This is a great store to shop.in. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they will help you with anything.
I wouldnt go there again to get my computer repaired but when i need supplies quick you cant beat it
Associates were nice and helpful. However the wait time for Copy & Print Center wait time is extremely long. They need to hire another person to help out in this area. There were cards on the floor, paper not picked up. On top of this, one of the machines was out of order and we had to wait far too long. This could have easily been a short trip. Also noteworthy is the state of the bathroom. Extremely outdated. I had to lift the door in order to lock the stall. It hasnt been a good experience.Edit: The copiers are slow and and need to be updated. Constant screen resets. Please take this into consideration and make the appropriate changes.
The store is easily laid out and you can find things quickly generally. Staff is helpful and will ask if you need anything. Their clearance section could use a bit of tidying, but otherwise the store is well maintained. I have not had amazing experiences with the photo department (quality, things being oddly cropped, and the paper isnt so great) and they ended up giving me control of the computer. The staff werent super trained either on it... But overall we made it work.
I went to the copy and print center to make some posters and was kindly greeted by Eleanor at the counter. She designed a few options for my needs and was very helpful. I will come back for all my poster and printing needs.
Went to the print shop to make a copy of a land map. The guy working there was no help and and only had an Interest in telling me how it can’t be done and did not try and come up with a solution to help with my problem. Went to the staples in South Burlington had what I needed done in 15 minutes.
This stores Manager, Heather, and all the hard workers in the Printing area have bent over backward to help us get our business cards out and for 1/3 of the price in 2 hours!! Im very impressed. Thanks for caring and going out of your way to help!!
I left out of there today without purchasing anything because the store was a wreck! stuff all over the floor, bare shelves, nasty ladies room and boxes on the floor through out the aisles...I could NOT believe it as I am a shopper of Staples. I saw two guys behind a register joking it up on my way out..The Williston VT store seems to always have issues when I do go in there..
Had an extremely important portfolio due, and went to staples. They didnt print one of my papers.... just finishing now. Because we had to go print that missing page... goodie
Needed to mail one plastic envelope package to return a 5.00 t-shirt. Had assistant manager wait on me, took approximately 5 minutes to enter information in computer, had to measure and weigh package. Came up with a shipping price from $23.00- $40., I said I wouldnt pay that, then was informed of a $10.00 ground. Told them I would go elsewhere. Slow service and high shipping prices.
I went to print something off that shouldve taken 10 minutes. After the copier failed, I asked for help and they said someone would be with me - never happened. The copier timed out again. Spoke with someone else who said theyd be with me in a minute and never did...even though I was there for an hour! Teach your employees about customer service or get new employees. Expect the trip to take 5x longer than anywhere else.
I get great help there most days!
Of all the printers they have, the one I wanted was not in stock. So I went home and bought from Amazon...
I went in to buy printer paper and they had a giant display saying 50% off after Rebate. I guess I should have asked about the rebate process, but I never thought it would be as tedious as it is. Despite being a Staples Rewards Member, getting e-mails weekly, and buying on line regularly, I had to mail in the rebate with proof of purchase to El Paso, Texas. The funniest part is We may notify you by e-mail the status of your submission! Clearly they could allow people to e-mail the stupid rebate. Plus they are going to give the rebate on a prepaid gift card, which are a pain. I bought way more paper than I need and Im doing the rebate out of principal, but I will never buy anything from Staples again after this.
They have nothing here. School shopping for the Kids, and they didnt even have 5 of the same folder. Had to walk end to end in store just to find a small list of school supplies. Should have went to another store :/
The worst bathroom. I have ever been in. Poop on the floor and clogging toilets. Black mildew and mold on the walls near the sink. Broken toilet paper dispenser in the stall. Janky leaking air freshener in the corner. When I spoke to the manager about the state of the bathroom he looked at me like a dear in headlights and never apologized for the condition of the facilities in his store. Truly disappointed.
Extremely rude and disrespectful staff. Will go out of my way to not go here again. The store was open and i walked in at 930 because 1) there was another customer inside and 2) the hours on Google said it was open till 10. Was extremely rudely confronted by a staff member asking why i was in the store. My answer, to buy a $1,000 computer that I will now buy elsewhere.
Tech was pleasant and helpful, but I was disappointed to learn that Staples no longer does even simple hardware repairs like a hard drive replacement.
Had everything I needed and was well organized
Great service and incredible deals!
Great service. Even at 9 PM.
They need computers here for self service internet and printing...for those of us with no printer at home its very helpful...not sure why this location doesnt have that and the other Staples does...
Copy center is very helpful
Agree with comment about being on hold when calling. I think they must use that wait time strategy to discourage callers. I waited for 15 minutes (after getting through the menu), then the call went to ringing and eventually dropped. Nobodys home.
No cashier available at the checkout area.
Fast service
Huge store....
