I was called on my car listed on autotrader to come in for an estimate on how much they would buy it for. I STRESSED how much I had been dragged around by dealer after dealer was tired and asked for the person who would be giving me the estimate. The salesperson assured me it was going to be them and the manager would take a look under the hood. I explained I had a quote from KBB on a cash offer of $15,500 that participating dealers are supposed to honor and was assured they would honor it. Now its a 2010 with 21k for miles. I went by KBB guidelines of condition and they gave me the number of the $15,500. Well after the GSM walked around the car for two seconds the number dropped $11,500. I asked the salesperson to please explain how did they come to devaluate the offer by $4,000. After walking around the car, I was pointed out two scratches. Now these I consider minor, since you have to look to find them. Since they go through the paint apparently they are major. THATS IT!!!!!! Its a used car....Its not going to be in showroom condition, I explained to the GSM, Riley. How could two scratches bring the cost down by that amount? I was angry because I was lied to in order to get me in the store. I also asked if this very thing was going to happen. I was assured it would not, unless something MAJOR was wrong. Riley looked at me and said yeah well do you want to sell the car for this amount or not?. I said no, so he walked away saying have a great day with nothing but snark. LIERS and A$$H@L3S. Dont go here. There is a right way to do things. They overpromised and underdelivered huge. What a joke. This guy really has a set on him.

I put a deposit on a Black Hyundai. I saw that the agent was writing the number of a different car on the form and corrected him. They still marked the wrong car as sold so when I came to finish the paperwork two days later they had sold the black car and only had a white with light grey interior left on the lot. They did not budge on the price or offer any assistance in making up for this mistake other than to offer a useless 600$ protective coating. Overall there was a complete lack of professional behavior. We found the ultimate trim for almost the same price as the limited trim at Route 2 Hyundai. They were farther away for us but completely professional, helpful, and offered the best price I could have hoped for.

Don’t waste your time here! My husband and I’s experience started off great. Tyler our salesperson was great. We were looking at the 2022 Tucson Hybrid Limited and he was real helpful letting us test drive it a couple of different days, answering all of our questions and not pressuring us into anything. He explained the chip shortage, which we had already known about but were willing to wait it out to get the car at this dealership for its convenience and proximity to home.While working with Tyler, we were told by him, and a manager that we could put down a $500 deposit and what that would do would ensure we had a car when one became available. At 8 months pregnant, we decided we should probably do that. Well, when I called to put the deposit down, it was no longer $500 it was $1,000. After I put the deposit down, I never heard from Tyler. I always had to initiate conversation to see if there was a car available. Everyday he would say “I will let you know tomorrow” but tomorrow came and he never did. Every time I talked to Tyler there seemed to be a car available but the inventory manager was never available, he was off or the dealership was closed so I missed out on a few cars!After two weeks of this, a manager calls me and says it’s pretty much impossible to get me a car and will refund me the $500 deposit. First, no. I put down $1,000 and why did it take two weeks to realize you guys wouldn’t be able to help me?This phone call was on a Monday. I immediately began calling every Hyundai dealership in a 100 mile radius to find the car. That Wednesday, I had a brand new 2022 Tucson Hybrid limited in the Amazon Gray color (Tyler had said that color wouldn’t be available until September) sitting in my driveway. So, if I was able to find the car so easily, why couldn’t Tyler.....who does this for a living?For people who work on commission, they really don’t care for your business. Which can be fine in some cases, but I was here waiting and WANTING to give him my money but got treated like dirt.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT waste your time here. There were red flags from the beginning that I should have payed attention to. When purchasing the vehicle a couple of years ago I was told that the car came with a warranty before purchasing it. When it came time to purchase, they said there was no warranty coming with it even though it was initially promised. So I had to purchase an extended warranty. A couple of months ago I called to make an appointment to have my vehicle serviced for a recall. I was told I’d be put on a list and be notified with and update on where I was in line. I was not put on this list because I was never notified of anything. I had to call them again and they said I should have gotten a call saying they were unable to do the service because their system had been down for a while. I told them I never got a call and that it was extremely frustrating that I was waiting for no reason. They changed their attitude when I said that and informed me that I could bring the vehicle in ASAP. While I was there I pointed out that the paint was chipping off the hood and was wondering why it would be. It turns out that the car was initially a rental and had front end damage. When we sat down with sales a couple years back we asked many specific questions about the car before purchasing it. It is extremely dishonest that I am just now finding these things out two years later when nothing was initially mentioned about that. If I knew, I most likely would not have bought the car. Ironic how they only offered to give me the Car Fax report after I had purchased the vehicle. When speaking to the manager about this, his response was “it’s two years later what do you want me to do?” I understand that a good amount of time has passed since I purchased the vehicle, but his attitude rubbed me the wrong way. He very rudely went on to say he was not there two years ago and basically brushed it off as not his problem. When communicating with an unhappy customer because of the dealerships dishonesty you would think he would be a little more empathetic. He instead had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to trade it in and buy a new vehicle. My response was ABSOLUTELY NOT! While I was getting the recall serviced a yearly inspection was also preformed. The service tech informed me my car would not pass inspection because my tires were “bald.” Later on that week I took my car elsewhere for inspection because I had a bad feeling about Bill Dube being unethical. They took one look at the tires and could confirm that they were nowhere near bald. They performed the inspection, I got my sticker and was on my way. I am highly confident Bill Dube gave me a rejection sticker because I was a young female there alone and they thought they could scam me into buying new tires from them. I will not spend a single penny here again. Dishonesty is their policy. DO NOT purchase a vehicle here I promise, you will regret it.

