Poor business man very manipulative and has made us wait for more than a year to make repairs on carpet installed by his under qualified Individuals who could not even speak English. He is cheap and is only concerned with making a sale. The carpet is. Still not repaired and it appears I will have to take this to court to have the situation remedied. Extremely disappointed with Vito and his business I would not recommend him or his installers workmanship is poor and the quality of carpet provided although highly recommended by Vito was of poor quality and that is according to his installers

They handled problems with our order poorly and made you feel like they are only interested in the sale and NOT in keeping their customers. We will not purchase any flooring materials from here again and will, of course, tell anyone else we know that is interested in flooring NOT to shop here as well. Hopefully they will see this review and learn as they already should know (if you’re a good business person) that one dissatisfied customer tells between 9-15 other people, and 13% of dissatisfied customers tell over 20 other people, i.e., a potentially high cost of lost sales—duh!So, please treat your customers more genuinely and go the extra mile, including the extra cost it might take from your business to keep them, especially when there are problems with orders!
