K& W Tire properly aligned my tire to correct a problem when another local garage failed at a proper alignment. The tech went above and beyond to verify there wasnt a problem with the Cooper tires. I highly recommend the shop for the services they provide.

Great experience! I own an older vehicle and had one of the ball joints fail which rendered it undrivable. I had it towed to K&W. They did a thorough inspection, sent me an itemized estimate of work to be done. They finished the work in a timely manner and the total cost ended up matching the estimate. My vehicle handles like a new car. Overall, very pleased with K&W.

Charged 5 hrs labor I was there only 2.5 hrs when I asked them to explain why they said that was the minimum they could charge. All I went there for was a state inspection and 4 brake pads 2 rotors $680.62 total and 318.68 for labor.

Worst tires I ever bought in my life. I had them balanced 3 times in 2 weeks and everytime they said they were out of balance. What a joke. Eventually I just gave up and my steering wheel still shakes. Worst 450 Ive ever spent. Cooper CS5

We went there for years, We have 3 cars... NOT GOING THERE ANY MORE!!!!! Went there for an oil change and they took some metal that was hanging off the bottom of my car ....Got the car home the next morning went to drive it there was a loud Banging noise, So I called them they said to bring it in..I went there they told me all of the lugs on 3 of my tires were very loose and that it was very dangerous Hmmmm... Well i didnt loosen the lugs Myself and the only persons that touched my car were the workers at K& W tires. So you tell me how you all think all the lugs on 3 -NOT- 1. OF MY TIRES GOT LOOSE...The workers there are playing a dangerous game.......

I got the tire punctured and i went to k & w tire with my car tire and the guy fix the tyre and he said done so i get back home and replace the tire in my car and after sometime i get the flat tyare again so my question is they dont know how to fix tyre puncture or else they just fill the air in the tyre and gave me back. They charged me $21.16 to fill the air ....really they doesnt care about costomer satisfaction?? I would never ever go again ...bulshit service..