Just bought a 22 Tucson. The car is AMAZING! Thank you, Dube Team! Normally, I HATE the car shopping/buying experience but they made it so easy from the beginning to end. I got top dollar for my trade, did all my paper work remotely; Giovany was super helpful. My sales rep Tyler was incredibly knowledgeable about all the cars I drove. He even DELIVERED my car to me!! Not that it stopped there... Tyler took the time to set up my bluetooth, Andriod Auto functions, put my plates on and made sure I was comfortable with all the features of my car before he left. Oh, I even got an email from Riley the GM; could have been automated but who cares!? Overall 10/10 would recommend!

Bill Dube Hyundai Saves the day!We had an offer on a Palisade Limited at another dealership but it fell through. I found an identical one at Bill Dube Hyundai and inquired about through the website. Brian, who does internet sales, was on top it from start to finish. Their price is their price - no need to negotiate or spend what seems like hours at a dealership while trying work out a deal and paperwork! We got this Palisade for less money and less time in the dealership. We did almost all the paperwork virtually. We wish had went here first. Brian and his manager were friendly and made the process so easy.

I bought a 2021 Tucson sport, very happy with the vehicle. I had secured a loan with my bank. We reached a agreement on the price, that was not an issue. I asked if they would throw in all seasoned mats? I was told if I financed through them. I told they had to beat my bank. They did, not by much, but they did. So my wife and financed with them. As I was going over the tech part of the car, which I have owned 2, so I was familiar with it. I noticed no mats, so i asked about them. I was told them they were on order, for Tuesday, todays date. I emailed and texted the contacts that I had used to buy the car. U wanted to make sure the mats were going to be there. No response! That was yesterday, nothing today. Even though, my wife wants to update her Kona and buy one that they can get for us. But, now Im not so sure. I will try again and give it a few more days, but I have a funny feeling, im not getting those mats!

I went to this Hyundai location for the first time; I live an hour away. Before I arrived my son threw up all over the truck and was 15 minutes late. They refused to see me and made me feel inferior; I think it was a race issue on their part. It’s unfortunate, I won’t ever go back. No one wants to ever feel less than.

Dube has the best service department I have ever dealt with. Love this dealership.My most recent service appointment reinforced my love affair with Dube Hyundai. I arrived for service at the wrong time, an hour earlier than I was scheduled, and waiting would interfere with a Zoom call I had to be on. The service manager, Jim Maloof, assured me he would do his best to complete my service as quickly as he could so I could get home to take my call. He even offered to provide a quiet space for me in case I had to take it at the dealership! As it turned out, my car was serviced quickly and I made it home in time to be in the quiet comfort of my home for the call. Holly, in scheduling, also reached out to me to apologize for the mix-up and do whatever to prevent it from happening again. No apology was necessary, however, because it was I not Holly who made the scheduling error. These two employees are examples of what makes this dealership a beacon of customer service excellence!

