If your new to the area or simply comparing the 2 store locations in town. This location at The Mall is the Flagship store. Meaning the store is larger than the 2nd location. The Managers & staff seem to know more in depth about sales, coupons, up & coming new items etc. They go far & beyond to help you. Granted it might take a few visits to meet the few or 1 employee you connect with. When you do it makes the experience that much more personal & memorable! I always have so much fun shopping at this location!Sales are usually often unless a special occasion i.e. Holiday/Season. Then theres more! I love Bath & Body Works Semi Annual Sales!If your looking for a place to get away from the every day stresses of life, smell lots of great products. Have a great time with the employees as if they were your best friends. This is The Place to Shop til you Drop!If bigger spaces arent your niche. I would recommend visiting the 2nd location in Mayfair Town Center. Its more cozy. Less people & the staff (long as their not busy) can do more 1 on 1 engaging with the customers.As always, from shopping at Bath & Body Works for 13+ years & still counting! Not every visit will be the best. Its called life. ALL employees are normal people. Just remember when your in the middle of a sales associate or customer having a difficult time. Try to lend a helping hand. Not all but, some of the negative reviews were due to someone not knowing fully how to handle the situation. Lets not point fingers or judge. It could have been you! Keep that in mind when shopping :)

Staff wasn’t to friendly. I told the gentlemen helping us that I was a bit overwhelmed and not sure what I wanted. He responded with “I always know what I want” then he quickly faced away from me and only spoke to my wife for the remainder of the time. I’m never going back again, I felt very unwelcome.

I sent my daughter to the mall today to pick up a gift for an expecting mother. I already has a gift for baby and thought it would be a nice touch to get the mother something as well. Well I wanted a certain set and the hand two of the items and not the other. They went above and beyond to help me they located the one item missing at the other location in Wilmington so they had it set aside waiting. I just want to say what a wonderful staff and manager. Thank you . Wish all customer service was like this. I have been shopping this store for years and will continue.

Great products but very expressive

Such a welcoming store and the absolute best customer service . I cant remember the guys name at the entrance but he was African American maybe Bout 54 (so he can receive his kudos) and had the absolute best personality . Then there was aisha she was of big help in sharing what fragrances were new and helping us sample them, she made sure to give us time to see what we liked but also made sure to check in with us ever so often to make sure we were getting what we needed even made my 2 kids were having a good time smelling fragrances!! Probably my best visit ever to a bath and body works ACTUALLY IT WAS THE BEST & I wish every store had the vibe this one had ! Thank yall for being so kind and helpful i definitely appreciated it !

Their customer service were amazing! It was very crowded because its Christmas eve but they handled the customers very well and were very helpful.

I just bought 4 to 5 different things that totalled to be around 60 dollars.I get to the car and a can of mens spray didnt work, I take it back back in and exchange it and the next one wouldnt spray but I had left the mall already.I call to talk to someone and all they could say was did you turn the can to unlock it.. Really people,its the last time I spendoney there

Staff were all extremely helpful. Everything was clean and easy to shop through. Great change from my last visit in the location at the mall a couple of years ago.

Grabbed a few amazing candles and body cream. The Peach Bellini fragrance lingers so heavenly throughout the house and I have yet to light the 3 wick candle. Enjoy coming here, browsing and walking away with more items than intended. Thanks again.

Great sale on pump hand soaps. With our incessant hand washing, its a treat to use soap that doesnt dry my hands.

Very helpful staff your typical Bath & Body Works the prices are high however this towns are great along with the selection of products. But I must say I am a big fan of Bath & Body Works. I love their products as well as their sales. They always have something on sale but if youre looking to replace a specific product and its not on sale it can be pricey. However it will not stop me from shopping here a very neat an organized store not to mention very well-stocked considering it was the Christmas season. They do offer free gift bags including the tissue paper so thats a big plus

This store usually has what we are looking for in stock, and is one of only 3 places we still visit at that mall. The sales tactics are still pretty heavy and aggressive (not sure why B&BW still pushes front door sales so strongly when most stores no longer do), but associates are friendly and don’t continuously ask you if you need help after you say you’re fine on your own.

Always friendly employees and can help you with your needs and give you good shopping ideas.
