Alicia assisted me today. I was greeted right away. I wanted to go from my dirty blond ish hair to natural looking strawberry blonde. She listened to me and looked at a photo. She assisted me in choosing the exact perfect product which is hard when you are trying to go red. Im 100% thankful for this amazing associate. I love my hair!! Thank you Sallys.

One suggestion check expiration dates on hair care products before buying.

I went in to get some supplies to keep my eyebrows looking good and discovered that their rewards card, which used to cost about $15 a year, is now FREE (finally!). So, I signed up for one. The cashier was friendly, as was another associate who helped me in the aisle. Prices were reasonable (not super-low but not too high, either). Overall, a good shopping experience.

The price at the register tend not to be the same with what was displayed. The cashier was nice and polite, but one girl from the back storage room seemed to be very rude.

Hours say 8-8 on Saturday, it’s 9am and doors are locked with no sign as to why.
