VERY happy with the Sierra Pacific sash packs installed in my home!! After 2 calls they never called me back.

I have called numerous times to talk to a representative about the failed seals in our windows purchased and installed during the new build of our home. No one has ever had the courtesy to return the phone call.

Apparently these people dont really do windows at all. Contacted them about replacing some windows and they said they did not do that kind of window work.

We are having so much trouble getting this company to follow through! Four months and counting waiting on a replacement.
