The people are nice and the location is good. I just thought the selection was lacking. It felt mote like a needlepoint store than a yarn store. The yarns they do have are delicious though.

Great place for your knitting, crocheting and needlepoint needs. The staff is courteous, helpful and pleasant. They were able and willing to order material that i needed that they didnt have.(Bear in mind that the picture on google is the old location, although the google listing does have the current address).

Got what I was shopping for. Good efficient service.

I noticed a review by someone that said the shop was closed. It is surprising to me as this shop has been open every time I have visited for almost 5 years (at least once a week). Im not sure why the previous review was written, but it is obviously incorrect. And I have always gotten wonderful service at Yarns of Wilmington. These women are extremely helpful.

I am new to needle point and everyone I have met at YoW was so helpful.They walked me through the whole process, helped me pick out supplies and showed me the basic stitches. Many Thanks!

I havent the foggiest idea what the previous reviewer was talking about! This shop was lovely! The shop had a good selection, and the customer service was fabulous! Both women who worked there were very sweet and helpful!

Please post on your website that you are ONLY open on Tuesday and Thursday by appointment only. Very frustrating when you show up on a Wednesday based on your website information.

The owner of this shop is rude, abrupt, hostile and ...well,just plain nasty. She was most unhelpful to both myself and my daughter at different times. I have never known a shop owner so discourteous to customers. I was truly shocked at her attitude and behavior. I am telling several of my friends in Wilmington NOT to frequent this shop because of this womans behavior. How she maintains a business is a puzzlement. Her attitude is terrible and what I would call very much scrooge like! She has a woman who works for her that truly tried to be courteous and helpful. But the owner needs to take some classes in human decency and customer appreciation.

This is a very nice shop to visit for anybody interested in crochet, knitting, and other crafts.

Customer Service is fantastic, great selection, and the owner is so helpful not only with decisions, but with stitch instruction.

Has basic knitting and crocheting supplies. Some pretty shawl pins. The people were friendly once I got inside.
