The most rude staff I have ever encountered. This is Apple?? Teach your girl at front who’s shoving masks in everyone’s face to at least say Hi and be polite. Your other staff who refused me returning an iPhone without an appointment, even though your site says “just walk in”. And I said I already initiated the return online, they would just need to take it. I drove an hour to get here. Seriously. Hire better.

Subpar!!I visited this branch 4 times before. Today i decided not to visit them anymore. The staff are not helpful and rigid in most time. Today at 1:45 for example, I scheduled an appointment for 3pm. they cancel my appointment and moved me to 5:30 while I was in the shop waiting! The supervisor told me our appointment system is fluid and this happen all the time. Really! Wow.While I was in the shop waiting I was looking at the new Apple Watch. I asked few questions the staff at the counter were clueless and impatient.Apple fun experience differently is not in this branch.

Customer service at this location has taken a steep dive since covid. I understand that they must limit occupancy but they went too far. I stopped by at 7:27PM on a Tuesday just to find out they close at 7PM now, okay my bad I should have checked. I stop by again on Thursday at 4:30PM, a lady approaches me and asks me what do I need, I let her know I am here for a exchange (5 minutes tops I know exactly what I want) she asks me my name, phone number and says You will receive a text message then starts to walk away without even telling me she just set one for me for a whole hour later. I dont have an hour to waste at any mall so I go home and try to set up another one for Friday.I tried online but it only showed appointments for Monday which I knew for a fact was not accurate, it also clearly said that you can walk in but anyway, it took me over 15 minutes to get one over the phone and once I finally got to the store they had me sit around because I was too early even though I can see at least 3 employees sitting around. The store isnt even at 20% capacity but there is a customer literally sleeping while he waits for service.Just for perspective, the item I am returning was bought at the KoP location with no appointment or wait time and just a month ago I went to the suburban mall location and spend $2,000 in chargers for my organization, again, with no appointment or wait time for service, it did take them about 20 minutes to package them all for me but that its understandable.

Waited 45 minutes to pick up an order. Placed an order for pickup with a window between 330-345. I arrived within my window and did not leave the store until 430. The staff was doing their best but clearly they were overwhelmed. When I finally was able to pick up my item the employee was nice and got me out in two minutes. Need to get a better system in place for picking up orders.

I went with my 70 year old grandmother, and the manager came so quick over to us asking we leave the store unless we have an appointment to buy. We were in the mall, and I wanted to buy my grandmother a present so we just ended up buying an ipad from Costo.Dont discriminate by age. The manager did not even answer simple questions about price point. He suggested my grandmother to visit the website. This manager really just treated her truly poorly. Costco did not.I went to this location twice in one month. I am in mid 20s and was treated fine. I was able to buy what I needed by just walking in.

Dont go there on a Saturday or Sunday I met a friend there and we waited for 3+ hrs to exchange and purchase an iPad this is with an appointment and still had to wait to be seen at least an hour and a half after our appointment time. Word to the wise if you dont want to be there all day dont go on the weekends

I came to this store without appointing. I just wanted to see how the colors of the new IPhone look in real life. There was a very large line of customers at the entrance to the store and inside the store. I didnt want to wait long just to see the color of the IPhone. Zakiyyah Johnson came up to me. This unique woman asked me very politely how she could help me. I said that I just need to look at the IPhone colors. No problem! You dont need to stand in line for a long time to do this. Enter the store and check out the colors of the new phones. Zakiyyah is very kind, well-mannered and cultured. She handles the queue very professionally. When I entered the store, several consultants approached me at once with an offer of help. I did not feel any pressure, aggression, discontent. All the staff were very polite. Thank you so much, Zakiyyah!

My granddaughter phone broke. I called Apple and was told I could come and have it check out. Of course that was a big fat lie. Thanks Apple. She has diabetes and needs the phone for her Dexcom. Really wish I was told the truth after repeatedly asking if I’ll be seen!!! All I can say is double check over and over again. You can’t take anyones word. Went last night to get phone fix. I was very happy with the service. Representative 286407805 was very polite. He got right to the root of problem. I just had to add to this review. Thank you so much. I left a very happy customer. And we didn’t wait long at all with a appointment.

