At the recommendations of a neighbor I contacted Homecraft Inc about the replacement of several of my homes original windows that had started showing signs of age.After meeting and talking with Paul, the owner I signed-up to have 5 windows replaced. After an 8 week manufacturing wait, the process of having the windows installed was fairly painless.Im happy with the final product which are a nearly identical match to my original windows, so no problems with my HOA.The installation crew was informative, respectful, neat, and professional.What more could I have asked for?

We got bids from 4 different companies and Homecraft was not the cheapest or the cheapest and during the home visit really explained the difference in the types of windows. Like everything else these days it did take awhile for the windows to get here but they kept me informed of the time line. When the original install date had to cancel due to illness they quickly rescheduled for a couple of days later and had 5 man crew that completed the job in just 5 hours. Very professional crew did the install including moving furniture and cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend Homecraft for window replacement!

First they came to inspect the damage and found more pieces broken (and a better price!) than the other company that gave us an estimate. They replaced some broken siding pieces and fixed our gutter. They came sooner than we expected them too and did a great job. Everything looks wonderful! They matched the color beautifully!

Homecraft replaced siding, soffits, shutters and gutters on our whole house. We also replaced a picture window and 2 side windows in the family room. The men were hard workers in the summer heat. I live in a townhouse in Delaware County and had six windows replaced. I really did my research and had multiple companies come out for estimates - everyone from local to national to independent contractors. Homecraft was the only one who volunteered a long list of references. They were factual in their estimate and services and product without being too pushy (this is a big one for me). Im a single woman and therefore the decision maker and never felt talked down to or mansplained to. Everything went smoothly...from the estimate to the measurements to the installation. Here is the icing on the cake however...there was a problem. And nothing shows you the true nature of a business more than how they handle a problem. I discovered within a few days that at night when I would close and lock the windows they were not really locking. No matter how hard I pushed up on the top sash and down on the lower sash I could not get the windows to lock. I was disappointed thinking the measurements were wrong. I called Homecraft and they sent someone out right away to thoroughly check every window (and I mean thoroughly). Everything seemed fine - the measurements were correct. After doing some investigating they found out that the manufacturer had switched to a thicker weather stripping recently. The manufacturer advised to keep the windows closed for a week to allow time for the weather stripping to compress. One of Homecrafts owners called me personally to let me know the situation and asked if I could try that and if it didnt work he would replace the windows immediately at no cost. They kept in touch with me constantly (another huge plus - responsiveness is rarer than youd think these days). After a week I had no issues closing and locking the windows. Its been a month since installation and Ive lived with them for a few weeks and feel confident writing this review that this was a very successful job. I would (and have) recommend them!

Homecraft needs to change their name to HOMECRAP!! We bought windows and shutters about 10 years ago. The installer was excellent!! And did a beautiful job! BUT........ Since then, our shutters have faded grossly!!! Guess what?, its not their problem, its mine!! 😡They expected me to take one down myself and send to the manufacturer to see if they would replace them!! They, along with the windows were bought under the sale of 100% lifetime guarantee!!! Now a window seal has leaked. And you guessed it, no free replacement!!!! Well mam, but it is, the glass is free!!! Its just we HAVE TO CHARGE YOU LABOR FEES!!!! $110.00 for one window!!! My sil works for Power Home Remodeling, he laughed when I told him about this!! Power will replace 100% FREE!!!! any product they installed!!! They may cost more, but it is well worth the product and the aggravation!!!

The Homecraft Team was no nonsense.All departments were straightforward with what to expect, what was included and what wasnt included. All departments clearly communicated throughout the installation process. The price was great, the service was great and the communication was great. I will use them again for other projects.

I was really pleased with everything. Mike was very informative about all the different options. I wanted to keep it simple so no hard sell at all. There was some difference in opinion about getting an L-frame vs. a full-frame door and I might go full-frame next time but it’s hard to know what you’re going to run into when doing anything on a 100 y.o. house. Nick was great on the re-measure and Dan was a very capable installer. We love our new doors. There’s so much more light coming into our house now. The dog loves being able to look out to the street through the nice new storm door. It didn’t take as long as expected either, from start to finish it was a month. Hopefully the kids won’t break this door!

After interviewing many companies regarding siding our addition, we settled on homecraft and we are glad we did. When giving me an estimate, they did not pressure me or give me a short term great deal if I committed today (as many others did). They werent the cheapest, but they do high quality work. Everything looks great and the guys doing the work kept me informed throughout the process. They covered our furniture when replacing windows and cleaned up after themselves every day (even when planning to return the next day).

Our sliding glass door needed to be replaced. Homecraft came out and measured it and ordered a new door. The original door was a Pella and the Homecraft door is much better. It also has the blinds inside the glass, which my wife loves. The install only took about 2.25 hours and the workman were very professional. The whole process was very well done and I would highly recommend this company.

We contracted with John & his company Homecraft Inc for work over $14,000. The 1 bay window is leaking so bad it compromised the window & wall. I contacted the company & was told it is not their issue it is the manufacture mind you this is the Homecraft brand window. I was told with the manufacturer warranty & their lifetime warranty I would be covered if anything ever happened. Now they are saying that we have to pay almost $1000 more for them to replace the window. The manufacturer stepped up & supplied a window because no one knows where the leak is coming from. John said because the manufacturer stepped up they have no obligation to install it. They took my money told me I would be safe with them & left me not able to pay for another install & said oh well too bad. Because I can’t afford to pay they are going to just drop the window off at my house to sit until I someday can pay to have it installed. Thank you Homecraft for taking such good care of your clients.To Homecraft’s response I have posted a picture and I have cancelled checks and a contract.

They also asked before parking trucks in the driveway which I really appreciated. They showed up on time and started working right away.
