We did not have a good experience here. We have contacted the owner and he just says it its buyers remorse. It is not! The things that we were upset about were the things that were directly in their marketplace add. And from when we picked up the car it did appear that those things were in working condition.But when we got home the air conditioner did not work and they had just masked it enough for us to get home. The cars in the shop right now trying to get that resolved. We do know that when a car is bought used you will find problems and that is totally expected. But when they say that things are a certain way Like the air conditioning works and it is clean you would tend to believe them. Also the car had a roach infestation. Which is something that we could not have known even with checking the car out completely.So they said the car was clean and the air conditioning worked. Both were not true. Again we contacted the owner and he just said buyers remorse and a lot more to cover themselves.I would not buy another car from them as they are not truthful. It was my sons 1st car that he bought and he had to learn the lesson early that people are not honest. Really an apology would at least been acceptable. But nothing!!
I would give no stars if possible. Long story short, COVID-19 on the rise- I lost my job, then fell behind on car payments, lost my home etc. I also had some personal health issues occur forcing me to have seizures -which most jobs see as a flight risk- :(Hoping Mr. Grant would be understanding of everything going on, but boy was I SO wrong. He is out to make a dollar and that’s all. I paid roughly $500 down & roughly $2000 more in BIWEEKLY payments to him. Not to mention a 29% interest rate too!After 8 months of owning the vehicle an accident happened in which of no fault of my own causing the vehicle to be declared a total loss. Attached is the messages he sent to me regarding him about the vehicle and the accident. I know personally, I wouldn’t talk to ANYONE the way he spoke to me. Referring to me as a “JUNKIE POS” (I’m going on 400 days clean next week) & “ENJOY WHATS COMING TO ME”. Sounds like a threat to me.Even after sustaining some major injuries leaving me to have to visit the chiropractor daily/3 times a week dealing with my back and neck, he LIES to the insurance company in hopes to get him a bigger cut of the check in the end for the value of the vehicle. Claims I owed close to $2500 when he was only asking $3900 for the vehicle from the beginning. I have every receipt for what I paid the man too.He now has me blocked from when I tried to call him out on the lies. Selfish, untrustworthy, spiteful, rude & unprofessional to say the least.
Grant was extremely helpful with assisting my husband in finding a good and reliable work truck. I highly recommend anyone to go to this dealership!
