me chicken coops, but she didnt feel like finding them in the shed & wanted to just show me on the computer. Um I can do that myself w/o driving all the way there. Will never return to this location. Maybe Gloucester has better customer service!

I stopped by the Williamsburg Tractor Supply to get a few washers and nuts for a project at work. I decided to walk around the store a little to see what they carried. I saw they had a Stanley Fatmax 25 foot magnetic tape measurer for $15.99. They are over $22 at Home Depot, so I bought it for my coworker who needed a new tape measure. As I was checking my receipt at home I noticed that the tape measurer rang up at $19.99. I called the store and explained to the young lady that answered the phone my situation and she seemed unconcerned and told me I probably read the price wrong and I can bring it back to the store and return it. I know I should have checked my receipt before I left the store but I felt that the employee should have shown a tad more concern.

I would give this a better rating, however after standing and waiting for the girl cleaning the chicks area for about 5 min to purchase chicks another employee finally decided to come over and tell us that we had to go to the check out to purchase them. I had purchased them at the chick pen only a few days prior.

Cheap trailer tires at an outrageous price! Hi-run trailer tires are junk paid $117.00 for a trailer tire and have got these more than once this was the last straw. Tire would not seat on the rim even took it to a tire shop and they could not get it to blow up on the rim. They wear out super fast to. I went to Northern tool and got Tire ON Rim 15 for $109.00 with a Load Star* tire much better tire dont waist your time at T.S.C unless your getting dog food. I will drive the extra distance to Northern from now on.

Hellooo, it has hay, cowboy boots, feed, seed... Its a dang Tractor Supply, what do you want from me? I have Guinea pigs... Lots of Guinea pigs but lets not focus on that hot mess because they have all the things for all the animals. They, also, offer to order whatever you want to start getting delivered to your particular store. Probably because all of you are a**holes and expect everything to be done for you and they dont wanna hear your whining. I give everything 4-stars unless a lap dance was involved or they were rude af.

The overall feeling from this store has gone downhill. I went in to find hummingbird feeders. The cheapest available was $15.... same thing at Petsmart and Petco was $2-$3 less. I also overheard other customers voicing complaints about available items not in stock.... many empty spots on the shelves. Also... the clearance table had discounts of a whopping $2 off.......

Drove from Newport News last weekend to find the store had no power due to a power outage in the area. Normally I would have said crap and went home but because of this distance I checked the door because I didn’t want to feel like a wasted trip. The store employees greeted me and ask how can I help you as if nothing was wrong even though the store was pitch black. Told them I was just looking for some chicken feed and they said come right. Out came the flash lights and helped find everything i needed. Great people...

March 23, 2015So here was just my experience with the TRACTOR SUPPLY CO. in Norge!I just called and asked to speak with a manger. The associate apparently was standing right next to her and asked if she wanted to speak with me, I heard her laugh and told him no amongst some other muttering and then she told him to put me on hold! Really? Next time you may want to keep your voices down!!! I hung up because I surely didnt want to speak with her either!

The staff wasnt fully aware of the services they provided and the organization of the show floor was cluttered. The staff was friendly and engaging towards customers.
