Super nice lady that waited on us. Very efficient. She even arranged to have my husbands 2 pair of glasses made while we were there. They went above and beyond! We were there for a glasses emergency right before they were to close on a friday and instead of making us wait til the next day to try and get new glasses for him, they fitted him and made both pairs in 7 minutes! That is incredible! Excellent customer service, compassionate and understanding. We also got a great deal on 2 pairs. We have used eye mart in the past and liked them . We are even bigger fans now! 🤓 thank you for Excellent service!!

Although there was a bit of confusion when we contacted the location to inquire about having some lenses cut “same day”, they were our only hope because my grandson absolutely needs his glasses for school. When we arrived at the location we were immediately greeted by a gentleman who was serving another customer. He informed me that he’d be right with me. As we waited we looked at several pairs of glasses that were on display. Not to mention that we went in expecting to pay a minimum of 150 to have lenses cut plus an extra expense for the frames. Before we knew it “Sam” had finished serving and was prepared to assist us. Sam took his time assisting us and carefully explained their services to include a “Back To School Special”!!! This was not mentioned on the phone call. Bottom line is we walked out with two (2) pairs, lenses included for just under 200 bucks. Sam was knowledgeable and patient with us and his colleague “Teresa” also helped us select a frame that accommodates adolescents, although they were more costly, I had to admit they were a better choice than we would’ve chosen.Whilst keeping in mind we chose Eyemart Express because we didn’t want to miss school. Once the sale was completed we were told to give them an hour to cut and set the lenses. Needless to say we got notifications that our glasses were ready on no time at all!! Sending a special thank you to SAM & TERESA for outstanding customer service and to the cutting team for their prompt service!! We left very satisfied.

This was my first time at Eyemart Express. The people there were very helpful especially Zach. He helped me with which frames I should make my reading glasses and then my sunglasses. He was a very nice and helpful person! I will be returning to Eyemart Express.

My mom and I went to Eyemart Express for the first time today (her second time) as we needed to pick up her new glasses. She spoke highly of the proffessional, courteous service, great prices and most importantly the accuracy on behalf of the doctor for three different types of glasses in a timely manner. I was surprised at the large quantity of all things optical from frames, lenses and cases to chains, cleaners and tools. I didnt interact with the optometrist but an employee named Sam went above and beyond to ensure everything was correct with my mothers purchase. He didnt try to upset anything unnecessary but pointed out their guarantees and even checked to see if I needed anything. When I told him I had no insurance he simply told me about the (truly) affordable prices versus moving on like a lot of sales associates have done upon determining the uninsured wouldnt help their sales.I try not to leave long reviews, especially for a place Ive only visited once but the awesome treatment and quality cost effective products left me no choice.

My family left this morning for vacation and a few hours into our trip my daughter realized she’d forgotten her prescription sunglasses and her backup pair of glasses. She can’t see well without them, and we were worried she’d lose her one pair in the ocean this week. I started calling and was so fortunate to connect with Teresa P. at EyeMart Express in Wilmington. She was extremely kind and helpful and went above and beyond to help us. I emailed her my daughter’s prescription, she confirmed she had the lenses in stock, and we began searching online for frames. I emailed Teresa again with five options my daughter loved, and she called me back and told me she had three of them in stock. We picked a pair and paid over the phone. So easy! I got text messages when they were ready, and we just picked them up and met the fabulous Teresa in person! Amazing! Vacation saved! I am forever grateful for Teresa and EyeMart Express, and I will share this story with anyone who will listen. A++ customer service!!

I bought nearly a thousand dollars worth of eye glasses there. I take care of my glasses so they always look good. I recently had some trouble with them and asked for help. They refused to help. I had to go some where else to get help. A simple call to the eyeglass frame manufacturers cured the problem. A request I asked Eyemart Express to do. Ill never return to those folks again. If you are reading this go somewhere else FAST.

Our son lost his glasses in the ocean on the first day of our vacation. I called Express Eyemart the next morning, and Zach was incredibly helpful. I emailed him the prescription, and he confirmed that we could get glasses the same day. After we arrived and picked out frames, we were told they would be ready in about an hour. 48 minutes later, they were ready-- we hadnt even finished our lunch yet! Zach and Eyemart Express truly saved our vacation. I can not thank them enough.

