Ill start by saying we had a wonderful experience with Tuckers. Excellent communication and all around customer service. I mainly communicated with Jennifer who was amazing with answering my inquiries before and after the install. The install team was polite and professional. I inquired about one of my thresholds being more flush after the install and Bruce was happy to come over and install some risers to help make the carpet look and feel better on the feet since our floorboards were low in that spot and against hardwood. Very nice job overall and i would definitely have them do more rooms in our home.

I’m so happy I found this company.They have excellent communication and awesome customer service. The install was smooth and easy. They really worked within my budget and didn’t force me into something they knew I couldn’t afford. I had a in-home consultation that went great. I wanted to see more samples and went to the showroom. It was clean, brightly lit, a friendly environment and I even shared some jokes with the ladies there. I decided on a new innovative Berber carpet by Mohawk and it looks AMAZING 🤩. My carpet beforehand was 30 years old. The original contractor carpet form the build of the home. The new carpets feels so luxurious and soft under your feet. It really worked well with my son and two dogs. We had 3 bedrooms, closets, hallway and 4 flights of stairs done. It took two days but the guys came in moved the heavy stuff and placed everything back like there weren’t even there (impressive). They were professional, on-time and answered any questions I had. The service was awsome. Had entire house carpeted. Bruce made the experience less stessful than I was anticipating. The installers were punctual and respectful of our home. Recently, I had new vinyl flooring installed in the finished part of my basement and new carpeting installed on my basement stairs. Finding this family owned business was the best luck for us. I took a chance and could not be happier. We just were moving and had water damage floor from a leaking door. Bruce came out several times to make things perfect for us. He brought samples to our home, checked on the job the contractors were doing as well. Terri and her assistant were so very pleasant and helpful throughout. The laminate and flooring were both done on time with no delay. Overall great experience! Bruce came to our house twice before we made a final decision on our carpeting.
