Id give them zero stars if I was able to I made an appointment to have my car worked on they didnt get to it till 3 days later qouted me for 6 hours then told me it would be 10 hours and after both qouted times had passed still havent gotten a call to get my vehicle when I went in to see the progress since its been 5 days in the garage for something that 3 other garages told me would take 3 to 4 hours to do it looked like they only just started to disemble the front for a differential change after 6 hours of it being in the actual shop ring worked on they got 15 min worth of work done they are a fully equipped garage so even if they had problems getting a nut off the have the required tools to make the job easier there is no excuse as to why after 6 hours only 15 min of work has been done

They service two of my trucks on a moments notice, one time the truck would not start, they trace the problem down to a bad ground in the electrical system, let truck set would start right off, stop and go to restart after being run for a while would not start, even useing jumper cables, it was dead, no lights or power of any kind. Freedom traced it down to a ground cable which was not tight.Second truck power steering went out, called and Freedom said get it there they would try to get to look at it, that was before noon, by two o clock there was a call to come and pick my truck up, Done, bushing on line was crack and dropped the fluid,. The owner and crew were very polite and professional at Freedom Auto. GREAT PLACE TO GO.

Thought they did a good job but Im having nothing but issues after they redid the front end of my truck will never take another vehicle back there

Our vehicle broke down on the way back up to Rochester NY. We were not at the vehicle so they were so kind to stop at the Pilot Truck Stop/Gas Station to get our keys to our vehicle so they could tow it to the nearest dealer for us.I spent a lot of time trying to get AAA to help out but with no luck.Freedom Towing was very customer service oriented. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The technician who provided roadside assistance to me late on February 8th, was polite and so very considerate. It was cold, windy and snowing; he made sure I was warm and went right to work changing my flat tire.

The kind folks in the Freedom notary department were extremely helpful and I recommend them to anyone who needs their assistance!

Worst service ever do not recommend to anyone. They let my boyfriend and I’s car sit for 3 weeks in the back of there garage and lied about looking at it.

They have done multiple bodywork issues for our business, no complaints here, we even had a paint issue months after the job was done and they stood behind it. We will continue using their services.

The price is very high however they do good work