Ive used this eyemart express location a couple times in the past years and they are the quickest option if you need a quick turnaround as they have a lab onsite and in my experience the lab has always completed the order the same day. My low rating is for the very poor sales experience which feels more like your dealing with a used car salesperson. The sales staff are clearly on commission of some sort and seem solely focused on maxing out their upsell of upgrade options. In my most recent case they lied and told me that it would take 3 weeks to make the basic lower cost lens but if I bought the expensive options they could make it today...I felt she wasnt being honest during her sales pitch. So I chose the 3week wait and $200 lower cost to her disliking...and then after the sale was completed she acted surprised and said they might be done quicker...i received a text 15mins later that my glasses were ready. A customer came in with a pair of glasses purchased a week ago saying that her eyes were not tracking together with the new glasses...the salesperson quickly sent her out the door recommending she start by going back to her eye doctor. My previous visits felt similar so I cant recommend this place because they seem to lack integrity.

When I called the day before, Sue was so helpful to check ahead and see if they carried his prescription/lenses in stock and they did. I am retired and found Zack very helpful. The price was excellent for me and I got two pairs. I found the atmosphere very pleasant who anyone walking in was welcome even if they were busy. The next day my boyfriend has the same experience. I would recommend anyone who needs glasses in a day. On top of that they have a warranty for a year.

I was visiting from another state when my glasses broke so I just called and they said I could just drop by. When I finally did I had my prescription and chose my glasses it was so fast! This will mark my 2nd year using Eyemart Express in Wilmington NC and I was extremely pleased with the staff. I went after work 01-04-2021 so that made for a full house. The staff was busy meeting customers needs as I observed upon entrance. I didnt get the gentlemans name at the counter upon arrival but his voice carried as he welcomed us to Eyemart Express.The wait time didnt seem bad to me as it is a walk-in so waiting is expected. Mrs. Sue was phenomenal as she took her time to make me feel my time with her was valued. She didnt make me feel rushed at all and I was her very last customer. Mrs.Sue explained what to look for or expect as a first time progressive lens wearer. She made me feel as if I was her first customer of the day. Thank you for helping me make a great selection in my new purchase this year.

The crew is friendly and works hard to satisfy everyones needs, even when they are busy. So the people get a 5 start rating. However, the setup leaves a bit to be desired. Due to Covid, we had to sign in at the door. There is not a good system to funnel out those customers who are there for quick pickup, those who need adjustments or consultation, and those who need longer time with an optical sales rep. Also with other companies offering online service, that would be desirable during this time period. Eyemart prices and warranties are great, but store logistics need work.

They are the best very knowledgeable and very patient the younger guy that worked with us was so personable and made my sons 1st glasses experience wonderful! All 3 pairs of our glasses were done before we left the building. I know that this may not be everyones experience but 1 hour is way quicker than a week or 2 weeks!

Even during Covid we were able to get glasses in a reasonable time. They were sensitive to the needs of my boyfriend’s daughter who needed glasses before returning home and then my glasses were ready a week ahead of time. The store was clean and had all the necessary means of sanitation as well as a generous selection of frames - including designer frames. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reasonably priced and professional place to purchase eyewear.

After tragically losing my new Oakley glasses in a giant wave crushing me to the bottom... When I first selected my glasses, the salesperson was nice but a bit flustered due to being only person on floor. He didnt seem interested in helping me in the decision process. He did not have me try on my selections to decide which one was better. I may have bought an additional pair if he had taken the time.When I returned to pick up my glasses, they could not be located. Then I was told that a scratch was found on the lens and needed to be redone and would take 5 minutes. About 15 minutes later, I got my glasses.Fortunately, I made the right choice in frames. I love them!

Are they kidding me they text you to pick up your glasses but the wait to pick up is hours longer than getting glasses if you cannot afford to hire someone to olny work yje desk to handle pick ups you should be ashamed of yourself

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Their prices were very good, especially for not having any vision insurance. I love both my prescription sunglasses and regular glasses! And the first time they gave me my glasses my prescription seemed way too strong, and I had gone to one of those virtual eye doctors. So I went to my regular eye doctor and found out the prescription was wrong. Eyemart Express changed my prescription at no cost to me! Thank you Eyemart Express!

