We got back a recommended mattress firmness and brands that would meet our needs. Bill did not give us the hard car sale. He was patient, personable and most of all very knowledgeable. We had a great experience shopping at Mattress Warehouse of Williamsburg! Bill was very thorough and patient as we slowly made our way around testing the various mattresses that were recommended based on our needs. At no point was he pushy or over-the-top as some sales people can be even though we were there for hours. We decided to give it a day to think about it and returned the next day. We tested our favorite again and went for it. We had the bed within a few days and couldnt have been happier with the whole process. The delivery drivers were also very prompt & courteous. Oof. Two stars because I eventually got my comfort exchange mattress that I wanted. Only two stars because I had to visit the store which was out of town to initiate the exchange, choose my mattress then take a sleep test (that was not offered with my first purchase at a different location), was told the transaction couldn’t be confirmed and went back and forth with multiple sales reps over at least 10 phone calls to confirm the sale. If you’re extremely patient, this is the company for you. Otherwise, shop around more than I did.

We were just planning to look, but the prices were SO GREAT that we couldnt pass it up! They showed us exactly what we asked and then as we asked more they helped more. We have been to this store several times for various mattress needs. Prices are good and service is excellent. Over Labor Day weekend, we finally decided to get rid of a mattress that had been bugging us for a while. I Just had the best, heartfelt experience with the salesman named Bill. I was looking for something nice but affordable for a friend in need. Bill did all he could to get me the right mattress at the right cost so that I could buy my friend a bed. He was understanding and took his time looking for a deal for me and I am so appreciative. I went to other stores but No one was as determined to help me like Bill was. I’ll be back for future purchases because of my wonderful experience.

This was the worst mattress shopping experience I have had. My husband and I walk in and are instantly greeted by a man who was profusely sweating. First he asked us what we were looking for and then told us that we were wrong about what we wanted and that we didnt know how to pick out our own mattress. He convinced us to lay on a machine that would tell us what we actually wanted. Reluctantly, we agreed and when it printed out the results he confirmed that we had no clue what we wanted. He never actually let us look at the print out and kept it when we left. Based on the scientific results he showed us 3 different mattresses, all of which I found unappealing and some where outright uncomfortable. The entire time we were testing the mattresses, the sweating man was less than 5-10 feet away watching. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable, many times he would sit on the next mattress over (2 feet away) staring at us and talking to us the entire time. After showing us those few mattresses he told us there was no use testing any others because they wouldnt fit our needs. I will never walk into another Mattress Warehouse again. Horribly uncomfortable and who would ever want to be told over and over again that they are not able to decide what they want?

Bill offered great service. I tend to research before making large purchases. After lots of internet searches to understand qualities/differences of adjustable bed frames, I came to a stand-still. The Sealy 2.0 was being discontinued and the 3.0 was the new replacement. I struggled to find the differences online (or by calling the manufacturer direct) and wanted to go to a store locally to see the differences. Bill was well versed on the product changes, he knew his products inside and out. He didnt apply any pressure and openly shared pros and cons of various products. I felt very comfortable with my decision and would recommend Bill to anyone shopping for bedding. How refreshing to find a retailer who listened to customer needs, knew his product and was honest to boot. Price was competitively priced. Thank you Bill!

Went in for a mattress for a guest twin bed. Bill handled our sale, and he was extremely friendly, without being pushy. Asked for our price range, and was able to find good quality mattress for a very good deal. We went with a discontinued floor model for over 80% off the original price. Like I said, very willing to work to our favor in a reasonable manner. Was also able to get a minor-flawed floor sample high quality pillow for roughly 70% off original price. If youre willing negotiate with an open mind they are willing to accomodate and try to give you what you need for a fair or better price. And if youre willing to compromise a little, you can find even better deals on items with almost nothing wrong with them.The store itself is very clean looking. I didnt feel any sort of concern on laying on the beds as they all appeared to be well-kept and cleaned. The store, the merchandise, and the employees ate all high quality.

I recently purchase an adjustable King Size Bed. This was actually accomplished by buying two twin beds that sit side by side. Doug and Richard were great to work with. It did take a couple visits to get the one we really wanted and Richard worked with management to get us a very fair deal. The bed inclines individually and actually adjust at the foot and the head and can actually go to a zero gravity mode which is like a U shape. We also have wireless remote. We are very pleased
