Were homeowners and used Blodgett Supply to shop for a new bathroom, all fixtures and countersfrom top to bottom. They were great to work with and far surpassed all of the other places we checked out. There was no comparison in service given by Blodgett - excellent - and they can order the same things as anywhere else. The Parts Counter is simply the best! Even though Im a D.I.Y. homeowner on the outer limits of my skill set at times, they treat me with respect and share their expert wisdom and opinions. The Big Box stores are OK for generic stuff, but if you need expert advice and the right products, go to Blodgetts. Theyve got solutions that you didnt even know existed.

They carry the brands and inventory for most of my jobs and have gone above and beyond to make my business successful.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Salesman couldnt be bothered to get off his lazy arse and help a customer out for possibly a constant customer. I have 33 rental units that need heat and hot water regularly and I will not give these guys a good recommendation for anything and I will not consider them for a costly furnace replacement or hot water heater. D-bags!