Probably general experience in purchase would be good but mine was the worst. So I dont want any readers to assume the same worst experience like me from Bill Dube.I had a swap for my palisade limited edition I found from another Hyundai dealer in June 2020. We signed a paper for the our chased price.When they got the car from another dealer, problem began.I dont mind resolving the problem with people but do mind dealing with uncommunicable people to resolve issues, which is almost impossible but wasting time.Some options were missing and we asked for. They offered us an option to get a check for those missing options so that we could buy on our own. We accepted.Later after checking the sticker for options as it is fully loaded, I found cargo cover missing. I contacted again and the sales persons manager refused to honor the missing option because we had too much deal on this vehicle.I told her that I didnt get too much deal on this vehicle but everything was what we paid for based on the contract.Then I posted my opinion on its Facebook but it was deleted the next day.Then I think I got an email from dube family. We had to go through number of email and demanded under chapter 93A unfair business practice. I had to find their registration filed with the state to serve my demand.After all these steps, she finally issued the check for the cargo cover and concluded she would not do any further demands from me.Buyers shall make sure what they buy and make sure before you take the car off of their lot.Also it is true to any dealers in the US but make sure everything is written on a paper. This is the only way to avoid hassle.Thank you.

....all i have to say is the people here are amazing....i applied online and didnt think I was going to get in a vehicle.Then I get a message from them telling me theyre going to let me know the next day.Saturday morning comes and what do you know?I got approved and I showed up an hour after I have received the call and the moment I arrived there I am greeted and welcomed.Not even 10min later im test driving a tucson and what do you know I fell in love with it.And 2hours later im out being the first owner of a tucson and I got it deliver today by my sales man Nick Brown l, he showed me all the vehicles features and man oh man he delivered. Recently purchased an Elantra here and Steve was the salesman I was helped by. He was very respectful and knowledgeable as he helped me choose the right car for me. I was in need of a new car and had recently rented a Hyundai Sonata while on vacation. I decided to visit Bill Dube Hyundai thinking I might be interested in buying one. It was a terribly hot day, painful just to wander around the lot. Fred Hollis, a salesman saw me peeking into the Sonatas and came out to help. He asked me some general questions and was not one bit pushy. Instead he offered to get the keys for the ones I thought were interesting. He did not try to narrow my decisions down but instead gave me good information about the different Sonatas available. I test drove 4 of them and while driving, Fred was pleasant and professional and made sure I knew that if there were questions he couldnt answer, hed find out the answers from another staff person. I had never gone to buy a car by myself -always had a family member or friend with me. Anyway, I ended up buying a Sonata turbo and I really like it. I felt comfortable working with Fred and would recommend him. He listened, he did not try to put me in a car that I was unable to afford, he was willing to take all the time needed to give me the information I wanted and he followed up after I bought the car to make sure I was satisfied -he also scheduled the first oil change for me. I went to Bill Dube for my 2012 Sonata service and ended up upgrading my car to a brand new 2.0 turbo. I am very happy with my upgrade. Thanks to Jacob he really made it happen.I bought my Sonata from the same place two years ago and I have been happy with the performance of the car. Paul Hewitt was amazing! Every ridiculous question I asked was answered (sometimes with a chuckle!). Everything went so smoothly I almost forgot I was buying a car! He was so patient as my boyfriend looked in every nook and cranny of the car, he and I just chatted. During the negotiation I have NO DOUBT he worked tirelessly to get me the best possible deal. I bought a 2007 Honda Element from them in December. After test driving it, it was clear there was an issue with the transmission. I told the salesman that I was still interested in the car, as long as they fixed it. It was the exact car I was looking for, so I was still willing to buy it. Over the next month they gave me the car back 3 times saying that the transmission was fine. On the third time I went straight back to the dealer, which I spoke with the sales manager. He somehow magically had a transmission priced out for it, and offered to sell me a different car instead of repairing it. I told him this was the car I wanted and thats it. Another month goes by until I finally get my car. Its now been two months since I purchased it. I noticed some other issues with the car, and brought it back for repair. One of the issues is the alignment, which is still off after they supposedly did it twice. They claimed to have ordered parts for it and are waiting for them to come in. It has now been 6 months, I have called at least a dozen times, and even went into the dealership to find out about getting the other issues repaired. Every time the service advisor tells me she will call me back the next day. I have never received a call back. I have never experienced such horrible customer service, and I would not recommend going here for sales or service.

