Great experience. Called Clear Vision and talked with Madison about replacing the windshield in my wifes car. Answered a few questions about our windshield and had a quote. Scheduled installation for next day. Chase showed up on time and in less than 45 minutes had a new windshield. I needed a small pane of glass to restore an old door, a task which I thought it would be a nuisance for any glass supply. Dwaine cut the glass in less than 5 minutes — and the door looks like new!

Jared called ahead and arrived on time. He said the repair would take 10 minutes and he was done before that. He repaired the windshield chip and it is barely visible. Great job, I would recommend them.

I needed a sliding door glass replaced and a small fogged window. Clear Vision sent Jared out to do the estimate and he was professional and thorough. Installation of the replacement glass units went very smoothly. Jared even got the old sliding door unit out without all the shattered pieces falling from the frame!! Impressive. The quote I received for the work was much less than other glass companies in town and the service is top notch. I highly recommend them! I will use them again when I have a rock hit the sliding door.

Chose this company to replace my windshield about a year ago since they were a smaller company, and offered competitive pricing on OEM glass. The guy sent out to do my glass was nice, but didnt have the OEM molding the first time, so i had to meet up with him a week later.The 2nd time around he had the molding and began removing my windshield. During the removal, the paint on my car was gouged, chipped and scratched in several places. The pictures included only show the roof line, as I didnt take pictures of the gouges on the A pillars. The dashboard was also bruised in the process and developed a nice rattle after the new windshield was put in. The molding they purchased was an aftermarket molding, and did not fit right, so they ended up having to make a molding which didnt fit right, leaving gaps between the windshield and the edge of the body. At this point I had been waiting at Walmart for 2+ hours, so I just wanted to get out of there and took my car as wasEven disregarding the time it took, I was still pretty dissatisfied with the workmanship. The Windshield is sitting right and sealed well, but the amount of scratches put into my paint (some of which are still visible since the OEM molding wasnt used), the damage to my dash and the fact it doesnt look right/OEM (what I paid extra for) was inexcusable. Shortly after I also noticed 2 parallel horizontal scratches across the top of the windshield which the installer either failed to notice or just opted not to tell me...If looking for a windshield replacement, Id recommend a larger nationally recognized company.

I drove by a guy weed-whacking on College Rd on my way to work, and a rock flew out and broke my back window on a Friday. I called my insurance and they recommended a glass company that was going to charge X amount and I could bring my car in on the following Tuesday. I decided to call around, and when Abby at Clear Vision Auto Glass answered she immediate eased my anxiety. She took a few details from me and quoted me ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS LESS than the insurances recommended company, AND she got them to fit me in same day, AND they came to my work to do it. She was so calming and professional, I felt immediately better about my situation. Chase arrived right on time (a few minutes early actually), and fixed my window within the hour. He did a fabulous job with the window, and also vacuumed the glass all over my back seat and floor. He was so professional and friendly. I would give 6 out of 5 stars!! HIGHLY recommend!!

My experience with Clear Vision Glass was extremely positive from the initial call to the completion of the service. My windshield was cracked and I needed to find out if it could be repaired before replacement.Initially I went to Safelite. The reps very very quickly assessed the damage and said it couldnt be repaired without it looking awful. They said I needed a windshield replacement. I chose did not use their service because I didnt have confidence in their hasty assessment and they offered very little explanation about the process and my options.I Googled other local options and luckily found Clear Vision Glass. My experience was exactly the opposite. Amy, the customer service rep, scheduled my appointment and gave me a clear understanding of the options for repair and replacement including prices. When I took my car into their shop, the owner Dwaine McConnell, took care of me. He couldnt have been nicer. He reviewed all my options and updated me with the progress of the service. Jason was my installer for a Nissan Altima windshield that had cracked. He did an excellent job. My experience with Clear vision was positive from my initial conversation with Lois who scheduled the work and gave me my quote to the final product. They came out within two days and arrived when they said they would. The quote was as much as 90.00 cheaper than others. Hope I dont need a windshield repaired again but if I do I will not hesitate to call Clear Vision.

The company sent what I would refer to as a kid. This individual was to repair a small ding in my windshield. about half the size of a dime. Minutes after starting the kid tells my Wife that he has cracked the windshield must have used too much suction He says. Your going to need a new windshield. The owner Dewayne was kind enough to offer $50.00 dollars off a new one. Really?!?!I feel an experienced technician would have not made this mistake.Very disappointed $65.00 repair turned into $240.00Dewayne the owner stands by the fact that the technician told my wife that there was a chance of this happening. This was a lie. He also said they tell you this when you call to schedule. Also a lie.Dewayne went onto say that this is industry standard to offer a discount on a replacement if they destroy your windshield. But apparently they are not responsible for the work they do.Be careful people. Shady business in my opinion.I would have been more than willing to pay the $65.00 towards the replacement. Definitely lost my business and hopefully my friends,family and anyone else I can worn.

By far the WORST company I have ever dealt with! Do not WALK away from them....RUN !!!!!On the FIRST installation of my windshield, the trim was placed incorrectly and hung out above the top of the glass. They replaced it with a SECOND windshield, which was clearly a very defective one...the glass actually had ripples in it...how do you NOT notice that when you are installing it? So they replaced it with a THIRD (yes, THIRD) windshield and broke the large piece of plastic trim (the cowl panel) under the windshield during the installation. They didnt even have the nerve to tell me they had damaged it...just smeared black sealant all over it trying to cover it up and piece it back together. When I got estimates from two shops to replace the cowl panel, Dwaine (the owner of Clear Vision Glass) refused to pay for it. Said he would not pay to have new parts put on a used car. He told me if I went out and found a used part myself, he would pay me back for it (really?!?!). He did finally offer to find and buy a used part, but I would be left to have it installed myself. So I opted to find someone else I could trust to find AND install the part.I requested a refund from Clear Vision so I could use that money to have the cowl panel replaced, and Dwaine refused, telling me by email that my vehicle was not worth the work he had put into it. Said I was being too picky, and insulted the condition of my car, pointing out and exaggerating flaws that he remembered about it. (The vehicle is just over 3 years old and in very good condition - other than being messy inside because my teenage daughter drives it)...Long story short, it ended up costing me about half the cost of the original windshield to repair the damage that his company did to my car! And there are still issues with the third install...pieces of glass under the edges of the new trim. Sloppy, sloppy work.What made it even more ridiculous is that after that second installation, the owner would not even talk to me by phone, only by email. Although I had been very patient and probably too nice, he would not even return my calls. I never got any kind of apology from him for the damage, inconvenience, or poor workmanship!I would give them 0 stars if I could. FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO REPAIR YOUR WINDSHIELD!!!!