Even with the pandemic and the people bursting through the door, Zach seemed to keep his you know what together the best he knew how. He scolded me a bit on the fact that I ordered my glasses in December and was only just now picking them up. Not really sure why it matters when I Decide to pick my glasses up. Even as he frantically strutted back and forth across the show room, I knew he was only doing his best no matter how rude he was to me or my girlfriend. Hey Zach! We didn’t know you “nuked” each pair of glasses after someone tried them on! Dang! So sorry we asked! Won’t happen again. I’m also sorry I asked if I could use the restroom. I know I was out of line to ask that. Anyways, I have bought every pair of glasses here for 4 years now and Sue is the BOMB! Ask for Sue and you will not be disappointed. Hello Everyone 😊👋. The first time I went into Eyemart, the Attendants were courteous They answered all my questions and pointed me in the right direction. When I went back to get my prescription filled, I received the same service. Although all the Attendants were with other customers, they greeted and logged me in. I spoke with Ms. Teresa who walked me through the process she was very friendly. She helped to ease my fears and she actually had the same prescription I was getting. 😁. Extremely disappointed. On Monday, June 4, 2018 I went into Eyemart. Upon arrival, I was acknowledged and greeted by one of the employees, named Ben. He was the only worker who said anything to me and he was also the only one with customers. Two customers to be exact. There were three other workers present, one of whom is the general manager of the store. Those three said nothing and made no eye contact of any sort. After approximately 20 minutes of waiting, while the three employees stood at the desk, a group of three walked in. The youngest male associate, approached the group and began immediately assisting their needs. At this point I left. I will not be back. I rather spend more money some where else and have adequate service. People do not have to shop here and you would think associates would recognize that, but I guess not. Its unfortunate because employee Ben was the only one doing his job that day and if I ever did choose to return he would be the only one I would engage in conversation with. I at least want to stay thank you to Ben for at least acknowledging me. It is appreciated.

Great cutomer service, Our team member, Phil, was very helpful and worked hard to make sure that I received the best deal available. Great selection of frames and the prices are great!!! The only downfall with my experience was that Per staff they were “behind” and I had to drive another 2 1/2 hours round trip the next day just to pick up single vision glasses that have been ready in just an hour or so when I have purchased for family in the past. The staff was very apologetic and I understand that things happen......if I would have went somewhere else I would have been waiting for days! Highly recommend, and the optometrist is right next door so it’s like a one stop shop!

Leonard (Leo) was my sales rep. and he did everything possible to be sure that I received absolutely great service. I was not sure that I was going to purchase my glasses at Eyemart Express--I had gone in to get a price quote that I could compare with one I had received at Costco. Leo showed my the pricing schedule and then suggested I look at the frames and choose some I liked. He was very agreeable to give me a quote on each selection. He was not pushy, but he followed through with me and what I wanted. He worked with me to match the price I had been quoted and I decided to buy my regular glasses and then my sunglasses from him. He explained the Eyemart guarantee and also assured me that he would be happy to make any adjustments to my glasses that were needed. I have not received my glasses yet, but I anticipate that they will be satisfactory. I would highly recommend Leo to my friends.

Let start by saying your sales associate, Zach, was awesome. He was very thorough and professional. I also appreciate the selection of glasses.Despite this, I would give give this place 0 stars if I could. There was loud Christian music playing the entire time. It was extremely offensive. Playing music that only acknowledges one of the many faiths in our community is absolutely ridiculous. Eyemart - play something neutral or dont play anything at all. I spent almost $300 during this visit but if I walk in again and hear K-Love, I will walk out and shop elsewhere.

After having an eye appointment next-door I stopped in, unannounced, to look at numerous frames and pick out some glasses.I met Zack Burk, who kindly assisted me and guided me through the process. He was so easy going and gracious with his time as I pandered thru all of the frames your store offers. He was VERY knowledgeable regarding which frames would work best, based on my prescription and lense type I needed.Vanity, price, type of use, style and durable of frames based on my habits and lifestyle. He had his work cut out for sure.After narrowing it down to 6 possibilities, we sat at his “laboratory” desk and fine tuned ALL of my needs and narrowed it down to 2 sets of frames specific to my personal request and needs. I bought them BOTH. And he really got me a great deal!!The entire process was efficient, businesslike, informative, fun, comfortable and very refreshing. Zack was clearly the director of that show and my wife and I were happy and felt fortunate that we met him for this purchase.It was nice to go somewhere and not be oversold, but to be informed, given options, have my questions answered and needs met. I have been buying my eyeglasses from Eyemart Express for several years. There is usually a wait time but it isnt long. I have found that the reason there is a wait time is because once you have been helped, the associate actually listens to you and gives you the time and help to properly find what you need. They have replaced glasses after I had worn them because I wasnt happy with the way they looked, and have always given me the best prices when compared to other optical stores. I have never had a problem with the quality of the frames or the lenses that are made on the same day as your purchase. I highly recommend this Eyemart Express location for purchasing prescription glasses and sunglasses.

