Showed up at 4:35. They close at 5. I was told I came in too late(as the lights were turned off). I knew what I wanted and was a previous customer. Never againLeft my name, store name and number. Was emailed that I wpuld.be contacted by manager. Never heard a word. This store must be too busy to at least apologize

You know those people that obviously dont like thier jobs and when it comes time to help a costumer out, they make it clear and dont even bother!? well, that is the clear picture I was trying to portray here.The guy has no customer service, dont bother going to this store.

Customer service is horrible, went to get a pair of glasses and see what frames they have and they basically would assist as if they were being forced to work. They also said their system was down 🙄 clearly they didn’t want to work and I could tell by the associates facial expressions.

Stellar experience, when I visited to have my eyeglasses adjusted, the staff member who helped me was kind, understanding and got the frames in good order for me directly.

He was patient and knowledable in helping me to choose frames and lenses and went above and beyond in assisting me to use my vision insurance. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I had a great first time experience at Visionworks on Kirkwood Hwy. I went in during the BOGO event that was going on. The costumer service was excellent! I was greeted and assisted by one of the store managers Finlay Valentin. He was awesome, he definitely made sure every need was met. I would recommend Visionworks to anyone who is looking for good quality frames at a low cost and outstanding costumer service!

Great selection and assistance from employees. I have gotten glasses there for myself and for my 3 year old son. Staff was very friendly, helpful and patient. We got great deals and very quick turn around in receiving them. Havent had any problems with them at all.

Dirty! Absolutely no customer service, the man working there did not offer any assistance. Even when we asked he did not get out of his chair. He was too busy on his personal phone.Did I mention dirty? Every pair of try on glasses had filthy smudges and dirt on them.The employee was sloppily dressed, I don’t mind dress down, but really sloppy hoodie and sweat pants? Ugh!

Excellent service I got today at visionworks. Bought new glasses three months ago and recently they started sliding down on my face. Keyan took the time to fix my glasses and also my wifes glasses. Replacing nose pads with silicon pads that better grip your nose. No more glasses falling down on my face, I am a happy man. Get your glasses here and you wont be sorry!

Had a bad experience when picking up my glasses today, the youg lady who helped me named Mystique first off has horrible customer service (not the first time she helps me at this location and every single time she is very rude). Secondly, she gave me my glasses to try on and they were loose so she took them and tried tightening them with what looked like pliers. I left and noticed an indent that she left on the front of the frames after tightening them and a scratch on the other side. So I went back in and I explained to the manager the issue, she proceeded to pop out the lenses and force them onto the same glasses on display, after watching her struggle with the glasses very roughly to tighten them and the lenses I decided to just request a brand new pair, I also requested to have my glasses sent to the Newark location to avoid further disappointment at this Kirkwood highway location, after spending over $600 on glasses, this is not the type of service and quality I deserved and never did I receive any kind of apology from Mystique or the manager whose name was Aileen I believe.

I had an amazing experience at vision works kirkwood highway. I was help by both Sharangelee and Mystique. They helped me pick iut the right frames for my face, never had anyone with so much detail for the customer as they did. Sharangelee helped me thru the process after I picked my frame and showed me options and was very patient with me and wxplained things more than once with a smile on her face the entire time.I highly recommend anyone to visit vision works on Kirkwood highway
