Same experience as others; Mike (repairman) showed up once to diagnose problem with washing machine, said he needed to order parts, and did not show up again after that. He is not answering his phone or returning messages. Terrible business, steer clear. Use Lloyds Repair instead-weve had much better luck with them.

Showed up once said he needed to order parts havnt heard from him since. Called a few times never returned call. Waited almost 2 months then called whirlpool and filed a complaint. Whirlpool reassign the repair to another company. The other company came out a week later and had the dishwasher going again.

Horrible service. . Told hell be out tomorrow but just like free crabs tomorrow at Joes Crab Shack it never comes.

Been waiting for a call back for over a week. Have left 2 messages.
