Edible Arrangements did an amazing job for my sisters Birthday surprise. I ordered on a Friday to be delivered to her job on a Monday. She said everything looked and tasted great. For some reason I felt the urge to call the store to thank them. Laura answered the phone with her awesome customer service voice. I thanked her and the team for all they had done. She was so appreciative of my call. I can only imagine how busy they were and she still took time to have excellent customer service. Thank you Edible Arrangements of Wilmington for being able to give my sister a birthday gift from so far away and thank you Laura for being so kind.

Went online to order and order was messed up and instead of one bouquet the recipient received $187.79 worth of fruit. So try not to order online because you won’t get a courtesy call. When called to ask about order that friend received Caitlin wasn’t the most pleasant person to speak with concerning the matter. Needless to say that won’t EVER happen again. So when ordering check to make sure if your order!
Your response is a lie. Every time I missed a call from the store or driver I called back immediately. Each. Time. And not once did you ask for my sisters number. If that wouldve helped matters and made a difference, any one of you couldve asked. I spoke to you enough.And your heavy discount was $10. You do realize thats not 50% off of $50, right??And whats your poor excuse for your employees response that you guys were losing money because I refused to pay another $40? You got your $50, did you not?PLEASE enlighten me and let me know WHERE or HOW you lost money? Id love to hear your responseIm rather disgusted by my interaction with this store and how I was treated.I called to have strawberries sent to my sister for her birthday. I accidentally had the wrong unit # (by one digit) and the package was sent to the wrong apt. My honest mistake.I called back each time they contacted me and I, in turn, called my sister in an attempt to get her package to her. In the end, the store told the people who received my sisters package to keep it.I called again to resolve the issue the next day they were open. I was automatically told I would not get a refund for the package that went to the wrong apt. Even though I tried to rectify the problem AND they told the neighbors to keep it. But I would get a 50% discount for the next package. Fine.Their idea of half off was to charge me $40 more after I just spent $50 for another family to enjoy some strawberries. They refused to waive the $10 delivery charge and I was supposed to be OK with their deal.I tried to express my disappointment and the lady was unhelpful, rude and arrogant. She then had the NERVE to claim they were losing money because I would not agree to pay another $40. But they got the initial $50, so not sure where they lost any money.I admit I made a mistake that I tried to correct but they were more interested in selling more strawberries than helping a customer out. There actually was no customer service. Whoever answers the phone at that store should not be allowed to speak to customers as a career. She was terrible.Needless to say, Im disgusted by that store, that lady and now the company.And for future reference, if a customer says theyre calling you back in a few minutes and you, as an employee, know youre closing soon, maybe tell the customer. Apparently that was another factor that my issue couldnt be resolved that same day. If Id fixed the issue same day, I wouldnt have encountered this nightmare but that lady seemingly forgot to mention they closed in 20 min after I spoke with them. Pretty convenient
My sister and I sent an arrangement to a bridal shower as a surprise because we could not attend. The bride-to-be was overjoyed! She said it was the most absolutely beautiful arrangement she had ever seen and it was so fresh and so delicious! Fabulous service! Thank you Laura!
I wanted to deliver something special to a friend since I couldn’t make it to her birthday trip there and edible arrangements Wilmington made sure the package got to her even in an Air Bnb and with me far away! Thank you so much for the great service and helping me make her birthday special!! :)