Our salesman, Coco, knew everything about the cars he showed us and when he couldnt answer a question - he made sure to go get the answer.Throughout the process, we never felt pressured from him or the staff at Bill Dube. Angel was my first contact and he set me up with Kristen - she led me to my 3 choices we spoke about and cleaned the recent ice storm off each car so I could test drive all of them. We purchased a car from this horrid place along with a service agreement that allows for a rental car if needed. We were charged hundreds for a rental vehicle and we have been trying to get this money back, but have received nothing but attitude from Ms Emily Dube. For the love of god buy elsewhere!*I faxed you the receipt over a week ago and this has been going on for months, so do not pretend that you are here to help, maybe now that this is online you will help, you also told us that we had 10 seconds of your time before you hung up. So please tell me now what you need from us, and I guess we have to talk on here because you no long are answering our calls, very very professional of you.

I am not someone to ever leave reviews, but felt I was treated poorly at this dealership, and the joy of purchasing a new car was taken away from me after my experience here, that I will be leaving this review on multiple sites, outlets, etc. (the joys of working in marketing..) The one star I have to leave is because I like the actual car itself. Long story short: Buyer Beware.After purchasing my car with Coco on Memorial Day weekend we went over some things that needed to be fixed on the vehicle and I signed my paperwork. I was casually told the car would be ready “Tuesday, or Wednesday... we’ll call you!” when I left their location. I had not heard anything come Tuesday, stopped by Wednesday AM to drop off my plates from my old car, and a remainder of the down payment and was told someone would follow up for a delivery date (at this point I stressed that I needed a car by Friday – 2 days after I was told it would be delivered when I actually bought the car). Wednesday evening rolls around and I finally here from my salesman with the excuse of “staff being out due to the holiday weekend” and the car would maybe be ready Thursday. After not hearing anything on Thursday I had to follow up again and at this point was told Saturday delivery by Dave, the general manager, with a new excuse of “the weather has been bad so we couldn’t paint the car.” By Sunday I still had no phone call with an update on my car that was promised to be ready for Saturday—a week the purchase date. Come to find out on that Sunday, the car is still not ready or even REGISTERED!At this point my phone number was in the hands of 2 or 3 (Coco, Dave and Will) different salesmen and managers, yet one of them could not ever pick up the phone to give a truthful update (they’re REALLY good at writing your number down and giving false promises of “we’ll call you!”). It came to the point of threatening to re-neg on the deal to actually get them to have the car ready by Tuesday (a week and a half after my purchase day). On Tuesday I picked up the car finally, but was fed a third excuse as to what took long (“the paint is a unique color we had to order it) but at that point I was ready to just take the vehicle home and call it a day with them.If the repairs, maintenance, paperwork, registration, etc. was going to take a week and a half that is 100% fine—but tell the buyer it’s going to take that long upfront so they can make the right arrangements for getting from point A. to point B. in the meantime. Also, follow up! I just committed to spending thousands of dollars on a car from you, I am your customer and I shouldn’t have to follow up with you every day because I never hear anything on the status of the car. My old car came from here so I was expecting another positive experience and that is not what I got. I wish I had paid the few hundred more for the same vehicle that was available at Lexington Toyota just to have a salesman that actually kept me in the loop. My sister is now going through the car buying process and I will make sure she stays away from here.The cherry on top of all this: Receiving the car with a quarter tank of gas, and no car mats in the car—thanks for the one last screw over!

Spoke with the service department. I had a dead battery on a 20 degree F day in November and live two hours away. Whoever I spoke to on the phone was as unhelpful as he could possibly be. He refused to tell me what my battery warranty was, continually saying “AH JEEZ I DONT KNOW, ILL HAVE TO HAVE A TECH LOOK AT IT”. Not the response I wanted after waiting 20 minutes on hold. The corporate company told me immediately I had a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty.This is after calling him to see if they could install it. He told me they “definitely” weren’t going to be able to help me today, and probably “not even tomorrow”. To drop a battery in a car. Oh, and the battery ($160 everywhere else) would cost $341 here. What the @$*# planet do these people live on that they wouldn’t bend over backwards to install a battery marked up 200% over MSRP?!

