Amazing service, friendly staff and owners that are super knowledgeable and great at recommending the right products for all our different needs/activities. We purchased a Yakima tailgate pad for the day to day rides, the Thule T2 Classic hitch bike rack for trips when full bed storage and use of the tonneau cover is needed. The hitch rack is also great if you need an additional 2 bikes + 4 on the tailgate pad for those days when shuttling with a crew. Also purchased a yakima road shower for post-ride bike cleaning and showering (not shown in pics as I mounted it in the truck bed) and an awning which have been amazing for both the sunny and rainy days on camping trips. Super helpful, after visiting half a dozen bike shops looking for a rack to hold full suspension bikes we came here. They had four different options for us and the one we ended up with PIVOTS!! Price was good, but service is pretty meh. Once they sell you the rack, they are not really interested in helping you out in any way. I had some warranty issues soon after purchase, little help from the rack warehouse. They are pretty clear that they are there to sell you the rack, but then they don’t really care too much about any help you might need

I purchased a Thule Easy-fold XT bike rack online from The Rack Warehouse. It arrived as scheduled and I installed it easily to my vehicle. About six months later I needed to order a couple of replacement parts. Customer Service was excellent, very professional and provided email and phone call direct follow up. You’ll be hard pressed to find a better place to purchase your next rack. I’d give them 6 stars if I could.

Pricing was about 15% off list, free shipping and no sales tax.The rack took less than 4 days to arrive (Mon. to Fri.). It is very easy to set up and use. Clamps firmly hold each bikes tires and there are bottom tire straps.This model s designed for 1.25 x 1.25 with a plastic 2x2 converter block for 2 hitches. I bought a Curt 9 long 2 to 1.25 hitch converter from Amazon that has zero hitch rattle and better supports the 1.25 tubing with no hitch rattle.

The people working to install our rhino rack were great. Where I have an issue is when they also sold me a Thule ski rack to go with it that would not properly mount to the Rhino rack. When I called toAsk for the correct bolts, I was told to go find and buy them somewhere else. If you’re going to sell me a ski rack and the roof rack in the same purchase, they should fit together or you should make it right. No effort to make it right was made. Disappointing.

I order a Bike rack on Memorial day sale, On Tuesday after the the holiday I get an email stating that the rack that I order was on back order and that it would be in stock in 2 weeks. After not hearing anything I email on Monday 13 days later asked about the status of my order and was told that it was still on back order that it would be another 2.5 weeks. I was forced to cancel my order at that time.

Yes, Fed Ex told me officially that they considered it lost, they were done looking for the third box. . I then brought it to your attention to resend the box, but you still wanted to wait. You can wait as long as you want, but that doesnt help your customer. I had to move on and find the product elsewhere. Also, a prompt refund to your customers goes a long way to fostering a solid business relationship. I hope we have all learned from this and hopefully we can do business in the future. ThanksI wish I could review the Yakima Rack and roll trailer I ordered, paid for and expected delivery of. Only two of the three boxes were received. FedEx said they delivered all three boxes. FedEx later reported that the third box was mia, lost forever. I contacted RW for a prompt resend of a missing box. They refused, they said it would take too long for me to get it. I sent the boxes back with FedEx. Well Almost a MONTH later and still dont have my refund. If you need to talk to a live customer service person expect to make multiple multiple calls otherwise line is constantly busy. On a positive note, they seem to be friendly on the phone when I do get through.update 7/13 Finally got my credit 31 long days later. The credit also stated that I didnt want the item! How can I use a trailer with the main parts/box missing??? Im not that talented.

I bought a THULE bicycle rack here for my Forester almost 2 years ago ...still like new, was a good price and still fits perfectly, tight and no wobbly at all. Now I’m going to get another for my Colorado pick-up and will go to them again.

I ordered on line which was very easy. They called the next day to say product was on back order with Thule. I was so surprised how quickly the product came. I ordered a kayak trailer from them and ordered the spare tire also. The next day they called me and stated spare tire was on back order, and asked if I wanted the trailer shipped w/o spare or wait for the spare. I had trailer shipped, it arrived 2 days later by UPS even though it was the 2 days before Christmas. This was 2 days before I was expecting. The trailer arrived in 3 boxes was well packaged and arrived in great shape. They must have busted their butts to get it out so quick!

Good prices, bought Thule foot-plate set, but bought the car-specific adapter from a competitor because I could not find it separate, only included with a complete set kit. I did not need another set of crossbars. Good prices tho. They did call me asking me if I needed the adapter kit, but had made the purchase the evening before. Need a more easily navigated website.

The service I received from Rack Warehouse was outstanding. I ordered a Yakima HoldUp 2 bike rack from them on Monday, October 31, 2016 at approximately 2:44pm. I chose the free ground shipping. From recent experience when ordering from other sites, I was expecting delivery in five to seven days. The next day, Tuesday the 1st of November, it was a pleasant surprise when I received an email telling me that my rack would be delivered the next day. About 4:00 Tuesday afternoon, FedEx delivered the rack to my garage door. I dont think I could have asked for better service, getting the correct item, delivered in perfect condition, in less than 50 hours is as good as it gets.

The System One rack that ordered came with a protective plastic on it that left a residue all over four large pieces, not any others. When I got in touch with Rack Warehouse, they did not accept any responsibility and just passed the buck to System One. They responded the first business day after and told me to use lacquer thinner to remove. I had already explained on the phone that I had used Goof off, goo gone, lacquer thinner, Mr. Clean magic eraser, WD-40 and Dawn with hot water to no avail. After about 5.5 hours I managed to get it all off but with no help from Rack Warehouse.

Recently puchased a Thule bike rack. I ordered a an open box item to try to save a little money. Customer service contacted me immediately to let me know they were currently out of stock on that particular item, however they expected to receive more soon. True to their word, the rack was sent within two days. During assembly, i noted a couple of parts were missing (through no fault of Rack Warehouse). I again contacted customer serivce and they immediately worked with Thule to send the missing parts. They arrived a couple days later. Im a very happy/satisfied customer.

I ordered a rack for my Jeep online and apparently the purchasing software gave me a double discount. Rack Warehouse called me within a day or so to explain the mistake, made sure I was alright that the price had increased by $36.
