This location had everything that I needed. I met some really nice sales associates also while there shopping with my friend.
Don’t waste your time! 120% chance they won’t have what you need in stock and then they will tell you “it’s on the truck” that will be there (the next day of course) just to appease you at that time when in reality they have no idea what’s on the truck! They will lie to you. Poor customer service and shame on you for wasting professionals valuable time.
The staff is very friendly and attentive, the store is clean it’s a great place to shop.
I called about some Joewell Shears and thinning shears combo set that is online but said it wasn’t available to order online. So I called the store on Kerr and Franklin answered. So I tell him what I’m looking for he said he didn’t see it, I explained what they were again and he proceeds with “ you can come here and look we’ve got several Joewell Shears and I don’t see the ones you are talking about and I said okay and he goes well we’ve got 3 customers waiting at checkout” like he didn’t have time to answer my call. He was very rude about it. And he was not the only person working because he asked the other person if they had the shears in stock. Not a great way to treat customers. Very dissatisfied with the phone service of Franklin.
Dont go there if youre not licensed. After calling to find out where they were located, they turned me away when I got there.

They attitude stinks. I ask them for a certain product and because they have no knowledge of that particular brand, they start laughing to make themselves look educated. They are so sad. I didnt even bother to look around.
Usually I love this store. I find the staff very pleasant. My problem is due to an order that I placed on November 15, 2018. There was a product in the monthly sales ad that they didnt have in stock. They offered to order it for me. Fine. They did. Well after a week. I called to check on the order. They didnt have it. But, just received a shipment and they had to check in freight. Was told to call back another day when they had time to go through everything . Ok that was fine. I was a little put off but trying to be understanding of their process. Called back the next week. Same answer. Called back the next week. We never received it. There is a missing box. We have to re-order it for you. Called back again Tuesday December 16. Received truck. Have to check in freight. I let it go. But went in the store 12/19/2018. Still cannot find it. Nobody knows what is going on. Was told to call back today 12/20. I did and got the run around again. Not sure where exactly the problem is? But, I do not feel as though I have been treated as though my money and time are important to them. Normally when I have this problem with an establishment I just stop giving them my money and move on. They are not the only salon supply game in town. But, they are the only place in Wilmington who sell Aquage products for resale. I really do not want to be hating on them. But, I feel their customer service has been a little lacking lately. I feel there should be some sense of urgency after over a month of waiting. But, thats just me.
They are very friendly and everyone has on facemask.
These ladies in there are beautiful and very knowledgeable.
This is the worst store ever. I keep coming back and keep remembering each time why I go to salon centric instead. The people, the service, everything! Horrible.

My sister and I went in today to get some products to color our hair. My sister did not have her card with her, but she has always been able to provide her cell phone number if it was not tangible to prove her license. The lady who was working, Heather, was rude and unpleasant the second we walked in the door. I dont know whether it was because she was having a bad day, was a generally unhappy person, or was judging us based on our style (my sister has a very edgy style, but that should never matter). She was sarcastic, callous, and MEAN. As we checked out, she and a man sitting in the chair by the door scoffed at us as we attempted to give my sisters number and buy our products. I came back in to ask for her name so I could write this review and was laughed at by another woman who walked in. Some key points; My sister asked ME, Where is the purple shampoo? and Heather says, (from the counter) Its literally right there. Right in front of your face. I know I will never come back to this location again, and will make sure to tell my friends and family not to either. With so many kind people looking for a job, it amazes me that someone with so little regard for other peoples feelings would work in customer service.
Horrible experience! The manager is extremely rude and unpleasant, and so are some of the staff members.
