Can we just talk about how AMAZING this location is! I go every single day!!! Emily is the sweetest person ever. And the whole staff is warm and cheerful. Im not exaggerating when I say that they get my order wrong 5/6 times. Its just one bagel with two toppings.

This port city java location is the best in the area. the customer service is really great and what caused me to write this was when i went by the other day and i was services by i believe emily was her name on the tag. she was super sweet and i could tell she cared about my order. i made a rather complicated order but she understood me clearly. this location has a great team.

Conveniently located behind my house. Have been a patron since they open, two to three times a week we give them business. Here lately they botch every order. I keep giving them chances, because they are friendly and a nice place, just wish they could get the order right. Order is correct the on receipt, but then they always leave something off.

I have to edit my review, after being a patron for about 2 years, 5 stars just wasnt enough to show my gratitude. Always exceptional, always 1st rate. Kind staff, and high quality menu. I always look forward to my morning stop.

Baristas are lacking. Half of the order came out wrong. Change from a $20 bill was 2 $5 bills. Someones lacking in training.

One of the many reasons we miss Wilmington and loving there is for great coffee! We were driving down to Florida and stopped over night in Wilmington simply for burritos and coffee from Port City Java. Absolutely worth getting at any time of day. Even with driving 2 hours out of your way and making a 20 hour drive into 22.

Drive thru customer service needs some attention..

Stopped by this place while on tour, it was absolutely delicious! The ambience and staff were so inviting I stayed enjoyed my coffee and got a little work done. ICED MOCHACCINO for the win!

In my experience, PCJs across Wilmington have been consistently excellent in quality and service. This location happens to be closest to me and I just want to comment that every employee Ive encountered there has been friendly and helpful. However, I do wish they did breakfast burritos like the one downtown

Just amazing! Best coffee in town hands down, I recently found this location and it is just lovely. Very clean inside and the staff was very friendly. Shiloh made the coffee on my visit and she knocked it out of the park!

We sat in line at the drive thru for 20 minutes before getting to the window only to be told that they no longer offer soy milk as option... Which then led to a longer wait time while they made my latte with almond milk. You would think that when you place the initial order that they would have the common sense to tell you at the time that they no longer offer that option even though it is still on the freaking menu as an option.

The outstanding coffee, friendly staff/management and drink choices is everything! I also have several of your reusable cups, that I use daily. They keep my coffee warm and I love that Im helping the enviornment. A++

Horrible experience. Does not cater to pepple with autsim. Was with my son and he had trouble communicating the right drink at the drive through. Went inside to correct order. Manger stated that it was my fault and I had to pay for new order. I paid my bill. This establishment is horrible. Do Not Recommend.

This is the cleanest coffee shop I’ve ever been in!! The staff was really friendly and of course food and coffee is good too.

Service is always good and so is the coffee. We enjoy the space, atmosphere, and decor.

Horrible service, very rude. Was standing there for 5 mins before I was ever greeted (there was no line) then they forgot my order. I had to go back to the counter and remind them. Very unsatisfied. I have NEVER had an experience like this at any of the other port city Java’s. Staff acted like they hated their job and their life. I will never return to this PCJ.

Sad they moved from cb and that they took iced like the milkyway off the menu. Good thing they have a barista there who knows how to make it :) inside is beautiful and drinkable were fast in the drive thru!
