This place is great. They duplicated my messed up lenses prescription and got a pair of glasses for $60. I was searching around and I was ready to drop $100’s on glasses but thank God I didn’t have to.got my glasses within 2 days. I’m definitely coming here for as long as I live in Delaware.

I am truly amazed at how horrible Specs For Less is. I just really have no words. Simple just go somewhere else, NVG. NOT VERY GOOD.

Their Customer Service is outstanding. They are very helpful, when my glass fellnout of my frame they instantly fixed it for me without hesitation. Everytime I go to get glasses, they help me find awesome ones that look absolutely fabulous on me....

The worst place ever if you are using insurance. Insurance plans are based on one pair of glasses at a time. They would not let me get the 2 for 199 and use insurance.and pay the difference. Instead they charged me full price for one pair than after all the additional fees and my 25 dollar co- pay it was almost cheaper to pay cash and stop insurance. Dont make the mistake I made, go to Wilmington Optical. They have best selection and he will work with you on the price !!!!

Tina was ever so pleasant as well as super helpful in my finding the right frames. Then, when the glasses were ready, Shawn was extremely gracious. The best thing was I only had a 4 day wait time to receiving my new eyewear. Most Dec will return. Located in Tri State Mall..Prices outbeat most dept. and optical stores.

Great prices, great service. Have been back several times when things like lost screw in frame. They always fix for free and right there .. little waiting. They will try to upsell on lens options though.

Worst customer service. My phone was sitting on speaker next to me and the woman disconnected the call. I call back and she says yeah you disconnected the call How? How is that possible if Im not even touching my phone?! Then she was rude and continued to repeat the same line over and over again as if I was an imbecile! I would recommend Simon eyes on Union Street if you need optical assistance this place is not worth the money. Theyre frames are cheap, overpriced, and out of style. I will never spend a dime of my money here again.
