I had to go to the AT&T TV store several times in order to get my problem resolved. I losted my debit card and I dont notify AT&T;therefore, I losted my first service with them. When I started the second service I could not use my Google username and password I had at home. My problem was finally solved by the AT&T manager, Chris who suggested we get a ethernet cable.
Great staff, very clean store. Team members were courteous, patient and explained phones and plans step by step.

After having spent over an hour on the phone with customer service I was directed to go to the store.... we tried to make an appointment online with the store because thats what it said was the store rules due to covid 19 virus and in order to have direct one on one Customer service. Customer service could not book the appointment online they couldnt find the store. I was advised that since I was in the area to go to the store and wait for them to open. I arrived early, Store opens at 10:00 a.m.Someone finally comes around 10:20 a.m. and opens and door so I told the young man I why I was there . It was to charge my phones due to the tornado and the nearby outages in our area and additional business I need to discuss.The person I spoke to said his name was Mike, he was extremely rude I an Actor like I really dont wanna show up for work that day and evidence of that was that he was late. Obviously has no home training and no customer service qualities at all he was rude didnt want to be bothered. Then when i askedd him to read the notes on my account noting the multiple times Ive previously called about this problem. He clearly did not wanna handle the situation and then accuse me of being rude and asked me to leave the store. I said fine I will call your corporate office and make note of that and I will post it online.I was told by customer service person when I called to speak their corporate that it would be handled well thats not good enough I want notification and on the pology that something was done. Dont assume customers will continue to support you if you cant support your customers.Take your own chances by going to this location Ive never been treated like this at any of the other locations so if this is privately owned or just independent, Please handle your problems or expect no customers. And if you go good luck to you and if you get bed service reporting is nobody needs that..
