Whenever I am in Wilmington I stop by this shop, even if it is just to browse, because I love the atmosphere when I walk in the door. The young ladies that work here are always friendly, helpful, and kind. I recently placed an online order and I was called by one of the young ladies (who I will not name for her privacy) informing me that the items I ordered were not in stock and offering me substitutes, which I accepted on one of the items. The salt lamp I received was larger that the one I ordered. I am very pleased with the item and my experience with this shop. Thank you to all the employees and to this young lady in particular for the great customer service.

I rarely give reviews, but I felt Mystic Elements deserved a very good one!! The ladies that waited on me were very nice, courteous, & helpful. They were very knowledgeable about the products that are sold there & willing to answer any questions I had. The shop itself has a very welcoming atmosphere & the way it is set up gives a person room to move around comfortably while browsing the wide variety of products!!!! I will be repeat customer.

Absolutely amazing experience, I was visiting a friend in the area and she took me here, they have great pieces and really knowledgeable staff. I found out they have an online store which is amazing, they packaged everything so well nothing was hurt on the trip to me and they even gave me a couple little gifts which brightened my day so much thank you guys!

The staff were so helpful. They provided guidance on purchasing a bracelet for my daughter and for my first tarot card deck, as well as a book for getting started. I never felt judged or overpowered with the information but felt fully supported for my beginners anxiety level of comfort. I don’t live in Wilmington but shop online or travel for the weekend just to visit this haven.

I love this place, for several reasons. Ive been to this shop twice in person. the vibe is palpable. Their products are not only beautiful but authentic, and the team they have are professional, knowledgeable and fun. I love the cards that accompany each crystal that tells you their benefits both spiritually and physically. Ive been able to listen to the team goof off with each other and play around while working and they seem to really like their job and being there. I witnessed the aftermath of a shoplifter and the impact it had on them, and also training of a new team member just learning the minerals and crystals and being gently quizzed as she rang up my order.Since I dont live in Wilmington, I placed an online order recently. It was shipped really fast, everything was packed up safely, they wrote a nice little note inside and just made me feel good, similar to my in person experiences. I felt the energy and good vibe.It would PROBABLY makes more sense to visit my local shop and build a relationship there too, but I just like this place a lot, and it matters to me where my crystals and products live before they come into my space.

I was referred to this shop by a friend and was not disappointed. They all had masks on. As someone with chronic illness that make me high risk, I truly appreciate it. You get a sense of calm when you walk in. They have a large selection products. Not only do they label what the crystals names were, they also wrote the different properties they hold. (They give you printouts if you want them as well). There is an awesome variety of tarot and educational books. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back!

We truly enjoyed our time from the moment we entered the building till the time we exited. Great customer service and enjoyable for not only the adults but our Preteen daughters enjoyed their time as well and I picked up two books on heathenry. Good for the mind and soul I say.

I was a fan of their tiktok account so when I found myself going to Wilmington, I just had to visit! As soon as you walk in, theres this very calm energy that comes over you. There were SOOO MANY gemstones, decks, candles, etc. And everything is very affordable. The staff present was so kind and lovely. Ill never forget those two musing cutely about my choices. They gave me info cards for my crystals and were very informative about every product I bought. If I lived closer, I would definitely be a regular. But Ill settle for the online store until I can visit again. I honestly didnt want to leave!

Amazing place! Every shelf holds a story here and theres tons of adventures to be had all under one roof. I know that this place is well known for the collection of rocks, but one would be hard pressed not to come away from a visit without finding something of interest because they carry so much more there!