What started off as a really bad experience last Friday morning turned into me buying a new to me car. I had written a 1 star review because I had walked out of the dealership after a few mishaps. After that review (which I took down), I received a call from Dominic who apologized profusely and asked me to come back in. I also had a response on my review from Scott Dube. I really had to think about it but did end up going back that afternoon. I feel like they gave me a good price for my trade and for my new to me car. I was in and out of the dealership in under 3 hours. I went back last night to pick up my car and both the salesperson (Steve) and Dominic were there, car was ready as promised. Very personable sales person and finance manager. I would recommend Dube and I would go back.

Salesman Coco & Sales Manager Reese were very attentive and pleasant to deal with while looking, test driving and negotiating for a vehicle for my wife. We ended up buying a beautiful pre-owned Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and they were very easy to reach throughout the entire process.I only subtract 1 star because we were told the Certified 60k/100k warranty started AFTER we purchased the car (a major determining factor vs the other models we had considered with less mileage) when indeed it did NOT. Worried of problems in the future, we felt the extended warranty they offered was needed which added thousands to the final cost. Nonetheless, we got a great car for a great price, but a few thousand is nothing to sneeze at.

I did my front left signal light replacement and the alignment last Monday. I called in and the service department quickly set me up for the service. When I arrived, Mr. Jim Maloof at the service desk addressed my concerns and offered me with complimentary alignment check just to make sure before the I ordered the service, which is comforting. UPDATE:I didnt have a great purchasing experience here and I wrote about it here and on Yelp. After discussing the situation with the owner, Scott Dube, who agreed his dealership had made many mistakes, Scott offered me $1,000 to end the relationship. With that $1,000 was also a release form from his lawyer that required I remove all my reviews of his dealership. I decided my reviews and the Dube Difference were worth more to me than his money, so I declined.I just went to the dealership for my first round of repairs, which Scott prematurely halted once he found out I was there. When I asked why he was refusing to work on my car, he said we had ended our business relationship. I reminded him that we hadnt actually ended it and I asked if Service could continue to work on my car. He looked me right in the eyes and said, Susannah, youre not that cute and kicked me out.Wow. Apparently Im not attractive enough to deserve a new key fob or anything else laid out in the Dube Difference!--DO NOT GO HERE!!! I was duped by the Dube Difference, the idea of buying from a family-owned dealership and what I thought were good people; sadly they are dishonest thieves. I bought a brand new car here and am currently in the process of returning the car because theyre not able to honor the contract they sold me.In the words of THEIR OWN service manager, Eddie, Ive worked in this business a long time and I can tell you that car salesman are all the same - theyre scum. He seems to fit in well here.For the record, I think Will is one of the good guys. Eddie and David could care less about you, your experience, or the Dube Difference.

I had my 2010 Elantra Touring in for service (the power steering had failed). My husband and I were aware that steering column would likely have to be replaced, which would cost approximately $2,000. Since my car had over 112,000 miles on it, we were not keen on replacing it. So, I suggested that we talk to a salesperson to see what kind of deal we could get. Jacob Perez found us a 2015 Sonata that we liked and could afford. Jacob was courteous, knowledgeable, completely approachable. We felt very comfortable the whole 4 1/2 hours we were there.

Kept my car over night. Without giving me a loaner car. Wanted me to pay for enterprise rental. Huge inconvenience to me and getting to work and getting home. Not my fault my car has a recall. Was told I would be called that night I brought my car Incase my car was done or give me any update and I received no call. I got a call early in the morning that my car was ready. If it was ready right when everyone opened it was obviously done last night. Thanks for the inconvenience can’t wait to pick my car up and go somewhere else.

It took over a week and a half to receive the registration for the new car. I could not get the car inspected or receive a city parking permit in that time. I would like to say the service was excellent other than that fact, especially because it was expected to arrive within the first week.
