Not very professional, Rob Arthur lies to the customers, doesnt provide service as promised, refers you to there customer service dept. For a small warranty issue basically gives you the run around.Called the other day put me on hold for a good 15 min.Windows that I bought with their intercept spacers fogged up. Within the first 5 years,Try to get replacement, had to jump tru several hops to get replacements.They suck plain and simple.

Not professional at all. Never return phone calls. I was dealing with Wesley, I always got to call them.I guess once you buy their products they don’t have any more business with you.Will not recommend to muy worse enemy.