My son in law who is deployed ordered a box of chocolate covered strawberries for his wife for Mother’s Day. Since delivery was not an option I picked it up on Wednesday 2 pm and drove to her house arriving at 2:45pm. She put it in the fridge. When she had time to enjoy them she took it out of the fridge on Friday morning and all but 2 of the strawberries were bad. I called the store in Wilmington N.C. and was told by the manager, yeah I’m sure they were bad by then but it does say for immediate consumption on the tag on the box. She checked the box which only had the “gift” order receipt and nowhere did it state the timeframe. I was not offered a compensation or refund. We will NOT order from there againVery disappointed.
I have been using “Edible Arrangements” in Wilmington, NC. for several years. It is a delightful place to do business. The owner/operator Laura is a pleasure to work with, always smiling and eager to please. I find her extremely helpful. When I wanted to send an arrangement to my mother in Indiana Laura put me in contact with a supplier in Fishers Indiana that was much closer and able to fill the order the next day. I’ve always had the nicest compliments on any gifts that I’ve purchased. All I ever get is “when are you going back to that place that has the chocolate dipped fruit”?Joe Justice
You call and order and they dont give you any more options about what youre ordering, As if the customer knew what you are buying
I live in Pa and my daughter lives in Wilmington, NC. They are the nicest group of women Ive ever had the experience talking with and ordering from. They went above and beyond my expectations. When I go back down to see my daughter and her family, I am definitely stopping in on the shop and taking all the women something special. This place is just amazing!! The service they provided was far and beyond any expectations. Really went out of their way to help me. They know what they are doing!!Also, the strawberries I had were to die for! They tasted like they had just been picked and coated in melt in your mouth chocolate. Ordered a beautiful arrangement of fresh fruits and was overwhelmed at the size, variety of fruits and the container. It was a big hit with the guests and I was thankful I ordered the large size Fruit Festival - the oranges were crisp, the melon ripe, and the other fruits equally as fresh. Thanks to Brittany for her assistance and the lovely note following my order - i will definitely place an order again.
I placed an order to be delivered to my mother Sunday in Wilmington since Im working out of town. The arrangement was beautiful but some of the fruit was not fresh. She had called the local store to let them know and they delivered a second arrangement today at no charge. Now thats good customer service! Being a retail manager myself in another industry, I do believe its important that we recognize good business practices in a way that encourages other consumers to patron a business. Definitely will order again!
Their arrangements are beautiful. Theyre totally made with fruit, some cut into different shapes. If you dont call ahead and go into the store to purchase one that you want, and if they dont have it available, it will take them about 2 hours for them to fix it up for you. The arrangements are pricey, but really unique.
The arrangement they made for my parents anniversary (which includes the number 45 made from pineapple) was gorgeous. They also went above and beyond in terms of customer service. I will gladly re-order from them in the future!!!
I recently ordered a large arrangement with lots of chocolate covered fruit for a 50th anniversary. The arrangement was beautiful, delicious and the hit of the party. Once the bouquet was placed out for consumption, every skewer was picked clean within minutes. Thanks so much for the personal touch.
The fruit is amazing and perfect for any life event, holiday, or gift. But its the STAFF that makes this place so awesome and keeps me coming back! Cant say thank you enough. We really appreciate you guys!

The staff at Edible Arrangements in Wilmington were extremely friendly on the phone and they recommended the perfect size arrangement for my holiday party. It looked great as a centerpiece on our table and I received quite a few comments on how fresh the fruit was. It was the perfect addition to our party!

I really hate writing negative feedback. However, this is for all of us who really want to do something special for someone special. In my case, it is to give my mom the gift of fresh fruit. She wants or needs nothing. So, after 7 Years of outstanding (read: uneventful) service with Edible Arrangements in Wilmington, NC I needed to contact the store. We always counted-on Edible Arrangements to deliver fresh, outstanding fruit to my mom at least 3 times a year -- without flaws, without failure. However, this Mothers Day Edible Arrangements failed miserably. My mom describes the fruit akin to: Cantaloupe like cardboard, Honeydew like paste, Strawberries like straw and Pineapple without flavor. When I called Edible they apologized and sent a “Pick Me Up” basket gratis. Feedback from mom: “Like fruit you’d get in a cafeteria – once again flat and flavorless and a “stingy” portion. I called (again!) and Edible assured me they’d make it right when the summer fruit season arrived at its peak and they’d call me – sometime in late June. I waited, waited and then decided to call. Guess what? Amnesia, put-on-hold and don’t-give-a-rat’s-butt came out. Take your chances: before you spend $100 plus on a gift you might consider buying Lotto tickets for a better outcome. Boo Edible Arrangements. The $3-400 per year mustn’t make you happy. Commitments are like fruit – short shelf-life and easily passed.
