I like this store, overall. It is convenient to my home and I can usually find common items.The only negative opinion I have is the store does not have a larger variety of items. I hoped because the store is so big in size they would have all manner of beauty supply, however, they carry the same items as all the other beauty supply stores in my area.

The prices are pretty good. The woman that helped me was so nice and patient and helpful. I love the variety in the store.

I like this beauty supply store, they usually have what you need. Depending on the product they can be a bit pricey. The staff are ok, they help when they can. Parking is good, hours are good.

Nice place. But there is no one in there that knows anything about Black peoples needs for hair, skin or nails! Get someone who knows about these product soon, so customers can truly be happy!!!

They have a large selection and are helpful. I dont feel super watched In here but at the same time I know theyve had some robberies so I understand. And their prices are decent. No complaints here.

Can barely walk in the store boxes always on the floor every time I come there. They always get rid of the good staff its like every 6 weeks its a new staff. You better be sure you buy the right thing because there return exchange policy sucks. One thing about this place customer never right. Changed owners a few years ago downhill since.

They have just about every hair need you would ever need. When I used to wear wigs I loved their wig selection and now I have locs and find everything I need to maintain them there.

Horrible management and customer service. Manager failed to make reasonable accommodations to a damaged product even though it was bought the same day. Product was damaged by employee who cut the lace front wig for me with dull scissors then boxed it back up for me. I unfortunately did not notice until i got home. I suggest not buying anything expensive. YOU WILL NOT GET EXCHANGE OR REFUND.

The pictures posted on the door of shoplifters are disrespectful and disheartening. The only retail stores to post shoplifters and write comments on the pictures. Black women should be highly agitated and stop shopping in places where you aren’t allowed to carry big purses and are followed around. That’s why I buy hair from online retailers that are black owned and I buy beauty products from Target. I wish the owners think about their demographic and learn to respect their customers. We have to spend our money responsibly. It’s not funny. I will never return again!

This place is ok if you like paying too much for hair and being treated like everyone else. I get it that this place is right outside of the hood and they have pictures of everyone whos run out the door with products (mostly black people), spackled on the front doors.. I really get it.I was willing to come here on the basis of it being so close to my apt and the prices when they first opened werent so bad. Now its just astronomical.. The reason I decided to write this review is that I went in there on a whim on Tuesday because I didnt have time to order a wig online for an event this weekend. Well, the young lady servicing the wig area says (very kindly) that the owners do not want patrons touching the wigs.. What? Yes.. She said that the owners are very petty and she did not want to see us (myself and another young lady) get charged for tangling the hair or a track falling out...Sooooo you want me to spend $80 on a wig and not touch it? Yeah, no. I politely told her thank you, and I will not be spending my hard earned money in a place where I cannot even access the wig properly to see if I want to buy it. If a track falls out while I am assessing it, I do not agree that I should be charged for it either, but hey such is the world of beauty supply stores right? Hmmm...Tie that in with the treatment by the actual ppl who run this place, its just a bad mix for me. Ill go ahead and carry my business down to the Beauty World in New Castle. I really do hope that in the future black owned business will take over black consumer products and NOT take advantage of their people....
