I would never use this store again and urge others not to. Three of the employees, including the manager, relentlessly pressured me to buy the free watch, a new phone case, and a new charger, when I clearly refused the offers several times. The manager then asked if my husband was in sales and commented that he must have coached me on what to say before coming in since I refused all of the extras. Then, they added insurance and a set up fee to my phone without telling me. When I called later to fix the issue, they applied it to the wrong line. Overall terrible experience and very unprofessional.

I got everything I wanted within minutes. Rosa helped us, she had our new phone and accessories all ready to use. Great experience!

A rather large gentleman sporting twenty-two inch biceps attended to my phones problematic malfunctions. He did so with competency and an amiable demeanor. An anxious situation for me was expeditiously rectified. God Bless that gracious, superlatively equipped gentleman. I have to get his name!

Sales associates tried to rush me and my uncle out of the store. Very rude, unpleasant and unprofessional.

This T-Mobile store is clean and nice. It is a normal cell phone establishment. It is often busy so waiting on an associate is normal when entering. You can expect to get offered to add to your plan. The store has a nice display of new phones.

One of worst customer service.

Just came here with my husband to exchange his device and the guy who helped us was really unprofessional and annoying. All we wanted was to get the new device and get our way home but he made it so uncomfortable and was just so lazy to do his job. I won’t never come here again.

Needed a quick phone upgrade because my j7 fritzed while I was on the road working. They delivered smoothly and quickly -- almost 100 miles from home. So far loving my new LG.

The salesperson doesnt know what he is doing. He offered me an upgrade with $300 trade in value for my existing phone. The credit was never added to my account. I went to the store 3 times in last 2 months for this. Finally they told me to contact customer service and they cant do anything about it. I wouldnt trade in my old device if they let me know that in the beginning.Finally I contracted customer service and they told me that the store representative didnt add proper promotion code.

Horrible service. When I went there they had accidentally turned off my data after receiving a new phone. Went back explaining that the phone was broken but they didnt check to see if my data was turned on my service. Also everything in store is very overpriced SD card there cause 107 same SD card at Walmart 20 bucks also if you are upgrading to a new phone do not go here I repeat do not go here they will charge you a $57 upgrade fee when you can just order it offline from T-Mobile and they dont charge you one. This store is a rip-off.
