This company helped my wife and I finish off our shower project with some custom glass. The employees were highly responsive, timely with their quote, on time with the installation, and hands down destroyed the competition in customer service. Out of four other companies we wanted quotes from, Atlantic Glass was the most prompt. Two other companies wouldn’t touch our project, one never returned our calls, and the fourth called us back three weeks later. Installation was fast, the installers were great. The finished project looks awesome. Job well done from start to finish.

Wanted to have some windows looked at in an old house. Set up an appointment. I showed up to the property to meet at the confirmed time and nobody showed. 30 minutes of waiting, I called the office and was told that they came early and determined the windows were not going to function. - their guys never inspected the windows from the inside of the home or else that would have known that the windows were operable. No call to update me so that I didnt have to schedule time away from work only to meet literally no one. Also advised that they were incapable of helping w/ wood windows. Unprofessional. Waste of time.

I was referred to Atlantic Glass by another window company who could not provide the large picture window glass I need. My first contact, Bonnie, was so helpful and courteous. She went the extra mile to provide a complete quote for the window and installation. The installer, Craig, was very punctual. He impressed me with his knowledge, borne of experience and professionalism. I will be using them for all my glass needs.

I cant say anything to the quality yet. After waiting a little over 2 weeks, the install guy is out sick. Rescheduled for next day same time. When they arent here 15 minutes after when they should be, I calll and get a rude response from Bonnie. A true professional place of business would have gave a courtesy call to say they were running late. An hour later when they show up, they dont have the right size. I paid 1300.00 for this shower door and theres another 800.00 on top for labor. Nevermind my time they wasted. No compensation to my time or aggravation. Now it will be another week. If you have ANY other place to use....go there.

We ordered a piece of glass to put on top of a desk. The glass ultimately looks nice but the customer service was not great. They took an extra week to get the glass to us and we never received any update without having to call them ourselves. Around the day I expected it would be ready, I called and they said it hadnt even been fabricated yet. I understand that things get delayed sometimes but if they would have just let us know, that would have been all we needed.

I manage commercial property. One of our strip mall properties is located 3 hours away in Hampstead, NC. I was in need of some glass repair and had no idea who to call. I looked online and the google reviews were really good for Atlantic Glass. I didnt expect to reach anyone considering I was calling alittle after 5 but Duke(I believe) picked up. Atlantic continues to deliver great workmanship on every job. Installers are always neat and orderly and do a quality job.

I have no complaints about the quality of the work. I do however think that $135 in Labor charges for installation of a new door stop and changes to an existing sweep (approximately 30 minutes of work) is ridiculous. Next time Ill buy online and install myself.
