I am from out of state and my hybrid Ford wouldn’t turn the air conditioner on. Took my car here on the chance they might have time to take a look at it. They brought it in, gave my dog water and allowed us to hang out in their waiting room. Turns out it was a blown fuse. They didn’t charge me - I am so appreciative of their help! I am very pleased with Fairfield Fords service for a recall that I had on my 2021 F-150. Fairfield completed the work in the amount of time they quoted it to take and my truck was clean and neat when I received it back. I would recommend them for service to other Ford owners.

Stopped by last night to take a look at 2014 F150. Nicholas Camburn came out in the frigid cold to see if I had any questions, ended up taking it for a ride. Came back today for another ride in the daylight, ended up negotiating a great deal - and now Im loving my new truck! Nicholas did a great job - answered all my questions and was extremely helpful tand attentive hrough the whole process. It only took about 15 minutes to get approved with credit manager Terrys help. While I was waiting they gave her a quick wash and made her nice and shiny. Overall a great buying experience! Will continue to do business at Fairfield Ford of Williamsport! Very Happy!

A big thank you to the service department, took my RR in for a seal in our windshield, the service was amazing the gentlemen was so kind and very in tune to my needs with lining my seats with plastic due to having white interior, explained everything in detail what they did. A rental car was provided all this was at no cost. Just wanted to say thank you to them. Service was was above and beyond.

Fast service, Very polite, Had my defective air bag. For my 2013. Mustang recall. Was told it would be hour. I was in & out of there in less than 30 minutes. AWESOME!!!!!

The manager told me my truck had a “major misfire” when he started it. I took it to my 20 year ford mechanic who immediately dismissed this falsehood. They offered me literally half the value of my trade and didn’t budge on the price of their vehicle which was $2000 over kbb value. The manager only came out to meet me when I was walking out the door and proceeded to further devalue my vehicle telling me it was a “good deal” for me. The next day I took my vehicle to ken Pollack ford and was offered full price for my truck and was treated nicely and fairly. I have purchased three vehicles from Fairfield, they will be my last. The Ford dealership was the epitome of a dishonest car dealership. I wish there was a zero star rating.

I have been a customer and will continue to be a customer. Rob has helped me and my family get the vehicles we wanted at the prices that worked for us. Joe and Scott in the service department are always there to help anyway they can and are very good at what they do as well as all the other personnel there. To be completely honest its the only place I feel comfortable letting my wife go without me for anything that needs done to either of our vehicles. They dont pressure her or make her feel stupid when she is trying to explain what is going on. Keep up the great work!!

Had a great experience with Fairfield Ford of Williamsport. Had an issue with my vehicle that was a very complicated freak problem and they never gave up on it. I drove around your dealership, got out and walked your dealership, went into the showroom, not 1 person asked me if I needed help or was someone helping me, got home and went back on line and talked with Ashley in support, thats why you have 1 star rating, she asked the right questions, gave her my name, cell number and email, that was on 02/27/20. This is 03/07/20 and I have yet to hear from anyone!!!!! Needless to say that I will not be purchasing a new truck from Fairfield Ford or any other Fairfield dealership for that matter. This is the most dishonest dealership I have every been to. I would never recommend this dealership. They will liar to you about issues their used cars have, and when you discover the problem.... they will only half a$$ fix it. Now Im 2 years in with a vehicle that continues to have more problems!

Poor attitudes in the service department. Went with an intermittent issue with a brand new truck and was told they could not do anything about it because they couldnt replicate it. Only open during bankers hours. Also was not familiar with a recall that was currently active.

They were nice,ready to deal, gave me my stripe that I wanted on my truck..Would go again.

Went there to buy a car, got nowhere other then being ignored. To bad for them bought a new car down at muncy Honda dealership. Wont bother to go back to Fairfield Ford for a new truck.

Service was good until I noticed that there was an issue with my car after I got it back. Not only did the dealership know that there was an issue, but they didnt contact me while they had it in the shop 3 times longer than they told me it was going to be. This issue also prevented them from test driving the vehicle so they could not even verify if they service I wanted done was complete. Then when I went to pick up the car, they still didnt tell me and I noticed it as soon as I turned on the car. When I went to ask them about it, they went out of their way to specifically state that it definitely was not their fault on top of the idea that they clearly stated that they were not going to assist me what so ever. After asking for any assistance and being denied I decided to take my chances on the road. The guy at the front desk also decided to harass one of my friends who worked at another dealership because of the issue, I did not appreciate that and it has put an enormous strain between myself and my friend because of it. Tread carefully and document everything. Other than that the service on my car was indeed done to my satisfaction, customer service needs some work.