We are highly impressed with Eye Mart Express. Not only do they have a great selection, but they are so helpful and knowledgeable. Ben went above and beyond to help us with our insurance and current deals within the store. He made sure my childs selection of frames were a good choice for her and when they were completed (which took less then 45 minutes for 2 pairs of glasses and 1 prescription sunglasses) he made sure they fit properly, were comfortable and most importantly that she could see well. We will surely be back and highly recommend them to everyone.

My progressive bifocal glasses that I use daily broke last Saturday. I had to replace them before going out of town on Wednesday. I checked a few places, but their lead time was a week to 10 days at best. When I called Eyemart Express, they did not hesitate at my delivery request. In fact he said if I purchased frames that were in stock, they could provide me with new glasses the same day I bring my prescription to them. Upon arrival, I found an in-stock frame, and was quoted an acceptable price. And I also purchased another pair of progressive bifocals. The first pair was ready in 50 minutes. The 2nd pair was ready in 30 minutes. Both pairs cost me $127.00 total, and come with a 12-month warranty. I am a satisfied customer, and I will be back.

I love coming here, my glasses were ready in a little over an hour, and it was probably the fastest service Id ever received! Staff is super friendly and always willing to help. Definantly gonna go back!

Decent prices, good assortment of frames, most staff friendly and helpful. I was helped by Zach, who was very friendly, eager to help, and didnt try to pressure me in any way. Expect a lengthy wait if there are several people in there when you arrive. In many cases, though, youll get your glasses the same day.

My eye guy wanted me out of contacts and I needed a pair of glasses for a month or two pending cataract surgery. Zack took good care of me and I had a reasonably priced pair of glasses in 1 1/2 hours! Very pleased and would return.

They are the BEST PLACE TO GET GLASSES... I have got glasses and paid over $1,000 for them. And they are no better, the same name brand, wear the same, look the same but the only difference is they will replace the lenses if they get broke or scratch. And they dont cost $1,000, thats funny. Wish I would have had this place where I lived before, would have saved a whole lot of money.$$$$$$

Me and my wife had a wonderful experience here with Leo. Insurance covered everything for us except the copay. We appreciate that tons of extras were not pushed on us! Our glasses were ready in 61 minutes from the time we left. Excellent experience! We will definitely use Eyemart Express again!

Zack was great! He took the time to find my son the correct size and fit frames. He was patient yet, quick to get our glasses made.

Visited the store in hopes of being able to walk out same day with glasses for my 3 year old. He wears them everyday and unfortunately had an accident resulting in his breaking.. after waiting about an hour we finally were able to speak to someone. After check his prescription they told me they didn’t have it and it would be two weeks for his glasses. Customer service was awesome but I was really disappointed having to wait two weeks.

I am absolutely thrilled with both pairs of my new glasses!!! I was very pleasantly attended to by Zachary while picking out my new frames and he gave me an amazing deal and made sure that I understood each and every charge!! My last pair of glasses that I purchased from a competitor cost almost double for the single pair than what I paid for two pairs here with the exact same type of lenses and upgrades!! And my last pair of glasses took over a week to get back while Eyemart Express had two pairs ready in less than an hour! I am very happy with my experience and will use them for all of my future eyewear needs from now on!!!!

Went into Eyemart yesterday prepared to spend a great deal of money, because my lenses are progressive . All of the customer service representatives were busy with other customers, which was fine, but not one of them said hello, or we will be with you soon.... NOTHING...... Customer Service is very important, and Eyemart Customer Service sucks, and I refuse to spend money at a business, whose employees cant even say HELLO.

Walked in, waited for a little while...used the time to hunt for frames I liked. I was greeted in a friendly and welcoming manner. Once I was seen by a salesperson everything went quickly and smoothly and I got two pairs of glasses that day! Thank you!
