Worst customer service in the Pharmacy! Pharmacist was better than staff, but the staff has been horrible on three different occasions. First visit, Pharmacist said to come in whenever for vaccine when I called, showed up for vaccine and was rudely greeted by staff at the pharmacy counter. Was then told that I needed an appt and turned away. Second visit for scheduled vaccine. ZERO eye contact by staff, rude and no direction or instruction regarding the process or what was going on.Pharmacist was rushed but ok during the vaccine. Third and final visit, husband greeted again by a very rude staff member. CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE!!!!! Dont do it if you cant!!!! I get it, its busy, COVID sucks, customers can be awful, but be kind especially with the people that are kind to you!!!! Please take some pointers from the young men at the front of the store. They were amazing!

SLOW af & Apple Pay not working. They served three cars via drive-through and two walk-in COVID vaccinations that got there after I did while I was waiting in line.

Unable to schedule the second Covid vaccine through any of their systems. I appreciate that they distributed “unused” doses, but their inability (or refusal?) to schedule the second dose is absolutely unacceptable and places people at unnecessary risk.

In Surf City on vacation, needed a prescription filled from Atlanta. Pharmacist was incredibly helpful and friendly. Amazing customer service!

Customer service is always amazing

Extremely rude lady working at the photo booth. i came in pretty close to closing which i felt bad about, so i called before and they said it was totally fine. i went in to get a package i shipped to the store from the walgreens website. the site told me to show her the email i got confirming it was there so i did, she rudely said that doesnt help me at all. she continued to ask me questions with an attitude, i continued to be polite because thats how you should be. also, she wasnt social distancing from me AT ALL. i stood away from her to be nice. and she came up and stood right infront of my face. i felt completely unsafe. i will NEVER ship here again, i am embarrassed for you guys.

The pharmacy staff are incredibly helpful, and their pharmacist Anna is the best Ive ever had the pleasure of speaking with.Bethany, Misti, and Tonya, along with the other pharmacists and their technicians, do an amazing job assisting with my needs as well, and make sure to ask how Im feeling/recovering during each visit.They clearly work extremely hard and do their best to have your prescriptions ready as quickly as possible.Its always difficult when recovering from surgery or any illness, and the staff at this Walgreens pharmacy goes above and beyond to make you feel more positive about your situation after each visit.There is a genuine sense of care that the pharmacists seem to share at this specific Walgreens, which is greatly appreciated when youre injured or in need of advice about your health.Top marks all around, be sure to thank them for working so quickly to get you in and out with your prescriptions so they know their work is being appreciated.

I really like this Walgreens. This is a very nice store. It is equipped with a fairly user-friendly drive thru as well as lots of parking. The product selection could be a little better but the store hours are good the staff is usually quite friendly.The pharmacy is not quite as fast as others Ive been to but they are much more thorough, and thats very important to me. If they have any concerns about your medications, they follow up with you and your doctor to make sure what they are giving you is safe. There are things that some other pharmacies do better than this store, but this particular pharmacy focuses on the most important aspects of the service.For that, they get 5 stars. I recommend this store.

Avoid this pharmacy the pharmacist are powered strippers and game players who do not care about the importance of getting their job done in a timely manner for your life or correctly you will just spend more time picking your Scripps up to take them somewhere else to be filled when they wait until after you have left the pharmacy to make up some reason that you need to come back to the pharmacy

On Friday I stopped in for sunburn advice. Wonderful advice from the very pleasant Pharmacist (he was very cute too). Then the young clerk was very helpful in making a decision. Turns out, feeling soooo much better the next day! Thank you Walgreens 😁❤️

Ive had several friends and family members tell me stories about bad experiences in the pharmacy last year that were never resolved; hence I subtracted a star. However the entire staff Ive encountered have all been pleasant, knowledgeable and remember me when I come in. Bill in the photo department is the best For making you feel welcome!

The old pharmacy staff was much faster, so be sure to call in your prescriptions ahead of time. I am waiting for them to work out the kinks.

The pharmacys customer service is nonexistence. Ive had nothing but poor experiences with this pharmacy for years and only continued to go back because it was convenient. Not anymore. Ive now had several arguments with the associates and the pharmacists and get no where. Theyre rude, snotty, arrogant, and not willing to help. Hope you dont have to deal with Misty or her manager!!!

Went through a reimbursement situation for medicine that cost 350 dollars, the pharmacy requested the reimbursement on the wrong medicine that was only 35 dollars, so my check was 7 dollars.

Pharmacy is very unfriendly.