Don’t bother going if you don’t have an appointment period. Rude employees just walking around talking to each other…. one of them told me that I could not charge my Iphone in the store (it was about to die) even though I was about to make a 2k purchase in the APPLE STORE. Ended up getting helped by a nice guy who knew his stuff but most of the employees and especially the greeters are extremely rude and utterly useless. Take ur $$$ to best buy or shop online!

If you like to stand around among complete chaos for 30 minutes being completely ignored then this is the place for you! And the best part is, after waiting for someone to actually help you, you get told you can’t purchase anything without an appointment 😂 cash in hand I wanted to purchase a phone outright (no financing, nothing like that) and I was told they didn’t have any appointments available for that and to come back tomorrow. I drove a good 40 minutes to get there already. Imagine needing an appointment to make a purchase. No thanks. Going back to Samsung ✌🏻

PLEASE READ PSAWent to the Apple Store today to troubleshoot my phone. Made an appointment for 4 o’clock. I arrived at the Apple Store 15 minutes early and Flagged down an employee named Debronc. He said that he would check me in in five minutes and Told me to sit down. I waited about 50 minutes and flag down the same employee again. To which he replied I’ll check you in right now, I asked him why didn’t you check me in 45 minutes ago. He said that he was busy taking care of other customers and I should’ve flagged him down again. I told him “are you serious.” He told me to “get out of my face before I hurt you.” I spoke with the general manager and he gave me the usual corporate work around. Be careful when going to this store. Complain to the wrong employee and you might end up getting hurt.

I brought in my AirPods because the right pod stopped working out of the blue last week. After waiting 3 hours this was my experience: 1. The “Genius” was shocked to hear that I still had working AirPods after three years. 2. There is no way to diagnose the AirPods and determine what is wrong. 3. They offered that I purchase one pod for $60 but there’s no guarantee that it will fix the problem. 4. When I asked about a manufacturer warranty he said it was 1 year and compared it to a car…Last headphones I purchase from this company. Here I come Beats!!

Go anywhere but here. So my Dell laptop I use for work breaks and I do extensive research on multiple new laptops for replacement. I decide I want an Apple Mac book pro M1. I walk up to one of the numerous apple employees standing around not helping anyone and he asks me if I have an appointment. I say no my PC broke I need to buy a laptop for work, this is the one I need, here’s my card. He then tells me because I don’t have an appointment he can’t sell me a laptop. I need 5 minutes of your time OR any of the other employees just standing around to run to the back grab this exact laptop I’m asking for and run my card but instead now you’re going to tell me you can’t because I don’t have an appointment? Cool now I’m on my way to Best Buy and going back to my second choice laptop that’s a PC. BYE APPLE!

I never had any problems with Apple until recently:I’m sorry but we made a reservation for having my husbands phone fixed at this location with a set appointment time, and we’re completely turned away. We had driven over an hour to get to this location . The store employee told us it was made under a “shopping reservation” but when I explained the situation to him he stated we couldn’t be seen because it had to be a Genius support fix. I then called the KOP location and waited on hold just to be told with a set reservation we were NOT Guaranteed a replacement phone if we drove another hour to get down there and wait. We have full protection and insurance on this phone and just are looking for a replacement. Extremely disappointed with Apple and their systemic operations.

