Great company to buy our shops supplies in bulk quantities and affordable prices. Even if some of there things cost a little more than Amazon, but we will support them regardless. If your a larger shop Id def recommend there subscription plans for all your basic shop needs, everything shows up on time and packaged professionally each and every month. I placed an online order for Andis Cool Care, they said it was in stock. I got an email saying my order was processed, then about a week later I got an email saying that it was actually not in stock, and my order was cancelled. I’m set to go back to work soon and ordered cool care with enough time for shipping in order to have it ready to go by the time I go back to work, and now I may have to start work with no cool care, thanks to WB. Stop screwing people!

Been doing business when them for quite awhile, however when I sent in 2 pair of Oster 76’s for repair a few months ago it looks like someone dropped one of them, the face plate was all bent up, I straightened it up my self I didn’t say anything, maybe I should have. Just recently, and this was the last straw, I ordered a straight razor from them, had it for maybe a month, the handle fell apart at the hinge, I called them to see about a replacement, the girl on the phone said she would send me a replacement as I might have got a defective one, 2 months later I have yet to receive it, when I called about it they said it was mailed via the postal service, anyway I’m feeling that they lied about even sending me a replacement. I’ll be doing my business elsewhere.

Very impressed ...ordered one day and it showed up on my doorstep the next day! All labeled fragile and was packed great because there was barbicide in it as well ...especially in these hard times with covid-19 they got mecthe things i need to get back to work!!

Not a barber, just a consumer who found Williamsport Bowman out of desperation because my usual consumer suppliers Im used to (think Walmart) were out of stock due to high demand with so many folks cutting their own hair these days. Selected and ordered one of the few remaining Wahl brand clippers in stock. Received confirmation email that my order was accepted immediately (automated). However, three days went by and I still hadnt heard anything. I called to ask what was going on, and was told that because of COVID-19, there was only a skeleton crew in the warehouse and they were behind on orders, but was promised it would ship the next day. Not only did it not ship the next day, but it was a few days later I got an email from Ande telling me that they were out of stock. I was pretty frustrated that it took a week to tell me that what I had ordered was not in stock. I asked for either a full refund or free upgrade as I was not interested in having to pay the difference - I didnt need full professional grade clippers and didnt want to pay for them. Ande was courteous and apologetic and offered me a very fair upgrade. Shipping was prompt after this exchange. Box arrived somewhat crushed as it was shipped in a FedEx envelope rather than in a box with packing. However, the clippers work great. Im leaving this review because despite being disappointed with the logistics management and their shipping operations, at least they stand behind their orders and do the right thing by their customer. Plus, its really nice in the age of Amazon to actually deal with a human being, not a bot. Grade: solid B. Would purchase from here again, and would recommend.

DO NOT BUY LATHERKING SHAVE MACHINE!!! It is a joke!! I have been a customer for 11 years and they will not stand behind their product. I’ve had my machine fixed so many times and it is broken again for no reason. Save your money !!! Shave machine is junk!!

Avoid at all cost! Stop right here with this company and go find another barber supply. They’re over a dozen that won’t do this to you.Sent in an item for repair. Charged me $9 for 6 little rubber stoppers I didn’t need. I took them off because they would lose them. These things cost them maybe ten cents for all six if that and they have a 30 day return. Used this machine for a week and already clogged.Hope this $9 was worth losing a customer and I hope others look at this and you lose ever more

By far the best customer service Ive ever experienced. They ship fast and are the most cheapest for there tools. I wont shop anywhere else I will be ordering off here all the time.

After many years of using my old clippers for cutting my own hair at home I decided to upgrade to a Oster 76. So I placed my order at Bowman and the order was shipped very fast with free shipping. Very good service.

Been using Williamsport and Bowman for 18+ years. Great prices on some things and gets beat out by Amazon on others. Two bad customer experiences in the past year. Will start to consider shopping at other places as well.
