We were on vacation from out of state with the dog when the jeep broke down. We had it towed there Thursday. They were booked till Monday to look at the car, but realized we were stranded. They took our car in right away to see what the problem was and made sure our dog (Paige) had plenty of water. They found the only hotel in the area that would take a dog and would drop us off and deliver the car when ready. I also discovered none of the car rental agencies had a car to rent. The pandemic had caused a shortage of them too! Even the tow truck driver Josh from Action Towing wouldnt leave until he knew we were taken care of. The service manager (Jordan) kept us informed of any progress during the day. He also recommended the Bullfrog Brewery for delicious wings which we did go he was right on. The service department did manage to repair our car the same day!! Our sincere appreciation goes out to everyone that helped us that day!!

Mick was a great salesman. He explained all the features and did not pressure at all. The financing was easy with good explainations. The selection of Jeeps was good but honestly the color of upholstery was what helped. I did not want black and they had gray interior and the color I liked on the exterior.

I took my 2016 Jeep Wrangler (which I bought there brand new) in for some issues. The interior lights would not turn on, or the radio would not turn off when I shut the vehicle off and opened the drivers door. The rear defrost had stop working too.I dropped it off in the morning and they had fixed everything. They got it all covered under warranty. They had to re-wire the door to fix the auto shut off when you open it. They also fixed the rear defrost which in tailed replacing the rear window!They were very professional and courteous to my concerns and fixed everything in a very timely matter. Very nice and easy to work with. All the way from purchasing my vehicle to warranty work 2 years later! I highly recommend Vancampen Motors!Thanks for being my hometown dealer!Will.

I came here on 1/24/20 for an oil change and tire rotation for my Jeep. I am from the Leigh Valley and am use to dealership mechanics ripping you off and suggesting unnecessary repairs. That is NOT what happens here. They are extremely friendly and the prices are great. I am very picky with where I take my vehicle and will definitely be bringing it back here in the future. Also, I want to give them a huge shout out because today I was having issues with my windshield washer wiper kind of falling apart a little (turns out there were two things just slightly loose) and they fixed it for me free of charge and with a big smile on their face.

My last trip to Van Campen was a $400 dollar day. It was a good visit anyhow. Great staff and friends. I love the place and how they make you feel at home and happy. Glad to do business with you all!!!!

I stopped here after looking at there prices which were the best in 100mi search of the area of the Grand Cherokee I was looking at. I emailed Jon about the one I was interested in and was great with getting back to me, I went to test drive it on a night he wasn’t there but Jamie helped me instead. Best experience buying a car ever and they gave me a great trade in on my previous car. Jamie even followed up a few times to see if I had any questions or if I was still enjoying my new purchase. They made a huge impression they are about there customers for sure, and they have earned my future business for sure.

I wouldnt recommend anybody to go to van campen. They will tell you new parts on it before you buy it and not even 6 months after having it, my brake pads blew off and now needs all new brakes. Good for business for them having to keep getting it worked on, but if you want a good used truck Id look elsewhere. I was even recommending people to go there, but not anymore.

Always get great service, order a set of new tire for my wifes Jeep, came in next day. Appointment made for the Friday of that week at 10am. Started the morning with a scheduled service at VanCampen Motors. I was greeted by Jordan who immediately called my vehicle up on the computer and ran the work order.
