Not going to lie, i was nervous about going to a professional to have my parts installed on my laptop, but since the friendly business owners gave me significant advice on where to purchase the parts, taking time out of my busy day just to deliver the parts to them personally. And on top of that, getting a really affordable price for installation? That’s just icing on the cake. Kudos to ya byerly, you keep doing you.

I went in to see if I could get my computer fixed and was amazed at how fast they fixed it! I was called back within 2 hours that my computer was fixed. Some of the nicest people i’ve ever met and they didn’t charge me a dime! I highly recommend this place, great customer service and they do amazing work!

Although they everything tried to fix my laptop but it didn’t work I’m still giving them five stars because of the customer service! I felt my laptop was safe in their hands! And they’re pretty funny Lovely couple as well. If I’m ever in need again I know where to go.

I walked into their shop yesterday with my computer on 3/24/19. I had no appointment and I didn’t need one! I was greeted by two very friendly owners who took my computer and ran a diagnostic scan on it right on the spot. I needed a new Hard Drive. They said that it would probably be fixed the same day if not by the next day. A few hours later I got the call that my computer was ready! It was amazing service great price and friendly people. First of all this place deserves more than just 5 stars. I am not the most technologically literate person in the world so when I made the upgrade to my first desktop I knew I was going to need help with just the basics. I was taken care of the entire time and I know where I am going for all of my computer needs from now on. Way better services than Pro IT.

Yesterday I brought my computer into this fantastic place and they did more than just fix my COMPUTER. This young handsome man welcomed me warmly and addressed everything I had to ask. I would Highly recommend this place to anyone.

I am hoping for a resolution for my moms computer. The owner told me the m.2 drive is bad. He asked if he could re-install windows on the 1 tb ssd. I asked if there was an operating system on it. He said no. He asked if he could re-install windows. I was still not ready to answer that question but he asked again and said I dont know. I asked if he was certain it was empty...he seemed annoyed and asked if he could install the windows again. I said not yet and mentioned I might have a backup of the operating system with a fresh install. That did not sway him from wanting to just install windows so I decided to call back later.I did call back later to ask more clarification questions such as if he removed the lid to physically count the drives and then I was going to ask if he used disk management or another tool to look at the drives. We were not able to get to the disk management question and he hung up the phone on me.I called back and asked why he hung up on me. He said I asked the same question over and over. I told him I had more detailed questions but would not let me ask the questions. He said he has been doing this for so many years. Regardless of how many years he has been doing this it should not negate the customer asking questions about the steps. I hope for a call back as I had great service in the past.

The people there are very nice and get your problem solved fast. They do not charge an arm and a leg for the work done. Its a Mom and Pops business. You wont get lost in the shuffle.

I had went to Mondak computer repair, and for a small fee the guy told me my power supply was out. He then told me I could pick one up at byerly s. I go in to byerly and within minutes I was told it was not a bad power supply, and it turned out to be a bad stick of ram! Thank you so much, and I was not even charged a dime.