I brought my iPhone 11 in to be replaced under apple care with one request. I neeeded my iCloud keychain to be on my replacement phone. The woman who helped me, dj, assured me the keychain was on, I even saw it on screen. After doing whatever it was she was doing on my old phone, she went into the iCloud Keychain selector, and turned it off. She was dealing with 2 other customers at the same time, and after my new phone was turned on, I asked to see my old phone to verify again that the keychain was turned on. Well, before I could do so, my phone was factory reset and taped in a box already. Assumingly to pass blame onto a software issue. After speaking to several employees over the course of 2.5 hours, I spoke to the manager, Matthew I believe his name was. I explained the situation to him about my request regarding my passwords. I was then told by the manager of the store, that apples help line had the ability to recover my iCloud Keychain data. That is false. It’s stated boldly on the help section of the website, and the help line had no idea what I was talking about. So my assumption is, the person who helped me told the manager she did what I asked her not to do, and he made this information up to get me out of the store. Mind you, I was inquiring about buying an iPad Pro. At this point I felt unwelcome and left hoping that it was just loading. I lost 7 years worth of passwords, past email addresses, which email was for which account, and when I requested a screen protector or something for my trouble and complete waste of 2 hours of my day, he refused.If I could give 0 stars, I would. I asked questions regarding their products specifications, and every employee other than the manager had no idea regarding anything other than the model and screen size.I was blatantly taken advantage of, and now have to spend days upon days resetting passwords that I shouldn’t have had to do to begin with. So now my time has been wasted, along with my trust in apples customer support aand employee knowledge. I highly recommend going to a different store, as you will be lied to by every employee in that building, as I was.I was calm the entire time, giving the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was just downloading. This was not the case. Do yourself a favor, and do not purchase a product from this store.

The line was long to get it today. They asked what was the purpose of the visit. Scanned your forehead if you were actually able to get in.Unfortunately we were not able as there were no more appointments for today and have to return tomorrow.So plan ahead of your going to visit an get an appointment or you will not be able to get in.There are also 2 stores this was the lower level location.The upper level allowed you to get in but more for plans than shopping. Very bad experience, the representative didnt care much about the customer concerns and just ignored the case as a bug with the OS and the hardware. I agree to some extent his opinions but the thing that was not professional was not thanking the customer at the end of the service. I thanked the representative and the representative just turned back and left which I didnt think was professional.

I didnt want to come to the mall at all, and prepaid online and had my email receipt with barcode up on my phone so I could get my purchase as quickly as possible. I expected a smooth experience from my interactions with the website.I arrived promptly at the start of my 15 minute pickup window, which was late on a weekday evening. Apple had three staff and two security guards managing the moderate line of maybe 12 people, so you would think the experience would be organized but it just wasnt.The staff didnt have greeting stations where they could direct customers as they approached, they were haphazard about who they spoke to and who they didnt, so some customers were pulled out of lines they should not have been standing in and others werent addressed at all. They took my temperature repeatedly even though temperature is an unreliable indication of covid infection and the last time the toom it was when I was about to be given my purchase and leave, which makes no sense at all.Yet they didnt do enough about distancing, not even the absolute basic of marking out distance between groups waiting in line, and they allowed customers who werent in line to mill around in a small area in front of the door. There were no six-foot marked spaces for people to be distanced while waiting for purchases to be brought out, either, even though Apple is encouraging prepaid pickups.I had to directly approach people twice to get assistance, the staff member looked up my name on a list instead of scanning my code, which would have taken much less time (and which Apple had told me to expect). When I told one of the security guards I wanted to wait past the outer edge of this crowd, he directed me to a corner inside the store, which was actually less populated than the area by the doorway but that is a problem. The only positive part was that my item was actually bagged up and brought out promptly after I spoke to the guard, but the whole thing was a failure of pandemic training that day smaller businesses have gotten right.

And that’s with an appointment!Naheem who helped us initially, took a break 50 minutes after the store opened and pushed us off to another “genius” and started all over again.Seems the quality of service isn’t that important anymore and the “geniuses” aren’t really that much of a genius. I had an appointment today at Apple in Willow Grove Park they closed due to inclement weather. No one called or sent an email yet I received an email @2:15 pm reminding me of my appointment. I went the store on Wednesday after being told I can walk in but thevwait is 2 hours. When I arrived the manager said I can’t be seen. This is unacceptable and I will following up with many people. Went to the Apple store to buy the Apple Watch . Waited about 5 minutes before being helped. The person we spoke to was awesome. He answered all our questions and spent a good about of time with us. Bottom line we bought the Apple Watch series 3. The series 5 was a bit advanced for our needs.we were then asked if we wanted it set up. That was a huge YES! We then were walked to another table for set up with Rita. The table was full about 6 people. She worked the table and was able to help all of us. She was awesome! The entire process took about an hour. When we left the Apple Watch was ready to go. We were told there are free classes to attend if we needed anything explained. I love going to the Apple store . I have never had a bad experience there. The place works like a well oiled machine!!!!
