I could not get the quantity of insulation I needed from any of the big box stores without waiting for months. I went online and ordered from Insulation4US. I did not get an order confirmation email with order number which made me a little nervous. However, I received an email 2 days later saying my product would ship in 2 days. After 4 days I still had not received the product. I called and spoke with a pleasant sales person that said there was a shipping issue and it would ship out in 3 days. As promised, my insulation arrived when she said it would. It was a week late, but better than months late. I would order from this company again.

BUYER BEWAREThis company has false/inaccurate prices on the website. They get you in by promising you a delivery timeframe, then after you buy they call and tell you prices have increased effective immediately!They send a new quote to cover the difference which will then put you behind another day, and then the product won’t arrive in time! IN FACT I HAVE NO PRODUCT! No product was never delivered.Unethical, bait and switch company. DO NOT - DO NOT SUBMIT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION( I spoke with Fiona and Niall, both were very confident I would get my product in time. I asked for “management’s” information since product is not here even 4 days after initial promised window (way too late anyway) and they will not provide any. This is a deceitful and unethical practice.They state that I can return my product after I return ship it $400 again! So $800 in shipping...Yet I don’t even have any product to reship, they also will not waive any restocking fees. Even if I did have a product to return, I wouldn’t even trust that they’ll refund anything since they are not trustworthy

Do not ever buy from this company. They falsely advertised their product, led customers like myself to believe that we would be able to purchase the insulation, then only after it was purchased online did I receive an email saying nothing was in stock until the end of summer, which is 5 months away. Then I told them to cancel my order last week and they acknowledged, but instead of canceling my order and returning my money so I could purchase insulation from a store with product actually in stock, they took my money and I haven’t heard anything back from them about refunding me the thousands of dollars they owe me.

After not being able to find Rockwool anywhere locally, I decided to give insulation4us a try. A couple days after placing my order a representative contacted me and let me know that while they did not have the items in my region, that they would try to coordinate them from other locations and to hang tight for a few days. A couple days later he let me know that the insulation was on the way and gave me a delivery date. The insulation ended up coming a couple days later than the original date, but everything was delivered (about two and half weeks after order). Just because you buy something from their website does not mean that they have it on hand, and some items could take awhile to get due to current market circumstances. But if you have some flexibility in your schedule and are willing to wait a bit, I would definitely recommend buying from them. They were upfront with me about the situation and responded quickly whenever I reached out.

Great experience all around. Informative web site, quick response to a question prior to order. Faster turn around time to delivery ( a couple of days) than expected. Excellent communication throughout the process. Even the driver of their shipping partner was exemplary. As a home-owner, I am not a big customer - I only order one skid of Rockwool- but they made this an easy experience. I recommend these guys without reservation.

First class product and their customer service is fantastic! Cheaper than Home depot and far easier to deal with. I was skeptical at first to get my insulation online, but it turned out better than I could have imagined. I highly recommend Insulation4us.

I now have my R38 insulation stacked-up here at my home ready to install. The price was about 35 percent lower than Home Depot. Im happy with Insulation4US!

2 weeks ago I ordered a load of 4” RMax insulation for a cold room that was under construction. Insulation4US charged my card but hadn’t shipped product yet. There was no warning that my order wasn’t in stock. When I called about the order last week, the receptionist said they’d just received the product, but didn’t say that shipment would be delayed.

This company must be selling damaged and returned insulation. 10 batts of Owen Corning Home Depot is 699. Insulation4us price is 423. Anyway I hope they can get me some 19 inch R19. I doubt it. Been waiting 10 days. I really need 20 batts. That would of saved me 550 dollars.

Purchased Owens Corning from Insulation4us and found their service very helpful. 2 days from the time I ordered the material on their website to when the order arrived at our job site. The insulation arrived in perfect condition unlike some other local suppliers we have bought from and the truck driver was very helpful. I have recommended them to some other contractors I know and will continue to do so. Its refreshing to find a company that knows what I need and can recommend alternatives also. I will continue to use this company.

I had a difficult order to fill because I wanted a product that is not typically used in the western US. Niall was really helpful in finding what I needed and keeping me up to date on when it would be coming in. This really was a top notch customer service experience for me. Good product - Terrible Service. I couldnt find what I needed locally so I turned to online. They had what I needed and I was in the middle of a job. I asked them about time frame and they said 2-5 days. I placed the order and then they only CONTACTED me in 4 or 5 days to tell me that the insulation (not even the brand I ordered) was available but could I pick it up???? Pick it up? The whole point of using this service was because they deliver to the job. They said theyd try another partner. They found another and were supposed to finally arrive Thurs or Fri.... nothing arrived... finally the next week on Thursday it arrived... this was 2 WEEKS later than promised. Bottom line... companies are all selling the same insulation so an online company is only as good as their service. I give them 2 stars because they did actually get me insulation that I had trouble finding.... eventually.

