Usually when I go to Starbucks it’s pretty consistent. This location obviously doesn’t know how to make drinks correctly. Ordered a Cappuccino and was 90% milk and 10% espresso. Tastes like warm milk. Also got a sweet cream cold brew. The creme to coffee ratio was ridiculous. Some people like to ACTUALLY taste the coffee. Really a disappointment.

Great place for coffee.

I ordered through Uber eats and unfortunately my driver forgot half of my order. I suffer from migraines and the half that was forgotten happened to be the only two caffeinated drinks in the order 🙃 The manager is amazing, he brought them out to me in porters neck and quite literally saved my day as I was starting to really struggle. Im a single mom so driving out there wasnt an option at the moment either. The drinks are delicious as always and this kind of customer service is something that Im not used to from most businesses. Thank you so much 😭

The only coffee I can drink...To me, its the best out there.

Never got better after they moved across the road. Coffee is weaker than most Starbucks, and the standard is so far off than even Landfall. Hope you know what youre drinking and what it tastes like as they rarely know what theyre making. Also, the wait is obscene. Just took 15 minutes. Staff could be more friendly.

I got a cappuccino and it was one of the worst I’ve ever had it tasted like warm milk didn’t taste any espresso.

I give it a 1 star because this is no longer Starbucks. This location is now Drift. Another coffee shop, but in my opinion it is better and cheaper then starbucks. Got a latte from here for $4.10 and it was the smoothest coffee I have ever had with no after taste.Again, the location is now called Drift.

Always fast friendly service. The drinks are always perfect. The bathrooms always clean. And the indoor and outdoor seating areas are well-maintained.

Cant go wrong with a tasty cup of coffee. I love that they offer a variety of non dairy milks and staff are knowledgeable of which syrups are dairy free. Comfort atmosphere and friendly staff make this place a regular stop on my way to work.

Starbucks is what Starbucks is, popular with many people atall times of the day. This one is larger and more noisy. Its also hard to get to from southbound Carolina Beach Road due to a no U turn. Still the parking g lot was full at 4:30 PM on a weekday.

No matter what time of day, the staff here are always super friendly and welcoming. The drinks are always done well, and quickly, but the customer service is what keeps me coming back. The new location is also awesome, and a drive thru! Hooray!

This Starbucks is conveniently located in a shopping center with plenty of parking and a drive thru lane. The inside is decorated nicely with a graphic design on the wall and several tables and chairs. There is an assortment of pastries, sandwiches, wraps and snacks to choose from. I had a soy flat white and it was quite good. The staff was engaging and eager to please.

Employees are super nice. Went in for my birthday drink and they wished me a happy birthday at the register and then again when they gave me the drink at the end of the counter (I was impressed that they remembered). The drinks Ive gotten from here are great and they are really fast even when the line is out the door. They have a nice outdoor seating area for when its nice out, also, and plenty of indoor seating.

Not as good as my number one Starbucks at Landfall, but this Starbucks ranks as my top 2 in Wilmington, NC. Id give them a 90% as compared to 100% at Landfall. Ive had a few not so good results there, but all in all a good cup of coffee! Staff is most of the time friendly, but I have had a few times where they were a bit grumpy, but it is a very busy store and Im sure it can be demanding at times. My wife and I had a great cup yesterday and I wanted to express my happiness of enjoying a great cupt of coffee on a chilly day! It was so good, I will sing a song about it!

One of the male baristas made the best decaf coffee Frappuccino Ive ever had and Ive been continuously disappointed until today. Thank you very much sir. :)

Been a Starbucks fan for over 30 years. Found Starbucks in the Pacific Northwest.

I love this starbucks. Unfortunately, i never see starbucks doing better than 4 stars in my book because 1 out of 10 of my drivethru orders is always wrong throughout the week. I love this company and i truly hope they continue their great culture, but i see the workers moving too fast and even throwing together drinks that aren’t correct. Recently, I’ve received Grandes instead of larges, DECAF instead of regular (big no no), blazing hot when I’ve repeatedly asked for child’s temp or a scoop of ice, and even cups that are almost falling apart. Definitely not the end of the world, but never better than 8/10.

My mom always gets coffee here! She loves all Starbucks and this one is no different.

I had to wait what someone got each piece of their order at the register which was taking an inordinate amount of time, rather than going down to the end of the counter and they had you asked repeatedly for the same thing that they had ordered and paid for before they got it. Then I very specifically asked for my coffee be made a certain way and it was not and then whenever I ask for it to be made that way again it still was not made correctly. For the more I had to ask for a lid and a second venti cup as the first cup was not strong enough. The staff needs more training and the service could stand a lot of improvement.

Despite being asked, forgot to heat our food order. Also forgot one of the drinks wed ordered. Had to remind her twice about our coffee. Wasnt busy at all.

This is no longer Starbucks, but is now Drift Coffee. Excellent!

1st bathroom was nasty. Unflushed, pee on the seat and around the toilet. 2nd bathroom was cleaner, but still had pee stains on the floor around the toilet. I asked for the manager but was told he was out, so I informed the person who took my order that the restroom needed cleaning. Starbucks has been rolling out gender-neutral restrooms for some time, but you can occasionally find one that resists. So I asked, yet again, for Starbucks to restore their dedicated ladies room. Was told condescendingly, This is Starbucks.

Drive through Starbucks are an abomination. This was my go to stop until they moved across the street to this location. The service is poor and impersonal now.

I was passing through Wilmington early (6:25) in the morning and spied the Mermaid at 1005 International Drive. Ordered a Cappo and sat down to do some research. For the next hour, Deb and Julia treated me like I was their neighbor. Checking up on me with their wonderful smiles, courteous demeanor and Sun-Filled energy. Seriously, at Starbucks, who does this? Anyway, THEY were awesome, the food was fresh, and the Cappo excellent (plus a little sampler Deb dropped off at my table). Thanks Ladies for the memory.

Terrible experience. We placed our order as well as another couple and were waiting for our order. While waiting, I was looking at their merchandise and was not paying attention. A third couple placed an order and was evidentially friends with the barista. Their order was filled immediately, before ours and the second couple waiting. My spouse made me aware of what had happened after we had left the store. I wont be visiting this Statbucks again!
