I have only been here once. But I needed a lawn mower after moving into my house. Stopped by here and got a lawn mower in great condition. And the price was great! I would have paid more then 2 times the amount at a store. And the guy that helped me was helpful as hell walked me out showed me the mowers I picked one he started it up and offered me a deal on it. Cant ask for an easier transaction.

These guys are amazing. There have been maybe two times that I have come in with stuff that they couldnt sell. I always received excellent customer service and the best deal for the things I brought in. You have to understand that they are a business and if they feel as though they cannot sell what you have brought, then they legit cant. By the way, I am a real customer of this establishment and I will continue to come here. If you want to deal with people who are really trying to low ball you or treat your stuff as worthless, go up the road a bit toward Newark.

I can believe the negative reviews. Walked in looking for a necklace. Stood at the counter for a minimum of 5minutes while 2 employees sitting down just looked at me. I inquired about seeing something in the case and again was ignored while they continued their conversation. Horrible customer service.......👎

(Update: Owner calls every bad review fake. Nearly all positive reviews are friends/families of employees/owner or fake accounts.) Turned down everything Ive tried to sell them as worthless. Made $900 myself selling on eBay.(Update : owner asked why I gave it one star when I made 900$ selling what he called worthless on eBay by myself.)Maybe because you refused my stuff as worthless so I had to spend a month selling it all myself when I thought you ran a business to do that? Next time take my stuff for half that and maybe you could have sold it and made the money for your own company.Clearly Not an intelligent person or didnt care enough to read the entire thing. Either way it really says a lot about the quality of this man and his business and how much he really listens or even cares about his customers.My advice? Cut out the middle man and sell your things yourself...

Was hoping to meet Rick and Chum but the workers said they dont work at the actual location anymore. Place has some great antiques, ended up buying a t shirt with Ricks face on it! If your ever in the delaware area you should check it out! Seems alot bigger on tv though

Went in to look at TVs. They were reasonably priced and looked good. However, I was in the store about 10-15 minutes, the sales reps just looked at us... Never said Ill be right with you, or anything.

Dropped by this store a couple of weeks ago looking to sell some GOLD and SILVER . Big Mike was friendly as well as professional. On top of that they paid the highest price for my gold. This was my last stop and thank God I stopped there. Highly recommended!

I had no problem dealt with shawn for pawn and dealt with shawn again when i picked items up, im and amputee and was haveing isues with my good leg, and place was game on in my opinion

With the exception of 1 or 2 people the rest of the place is terrible. They treat people like everyone in there smokes crack and is looking to pawn something to get high. Theres even a guy walking around with a pistol. Their pawn loans are okay just the attitude of some of the staff needs work. I wouldnt pawn anything here youd do better on ebay though. Small pawn loans are fine though.

This is a terrible place to come to. The sighn says opens at 9 even though times may differ for memorial day its now 10 and noone is here. the site said they open today. There is a lack of organization and the employees are pro hustlers they will not give you half of what your item is worth. Very rude also. Do to ur lack of intent i shall be contacting the better business bureau and action will be taken because this is not right and you should be ashamed. All you guys do is hustle poor people

The worst pawn shop Ive ever been to. Took brand new Troy bilt 2800 psi power washer there for a loan and the guy had the nerve to tell me they only give a 3rd of what they think they could get. Now it retails for 320 at Lowes but I guarantee you that if anyone saw this exact one for 250 there which one u think theyd buy. Hell it still has the dam direction tags n stickers shining bc it only got used for 20 min than put back away. But the guy tries to tell me hed only get 150 for it so could only give me 50. Told him go screw himself n walked out. There website is complete bs dont anyone waist ur time going there bc its not worth it.👎👺💣💥👿😐😠⛔🚫🚯

My 55 inch tv died suddenly a few days ago. So I went in to de gold and pawn. I really couldnt afford a brand new tv from the major electronic retailers. Sean r helped me he was really nice and very helpful. So I bought a tv at a very reasonable price. I get the tv home and the screen kept blacking out...I called Sean back told him what happened he did bring it back....long story short they felt really bad about it and gave me a better brand new in the box tv and just swapped it out and called it even for the troubles...technically they dont do refunds or exchanges do they could of said thats on you..but they didnt and I walked out a happier customer then when I went in.thats how customer service should be...thanks guys...and especially thanks to Sean r and Peter.. from a happy loyal customer for life!!!!