I ordered Owens Corning insulation and was very happy with price and delivery time and would certainly order from this company again. The website was very easy to use and selection of products was excellent. Catherine gave me all the information I needed.

I ordered $3,000 worth of insulation on 3/14. On 3/19 & 3/20 I sent emails requesting an update. This is the reply on 3/21: I am working with the warehouse on this one they have some of the stock in the dimensions ordered, they are getting a shipment from another warehouse to complete this order. It looks like a turn around from yesterday of threedays, as soon as I get a delivery set up on this I will be in further contact. On 3/21 I called all 4 numbers associated with this business during normal business hours. All 4 went to voicemail. Finally got a call back from Fiona that stated they were going to try to ship from another warehouse in Spokane but they needed to substitute what I ordered for another product. I inquired if I would receive everything I ordered because I ordered 3 types of insulation. I received this response :I will see if they have that in stock, as I know that they are making a priority out of the walls and ceiling exterior, so leave it with me and I will contact you with an answer, Thanks. On 3/25 I contacted them via email and chat asking for a cancel and refund. This fiasco has screwed up my entire schedule. Ive lost my drywall hangers, tapers, painters, etc. I should have bought local and paid a little extra.

A contractor I was working with recommended that I try insulation4us for my next order of insulation. I found the whole experience very positive and hassle free. They had what ordered in stock and it was delivered 4 days later. I will use this company again.

Ordered insulation on Feb 6th and card was charged. No feedback for over a week, so I started calling to check status. Spoke with someone about 10 times over the next month and half, and they had a unique story for shipping delays each time, and soon gave up tried to get my money back. I have been trying for over a month to get my money returned and still have not received it. I am assuming they must be in financial troubles, and I am having to go to my CC company to dispute the charges. Stay away from them, and keep in mind if the insulation is listed on their website, it does not mean they have it.

I now use Insulation4us for all my orders. Great website (quick and easy to navigate), great prices, quick delivery and most of all excellent, friendly customer service.Top Class.

Found this website through google search and bought R max. I had one or two questions regarding which insulation to use and the staff were very helpful and friendly, I ordered on a Tuesday and it was delivered on Friday. My overall experience with the company was extremely satisfactory, I have recommended them to several friends and will definitely use them in the future.

Bought $500.00 dollars worth of insulation. While waiting on a shipping confirmation a week and a half later, I got an email telling me that my money was refunded. I called them and at first pat told me that they couldnt get that brand, then confessed that the price was wrong on their website.one lie after another!so therefore, I paid close to $150.00 dollars more waited 2 weeks for delivery. No response, called them, they said it would be more for shipping.its been well over a month, still no insulation. ( stay away from this company!)

I couldnt purchase any Pactiv XPS through my local supplier so I decided to search for suppliers online. This was one of the first websites I found that supplied it. They had it in stock and it was delivered about 4 days after I ordered. They have quite a large range of products and prices are very competitive so I would highly recommend.

I called twice a day for 2 days and no call back. Tried three of their numbers and they all had the same answering msg. After more research this is a foreign company and contact is few and far in between. Ill be buying locally.

Website shows they have the item in stock with shipping being a flat rate of $60. Then they tell me its not in stock at the location in the state i live in when the shipping is based on it shipping from Delaware. So 2 days later no product available, im now having to explain to my customer why i will miss the deadline and will probably have to pay a penalty because of this. Wont ever do business with them again. They even have the same product posted all over ebay for sale.......Beware!

I ordered over $1300 worth of materials, and should have paid the extra amount going through a physical vendor just to save the headache and time. Im extremely disappointed with the service provided from Insulation4us. Their base of operations is Ireland, which isnt necessarily a bad thing, but was a bit surprising when calling a local number and reach associates in Ireland. I ordered my materials November 30th 2015 and after several calls and emails my order finally arrived Jan. 8th 2015. They werent able to get a third of the materials I ordered (I got an email saying they reimbursed for it), and had I not called and continued to follow up, I am convinced Id still be waiting without any word from the company. Yes, there were a total of 3 days worth of holidays counting new years (which I dont). To save a lot of typing and reading, there were many excuses such as materials not in stock, shipping company overlooked order, shipping company had trucks malfunctioning, holidays etc. The general staff coordinating the incoming calls were fairly helpful, but seemed limited in their liberty to provide customer service and resolution. Overall this was the best price, from a site that looked legitimate. I was able to contact the CEO, and was assured an internal investigation has been submitted and a resolution statement will be provided to me (my review may change based on his evaluation and solution to the issue). I understand things happen, and I own and have been a project manager for businesses. One of my main concerns with the company is that it seems as though it is hit or miss without consistent positive results. I know that it is tricky to provide the best price, while still providing the best service and then to add being in another country makes it that much more difficult. Expectations need to be clear with your suppliers, and they should take a hit in situations such as this one. Unfortunately, it is Insulation4uss name on the line when their shippers/suppliers mess up.
