Horribly unprofessional the front desk lady and rude they have barley any glass in stock they hang up on you if they don’t like the way the tone of voice so they need training to handle their customers service

I highly recommend Arrow for auto glass repairs and replacements! My rear window (trunk glass) popped due to the temperature fluctuations this winter. I contacted a few places but all of them seemed to be over quoting me on price and turnaround time. I called Arrow and the rep was extremely friendly, scheduled me a service appointment and quoted me the best price out anyone else that I contacted. The technician contacted me the morning of service, and gave me a time that he would be out. He arrived exactly at the time that he provided me with, did an AMAZING job, even assisted with glass cleanup, and the price was exactly what I was quoted. No hidden fees or surprises! These guys are top notch and I highly recommend them for auto glass service! Hey Arrow, hopefully this wont occur again but if it does you will be the place that I go to! Thanks again! Company is a joke, had to reschedule twice before I fired them. How do you do this to a disabled veteran? Even hung up on me, what kinda customer service is that? Avoid these disrespectful outfits.
