The one guy is a fast talker. Quoted me and my guy one price for two phones, but when we went to pay it was $100 more. When he got called out on it, he apologized like Oh I misquoted. Didnt point out or tell us about the return policy. Didnt like the phones at all and tried to return them the next day, and was told the policy is if you upgrade you cant return the phone. He stepped outside to call his boss to see what he could do for me not knowing my boyfriend was standing out there... my boyfriend said he wasnt even talking to anyone. These guys are only about making the sell. Ill stick to going to Cherry Hill. I feel like we got bamboozled.

Was charged fees to switch during a time that METRO PCS was not charging fees, never received rebate....so basically you robbed over $100 from me.

I had gone here prior to today was not impressed the salesman was trying to charge me over $300 for a purchase of half that . But gladly today was very different the gentleman I spoke with was Reggie he knew I wasnt buying today but wanted info on getting a new phone. He gave me 3 options that suited my needs. Explained them all. Asked him for the one he recommended . Even took out his own phone to show me. Happily I will be going back on Friday and seeing Reggie to get my new phone.

I went there looking to purchase a phone that costs 130 I got an instant $70 rebate which means the phone was only supposed to be 70 he went over and grabbed a phone case and screen protector and headphones and when I asked him does this come with the phone he said yes it does then at the end he told me that the price was 140 so I paid for it unaware of the instant $70 rebate when I got to my car I noticed and went back and he said that he already told me that it was not free and that I had to pay an extra $50 for this phone case and the screen protector and when I try to return it he says sorry we have a new return policy on any phone accessories . He was very dishonest and I dont believe this was his 1st time doing this to someosomeone. I been with metro for over 10 years and nothing like this has ever happen to me .

This place is the worse place to shop! Their employees sell phones, but do not know what each phone is capable of doing besides the obvious. I was tricked into buying a phone, and was told I had 15 days no questions asked to return it if I didnt like it. I went to do so...and they fought the issue. Even insulted me by saying they would buy back my $130 phone for $40 bucks, I just picked at the time 2 weeks prior. I filled numerous reports with district branch!

This place is amazing. The manager James run thisStore with his eyes close. Me and my husband loveComing in when hes working.He always accommodate us and explain everything in full detail. I love metro pcs and will never go anywhere else.

Store overcharges and prices their phones higher idk why. I drove to the store got 1 price drove to a different store and magically I got my phone for 70 less than what they said in store in willingboro.. SCAMMERS!!! What do u guys do just make it up as u go along and charge people depending on what they look like when they walk thru the door (race maybe) or do u guys flip a coin?

I got my cell phone from here for free all I had to do was pay for one month of service, they told me i had to sign up for the most expensive plan to get the free phone but they said i could easily change my plan after the first month with no problem. That turned out to be untrue when I tried to change my plan after that month everything they told me changed and they told me i couldnt do that there and the only way i could change my plan was by going all the way to their headquarters in cherry hill. So i ended up paying for the expensive plan for another month. So they basically scammed me and were deceptive and dishonest. I will never do business with them again.

Its ok, I went b/c I got tired of paying my high contract phone bill. The intial customer service was good, sales girl nice, however, the site dealer, did work with me, wasnt bad, but I felt like the sale was most important not the customer...may it be true, I still like to feel valued as a customer.

Always long lines. They try to lie and say phone comes with a cheap screen protector, and case but add it in. Ask if I anything, if I say no leave it alone. Dont act desperate. Not a good look for business. I respect there hustle, but dont put pressure, or trick people into buying your products.

I got what I wanted but wrong information was given, causing me to pay much more than I was told initially. It took quite some time and I still had to go back there before I got one service going.

I was in the store June 2nd Friday around 5pm and the staff that was on was very rude, ontop of it my phone service isnt working well. its Saturday afternoon and my phone service isnt working or nothing at all. Very disappointed!!!
