Cant say Ive ever left a review for a convenient store, but I noticed many poor reviews for this location so I decided to provide one. I stopped through this store and thought the staff was polite. I used the restroom which was above average cleanliness, it didnt stink like urine as do many male restrooms in convenience stores and I purchased an energy drink before departing.
I as has many customers before complained about the unbelievably SLOW gas pumps...particularly the non ethanol premium....customers are frequently driving away.....i am talking you cant get 10 gallons in 10 minutes...really! This station is convenient to me at Landfall and I do prefer non ethanol product.....you would sell 3 times the product by getting those darn pumps fixed..Yes this station number 3129, located 7111 Wrightsville Ave ......i would call the home company if it were possible to find them....can’t..Thanks.........

It used to be a good store, till the new manager took over. Hardly any cigarettes, milk is warm. Drinks arent cold.
Sandra one of their really really helpful cashiers didnt card 2 people in front of me when I get to the line not only does she card me but deny me sail WITH a valid form of ID. Then couldnt give me an answer as to why she did this. When I asked for the managers number she called to police and had me escorted from the store
Disgusted. The cashier assumed I was paying with EBT. Every black person DOES NOT have EBT. Improvement in customer service is needed.
Great staff, great customers, friendly vibe great prices clean and stocked.
I used to go there for my morning drinks before work, one day Im in line and the manager Cody gets caught by a customer double scanning a drink and trying to charge the guy for two...I thought it was great that the customer added it up and caught it. (Then how many times have I paied for two drinks and only got one?), when I get up to the counter he refuses to sell me anything and goes on to call me a theif stating that I seen you steal a lighter off the counter yesterday, and your a theif...blew me away, when I asked for proof he pointed to a rack full of lighters saying yea you stole it from the third row 2nd lighter back, there wasnt even a lighter missing....I asked to see the camera footage, and he refused. The guy must be on sumthing. But Im going to scotchman corporate office 1st, then Ill go to the BBB, I was very insulted by the manager Cody, come to find out Im not the only one who thinks the guy has an addatude problem with scotchman customers.
Same employee who refused to return damage goods still works there despite complaint to district manager
