I haven’t been a customer to this store but I worked at another edible arrangements franchise and borrowed a lot of products from this store. But, I have to say Kelly is the best! She is always super helpful and one of the nicest people out in this world. There is no need to worry about ordering through this store because Kelly totally has your back.

HORRIBLE Service placed an order THREE days ago from one company to another as a thank you for becoming a client of ours and I checked the status of this at 2pm on the day it needed to be delivered and the website tracking was telling me they received my order and thats it. Called this location 3x to confirm delivery and their phone was not working. I then called the customer service line and was put on a lengthy hold to be told they reached the store and would THEN begin preparing the order to send out this afternoon. Mind you, I said im delivering to another business which closes at 5pm. At 3:30 pm I finally reach the store and speak with Christina, whos focus was everywhere else but on me and ignored me while I was asking her questions. I kept asking when it would be delivered and all she said was there are other deliveries too I explained that it made no sense to deliver today being that it was 3:30 and if its already been on the truck for an hour and she couldnt tell me how much longer til it was delivered, the company would have NO time to enjoy a $100 fruit basket at 4:30 pm as they close at 5. I asked her to make this delivery on Monday morning and I asked her to reconfirm her name because I was leaving a Google review and she would not, she deliberately ignored me while asking her -- told me she said her name at the beginning of the call, then SHE became upset with me for asking her name and hung up on me.UPDATE: Called and Spoke with Kelly, super nice. Said her driver started at 10 and my order was first on the truck. Received an email my order delivered at 10:52. Im very happy. Thank you!

I ordered a box of chocolate covered strawberries at 11am and they were delivered the same day by 1:30 pm! Great customer service and the feedback on the strawberries was that they were fresh, sweet and juicy! I’m a happy customer and will be sure to repeat my business.

I would highly recommend ordering Edible Arrangements from this location. They were able to deliver the order on time and as requested. I previously had a very bad experience with the Woburn Edible Arrangements (on Valentines Day), so the Wilmington location and staff has restored my faith in this company. Thank you to the management and staff at the Wilmington location!

I placed my Valentines Day order the day before (I was travelling and kept forgetting to get online). They were able to accommodate me and sent a lovely arrangement to my family. They were VERY surprised and excited to receive it.

Fresh fruit arrangements made to order. Some items ready to grab and go if youre in a rush. Pleasant staff. You have to try the fruit smoothies!
